The worst hotel i ever stayed at. Got a room i didn't even booked. Microwave was trash. Sheets have cigarette burns but clean. Door had a hole. Shower old and nasty at the top of shower. Basically disgusting never again.

Was not able to check in because they said they did not have my reservation. I had to go to a different hotel for the night.

Registration desk claimed they couldn’t find our booking and hotels.com couldn’t help either. Person at the desk was super rude and not at all interested in helping even after I showed them the receipt for the booking.

Stayed 1 night

🌙 We stayed at the Audubon Inn for one night. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance, and the bathroom was stocked well with plenty of towels, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself had several issues. When we arrived, there was a strong musty, mold-like smell in the room that never really went away. The room was also very hot, and the air conditioner appeared extremely old and was unable to cool the room down properly during our stay. There were also maintenance problems. The toilet chain broke from the handle, and I had to manually fix it myself in order to flush the toilet. The mini fridge also did not keep our items very cold. Overall, while the staff was kind and accommodating, the condition of the room made the stay uncomfortable.
