Returned to this hotel after a very nice experience 3 years ago. The hotel staff and the hotel itself are fantastic. Sadly, the restaurant lets it down. We had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was terrible and overpriced. The restaurant staff were quite rude and unhelpful, including the one at breakfast. So, if you are just staying at the hotel, this is great. But don't waste your money on the restaurant.

Great hotel opposite the Louvre. Stylish, comfortable and interesting. Great breakfast but a little on expensive side. Excellent staff where nothing was too much trouble. Dog friendly and parking on site. Restaurant closed on Sunday night but planchas are well done. Really enjoyed the hotel and would definitely stay again.

The hotel is delightful set in a quiet area about a km from the centre of Lens and near the Louvre Museum Lens. Rooms are beautifully decorated and bathrooms well fitted. There was a problem with the air conditioning in our room when we arrived and when it still could not be fixed in the evening we we were given another room nearby and able to keep all our bags in the original room. The staff were very helpful indeed. Breakfast was also excellent and the gardens good for sitting and enjoying the sun. Parking was also convenient. I would go back without hesitation.

Helpful team. Wonderful overnight stay on route from our holiday. Really looked after our dog too with water bowls and the restaurant allows dogs too. After a day travel this hotel is warm and welcoming, comfortable and spacious. The Louvre across the road is perfect for walking the dog and stretching your legs too!
