I really wanted to love this outing. Staff were great at check in. But bathroom was from hell. Shower knob turned around and around 360 degrees, so never sure if dry hit or cold and once couldn’t shut it off, took five minutes playing with it. Toilet barely flushed, you had to stand there and hold the lever down until a weak twirl slowly built to flush out contents. Shampoo pump did not work (which demonstrated maids did not check before signing off for moving into room). Lesson - I should have gone to front desk and asked for new room, I’m just not that kind of person. I just won’t be back. (Learn from my lesson and go ask for that new room!)

the bathroom was quite small and the building were old but safe. I think the cost was outrageous. We only stayed because family was there to celebrate a fortieth birthday. At this price point we will not be back.

Let me start of by staying we had an amazing time and would come back and stay at the Siebkens Resort again and will recommend it to friends and family. With that said I would have given it 5 stars across the board accept for a couple of maintenance issues. The toilet was slow to flush and the toilet would randomly run. The balcony had cob webs in the corner all the way up to the top the balcony above it loaded with bugs and the posts holding up the balcony had a lot of bird dropping on them. It seemed like there may have been a nest somewhere because I noticed our neighbors to the left and right of us had the same problem. But, this will not deter my husband and I from staying there again. Pam’s restaurant and the Tavern on site had delicious food and awesome servers and bartenders. The prime rib sandwich at the tavern was amazing as was the walleye and duck dinner at Pam’s. Jackie our server at Pam’s is aces! If you like a chill and relaxing experience with excellent service Siebkens Resort is the place to go. Oh, forgot to mention the private beach for the resort is the best. Chairs and towels provided. The beach area has a shaded area so if you don’t want to be in the sun all day you have that option. They even have chairs at the end of the pier if you prefer to sit there. Wake boards and kayaks also available to use. Right next to the pier. The lake water is clean and crystal clear. The bottom of the lake is mushy so just an FYI. Not a bad experience but unexpected.
