Great hotel with brilliant location next door to the pleasure park. Great for families and bedrooms are really well thought out and as new condition. Food and drinks are pricey as is the parking which they charge from 12pm-12pm but you can only check in from 3pm (and at which time I arrived at the hotel).

We had an amazing time in the hotel, the room was ideal for a family of 2 children. The hotel feels like new and very clean. Additionally the dinner was really nice. Great Location as it is only around 5 minutes walking to Pleasure Beach Park. We could park and charge our car in the premises.

I stay at Boulevard everytime I visit Blackpool and wouldn’t visit any other hotel. Always a great 5* experience, loved the gym too, very well equipped.

Hotel was excellent - really enjoyed our stay and will be staying again. Only one negative was for car parking. We checked out at 11.00 am and hadn't planned to leave Blackpool until 2.00 pm. However, our car park fee ran out at 12.00 noon. We were charged another c. £18 to park for the extra 2 hours. Hotel should consider a reduced rate rather than charging for another 24 hours when it was only an extra c. 2 hour stay in the car park.

We were delighted when we checked in to this hotel, it’s immaculate and we were given a complimentary room upgrade and birthday cake in the room! It’s a beautiful hotel, great location and great views over the pleasure beach and sea. The only thing we found negative was that it seems to lack a warmth, no atmosphere, just a bit sterile. The staff are polite and professional but seem to be very low in morale and this shows; almost like they daren’t have a laugh or be themselves. Drink prices in the hotel bar were also extremely expensive, we aren’t tight but it was on another level, £7.00 for a small bottle of lager. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it’s definitely a beautiful place, but they need to bring some personality in to the place, after all, in time people won’t remember what it looked like, but they’ll always remember how you made them feel. We remember good times more than good places. Don’t be scared to bring a bit of ‘Blackpool’ to the hotel.

Really well located hotel on the south shore. Very nicely finished both inside and out and the added bonus of a car park on site ( payable) makes the stay even simpler. I did find the cost of the breakfast a little on the high side given the selection but as part of the overall experience, it is on par with the majority of the bigger chains.

Had an awesome time on our first stay at the blvd. Room was lovely, didnt eat at the restaurant but the bar had some decent variety. Comfy bed, great colour scheme and really enjoyed it.

The rooms were great for families. Especially with the separate bunk bed area. Very modern, clean and comfortable. Service was ok. A few errors with our evening meal order but they were apologetic. Food was ok, a little overpriced for the quality. Wasn’t impressed that car parking was charged at different rates depending on which booking platform was used. £18 for overnight parking is a bit much given the room rates.

It's one of the best British hotels that we have stayed in. Reception was easy to check in and out. Great staff and love the bowl of branded pieces of rock that you can take. The rooms are lovely, very modern, spacious and our sea view was great. The bed is relaxing and the bug duvet adds to the comfort. The tv is huge and love the seating area to watch the the view. The bathroom is spacious, a great shower with good pressure and it even has two sinks, nice touch. The rooms are so well cleaned, the mirrors are streak free! Rooms are made up to an excellent standard every time and love the fragrance smell that they spray in the room. Everyone has been friendly and attentive. The food is the only minor criticism that I have, it's nice and fills you up but could be better since it's quite pricey for what you get.

The Boulevard is a fabulous hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only improvement would be room number directions on each floor as the rooms are numbered in the oddest way and dont follow on. We struggled to find our room as did another guest later in the day.

The Boulevard is a lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable although beds a little too firm. Our stay would have been improved if instructions for the air con controls were available in the room, they would have saved time and stress working it out. Parking £18 a night which is expensive and taken from the £100 deposit payable at check in. Room wasnt cleaned on second day the housekeeping door hanger had been changed to do not disturb and not by us, but we were given clean towels and the room would have been cleaned if we had insisted. All in all a pleasant but rather expensive stay.

The cleanest, most modern, most conveniently located and best hotel in Blackpool. Staff were great, good was fine, rooms were clean and spacious and the facilities excellent. Only snag was that the room wasn't ready for an hour after the 3pm check in time which was annoying. Located right under the big one so great position. I think you can get direct access to the pleasure beach but we weren't told about this (another little snag)

Very comfortable, clean and quiet stay. This was the second time ive stayed at the Boulevard. Once for work and once for pleasure. Both visits were consistently good. Room was a good size, quiet, windows with a view to the theme park.

As this property is rated a 5-star hotel by yourselves ,I believe it’s certainly more 4 star than 5. Accommodation is relatively cramped. At breakfast no skimmed milk was available, and the only prepared fresh fruit available was the melon. Tea or coffee arrived with no tea spoons for stirring .Coffee served was very’ watery’ and should have been piping hot - but wasn’t. My bathroom was too bright - no method to dim it down somewhat. Ever the shaver light could not be switched off. On entering the bath tub for a shower it creaked .I’m not the lightest at around 85kg I know, but it gave the feeling of being unsafe. There should be a flexible hose for showering available, not just a rain-shower. Why are your toilet paper sheets so small ?

Place and decor was lovely, staff were amazing and room was perfect for our family. Especially kids having their own TV on each bunk. Room Sevice was very accommodating as we had allergies and ensured we were looked after. Will definitely be back

Nice hotel, rooms clean and good views. Sound proofing could be better. We could hear people walking around upstairs which was loud. Stayed here multiple times for work and the rooms and restaurant have been excellent. Stayed last week and had guests for dinner in the restaurant. There was one other table, and it still managed to take them 4.5 hours to get us through three courses. Even then the sides came out cold. One of our party was violently ill just hours after visiting, being sick and having diarrhoea. They hadn’t eaten anything else that day. Contacted the hotel, the reception team didn’t know what to do in this situation, neither did the Duty Manager. Requested a call back from the General Manager, Edward, which was ignored. After chasing more than three times I spoke to a manager who couldn’t have been any more disinterested, who insisted it couldn’t have been their problem as ‘nobody else was unwell’. If nobody else is in your restaurant, nobody else can be unwell. Very poorly handled by this hotel, and really does nothing to build any confidence to visit again. This is one of the more expensive locations in Blackpool to stay and dine, and you’d expect the service to reflect, not fall flat as it has done. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else where the hotel *wants* you to have a positive stay.

The hotel is magnificent, the rooms are ultra modern but the initial welcome from the female receptionist left a lot to be desired. We arrived at 3pm on Saturday to be greeted by a very sultry lady who informed us that she needed to take £100 pre authorisation, which we did not have an issue with. It was the tone in which she delivered the message, which was a little aggressive. I then asked about car parking, to be told i could add my registration number to the welcome form and payment would be taken from the pre authorisation. She didn't say how much but when asked i was informed that as i had booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) that it would be £25 a night! I asked if there was anywhere else i could park and one of her colleagues informed me i could park at the hotel next door for £10 or on the street opposite for free (which I did). How any hotel outside of London can charge that amount for parking is obscene. Had i booked directly it would have been £10. Whilst i was shocked at the cost of parking, I was more shocked at the disdain and rudeness of this lady, as it was a terrible start to the break, which only improved when we got to our room, which was beautiful. All the other staff were amazing and super friendly and we would stay again

It's one of the best British hotels that we have stayed in. Reception was easy to check in and out. Great staff and love the bowl of branded pieces of rock that you can take. The rooms are lovely, very modern, spacious and our sea view was great. The bed is relaxing and the bug duvet adds to the comfort. The tv is huge and love the seating area to watch the the view. The bathroom is spacious, a great shower with good pressure and it even has two sinks, nice touch. The rooms are so well cleaned, the mirrors are streak free! Rooms are made up to an excellent standard every time and love the fragrance smell that they spray in the room. Everyone has been friendly and attentive. The food is the only minor criticism that I have, it's nice and fills you up but could be better since it's quite pricey for what you get.

Had an issue where I was charged £200 for the previous occupants restaurant bill as someone hadn't wiped the charges from the room before I arrived! So took 45 mins last night try to sort it out with reception! Really not happy about it

Our stay was all great apart from the first 5 minutes checking in . I was told I had to pay £20 for parking my car one hour 45 minutes before 12:00 the guy didn’t want to know . I then Rod him the two children were sick and if he could can we get in the room around 12:00 he went in the computer and said he would try . We came back 12:00 and the girl checked the computer and there was no information regarding getting the room around 12:00 she advised us it would be 25:00. So we sat in the lounge and she pushed for us knowing the problem and got our rooms ten minutes later thanks to her for that . I was asked for a £100 deposit and when I checked out I did not get a breakdown of what it was spent on the remainder of our stay and hotel were great couldn’t fault it

This was our second stay here, the first was a year ago. It seems a lot has gone downhill since then. £250 a night plus extra for breakfast (£70 if a family of 4) and extra for parking, is a lot of money and you'd expect 5 star service to go along with the 5 star rating. The service is where it fell short this visit. Multiple miscommunications between staff. We weren't booked in for breakfast despite following the exact instructions given to us. Reception never answered the phone in late evening. Was told they could provide something only to be told later, by the same person, that they didn't have what we'd requested. It seems a lot of requests fell on deaf ears. Having finally got a table for breakfast it was 30 minutes before being asked what drinks we wanted. Eating gluten free can be hard, but it shouldn't take 10-15 minutes for some toast, then another 15 minutes for a gluten free sausage, which arrived after we'd finished. Also was on the first floor this time (2nd floor previously) and the noise from the room above was enough to keep us awake past midnight. As the title says, I doubt we'll return.

We had an amazing time in the hotel, the room was ideal for a family of 2 children. The hotel feels like new and very clean. Additionally the dinner was really nice. Great Location as it is only around 5 minutes walking to Pleasure Beach Park. We could park and charge our car in the premises.

The Boulevard hotel in Blackpool is an absolute beautiful hotel . Modern and clean with helpful staff. I couldn't fault any aspect. The surrounding area heading toward Blackpool town center is definitely NOT. It is very very rundown. If you only want the Pleasure Beach, the actual Beach and a handy Wetherspoons. Its ideal. I would book it and stay again. But not for the walk toward town. Better getting the tram or a taxi and save the trama of broken hotles and bars along the southern end.

As this property is rated a 5-star hotel by yourselves ,I believe it’s certainly more 4 star than 5. Accommodation is relatively cramped. At breakfast no skimmed milk was available, and the only prepared fresh fruit available was the melon. Tea or coffee arrived with no tea spoons for stirring .Coffee served was very’ watery’ and should have been piping hot - but wasn’t. My bathroom was too bright - no method to dim it down somewhat. Ever the shaver light could not be switched off. On entering the bath tub for a shower it creaked .I’m not the lightest at around 85kg I know, but it gave the feeling of being unsafe. There should be a flexible hose for showering available, not just a rain-shower. Why are your toilet paper sheets so small ?

Excellent location and a massive uograde from the normal Blackpool hotels. We also ate in the restaurant which has lots of variety for children and adults, food was outstanding! Service was top notch and the family room was huge. We will most definitely be back.

Very nice hotel, the only couple thing that lets it down are: 1…No information in rooms about dining room opening times, facilities or local information. 2. Breakfast okay, but no omelettes, no mushrooms, just felt that it could offer more. But all in all very nice hotel

Enjoyed the stay. 2 kids enjoyed family room as they had their own area. I am 2m tall. Had problem in shower and bath. This could have been bigger. Food very tasty. But was waiting for 2h to be prepared. Be aware about following: - car park very expensive. You can get car park near. - Breakfast also expensive. -pleasure park and waterpark is very very close.

We were delighted when we checked in to this hotel, it’s immaculate and we were given a complimentary room upgrade and birthday cake in the room! It’s a beautiful hotel, great location and great views over the pleasure beach and sea. The only thing we found negative was that it seems to lack a warmth, no atmosphere, just a bit sterile. The staff are polite and professional but seem to be very low in morale and this shows; almost like they daren’t have a laugh or be themselves. Drink prices in the hotel bar were also extremely expensive, we aren’t tight but it was on another level, £7.00 for a small bottle of lager. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it’s definitely a beautiful place, but they need to bring some personality in to the place, after all, in time people won’t remember what it looked like, but they’ll always remember how you made them feel. We remember good times more than good places. Don’t be scared to bring a bit of ‘Blackpool’ to the hotel.

The staff mesed up our booking for the NYE Meal, breakfast was poor, black pudding was raw and the bacon was still squeeling. The rooms however are loveky. May need to think about the rating given.

A really lovely hotel, room was excellent and cleaned every day, bathroom and shower also excellent. Staff training could do with a bit more, some of the staff were unhelpful i.e. ordering room service and explanation of the location for the overflow carpark...would definitely stay here again 😊

This hotel is very opulent, with a lovely high end look and feel. The staff are super professional, but still friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size and well equipped, again with a high quality look and feel to it. The staff left on the table, an individual cake and card for my son’s birthday, which was a wonderful touch and hugely appreciated. We would definitely stay here again..!!

The staff left on the table, an individual cake and card for my son’s birthday, which was a wonderful touch and hugely appreciated. We would definitely stay here again..!!
