A lovely hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect next to the old town and a 10 minute walk to the beach. We haf a fantastic room with a big terrace Jörgen o Anneli

Nettes, kleines Stadthotel in sehr zentraler Lage. Buslinien sind fussläufig sehr schnell erreicht. Die Zimmer sind klein aber nett eingerichtet. Wir hatten eine schöne Dachterasse, die größer war als das Zimmer :o). Das Ambiente ist so, wie auf unzähligen Bildern. Wir hatten eine Woche mit Frühstück gebucht. Das würden wir vermutlich beim 2. mal nicht mehr unbedingt tun. Für den Preis ok, aber nach einer Woche ohne Abwechslung dann doch recht eintönig. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zu frühstücken, was wir beim nächsten mal tun würden. Die Zimmer sind tatsächlich klein, und für Leute die Auslauf gewohnt sind, vielleicht auch zu klein. Für unsere Zwecke aber ausreichend :)

I liked the location of the hotel. It is in proximity of central bus/train station, and at the edge of the old town. All the main tourist attractions in the old town are in walking distance. For going to other towns outside of Palma, within 5-7 minutes of walk, we can reach to the TIB buses at the central bus/train station. We also liked the private outdoor sitting space of our room.

Sehr schöne Einrichtung, sehr gut gelegen, man ist sofort in der Innenstadt, Parken im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus hat für mehrere Tage gut geklappt und war im preislichen Rahmen. Frühstück war sehr gut, es wurde immer nachgefüllt.

리셉션의 친절도와 침구류의 편안함이 최상이었습니다. 여행 다닐때 불편할까봐 개인 베개도 챙기는데, 이 곳은 필요하지 않았어요. 무엇보다도 여행을 즐기기에 호텔의 위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 큰 방은 아니었지만 발코니가 있는 객실이라 방이 답답해보이지 않았습니다. 다만 화장실이 슬라이딩 형식이라 프라이버시가 필요하시다면 불편할수는 있을 것 같아요. 그 외 유료이기는 하지만 호텔 근처에 주차공간이 있는 것도 좋았어요.

Hotel bien place pour visiter palma parking et bus à proximité seul inconvenient, l'hotel ouvre ses portes du petit déjeuner aux extérieurs et cela devient très vite un hall de gare bruyant, dommage .....

Lovely room with mini terrave

Place was nice and clean. Rooms were a bit small but had everything I needed. Hotel doesn’t offer any extras as in gym or massage but does offer breakfast for an additional fee. Beds were not so comfortable but do have amazing terraces. Also Hotel is located very close to many different shops, bars, and restaurants.

We had such a great stay at Ca n’Alexandre in Mallorca. The location was perfect, everything was close by, so we ended up walking everywhere. The staff were genuinely kind and super helpful, which made us feel really welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the whole place was spotless. We were really happy with our stay and would definitely come back!!!!

This boutique hotel is a Jewel in Palma. Our room was comfy and very clean , It was as a bit small but very beautiful . Excellent location. The highlight was helping staff. All the reception staff were very helpful. unfortunately I can’t remember their name. They went out of their way to help us with every demand. I highly recommend this hotel.

Attiré par les belles photos de l’hôtel, mais l’hygiène n’est vraiment pas au rendez-vous. Le sol de Salle de bain était jonché de cheveux et de poils. Malgré un mot laissé à la femme de chambre et un mot à la réception. Aucun nettoyage n’a été effectué. Très déçu qu’il ait fallu retourner à la réception pour signaler à nouveau ce problème. Une solution a toutefois été trouvée à la troisième reprise mais dommage d’en arriver là… puis réveillée chaque matin par les claquements de portes voisines… gros problème d’insonorisation.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much. The rooms were quite spacious and very clean, as were all the communal areas. The location of the hotel is one of its best attributes as it was right in the centre, with plenty of restaurant options and shops, as well as being fairly near to the beach. However, despite being so near the centre, the hotel itself was lovely and quiet, meaning that a good night sleep was also had. Overall, would definitely recommend a stay here!

Unfortunately, the rooms are extremely noisy. The fact that the bathroom is only separated from the bedroom by a sliding door also leaves little room for privacy. The surroundings are not the most beautiful, but the city can be easily explored on foot. The hotel can also be reached directly from the airport by bus. The location is ideal for a short city trip.

Sehr saubere und vor allem modern gestaltete Unterkunft! Lage ist sehr zentral. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist unbestritten gut. Leider ist es wie oft beschrieben SEHR hellhörig. Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu hart. Leider wurde an einem Tag das gesamte Wasser durch die Stadt abgestellt. Das Personal bot von sich aus kein Wasser zum Zähneputzen etc. an und auch sonst hatten wir keine Möglichkeit (weder am Vormittag noch am frühen Abend) unsere Notdurft zu verrichten oder uns zu duschen. Als Entschädigung wurde uns wiederum nichts vom Hotel aus angeboten. Erst nach Nachfrage wurde uns ein "Gutschein" für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt angeboten. Wie sollten wir diesen jemals nutzen als junges Paar, dass gerne neue Hotels und Standorte probiert. Alles in allem und fairerweise muss man sagen, dass ohne den Wasserzwischenfall alles gut gewesen wäre.

Bra läge precis i kant med centrums alla köpgator. Lugnt läge. Runt fem minuters promenad till flygbussen, perfekt. Fräscht hotell, snygg design , väldigt bra frukost men det rum vi bokat var i minsta laget. Svårt med resväskor utan yta att veckla ut dem. Men kan rekommendera det med det utmärkta läget till centrum och flygbussen.

A really lovely stay, great staff and beautiful hotel. Only small complaints are the rooms are a bit small (the private terrace though is huge)! Also it’s a bit noisy at night and we could hear the lift so a bit more sound-proofing needed!

Das Hotel ist chic. Das Zimmer war klein und durch die Schiebetür zum Bad gibt es nicht wirklich Privatsphäre. Es war ruhig und wir schauten in einen kleinen Innenhof.

It was a good stay. Nothing special though sadly. Room and bathroom were nicely decorated but a bit small. There was air conditioning unit but instruction was asking not to change any settings (it was set to heating 20 degrees and for me that is way too warm to sleep comfortably). Shower was looking lovely but sadly was not practical at all as water was running out from the shower cabin onto the bathroom floor and flooding everything. We have reported this to the reception staff but sadly nothing could be done during our stay so we had to have very short and cautious showers with towels on the bathroom floor to soak up the water. Bed was large and comfortable but walls are very thin so any noise in the adjoining room or corridor were disturbing our sleep. Plus there was a mechanical noise throughout the evening/night (from the lift and from somewhere else-possibly outside). Location was very convenient as close to the bus station, shopping and dining. In general we had a good stay, but I don’t think we would book again when staying in Palma in the future

Great hotel, nice decor but air conditioner kept room hot like at 76 and couldn’t lower it. Also, air is not turned on in the public spaces…..

I just recently stayed at this hotel as part of my recent 3 weeks honeymoon. We went to 8 different cities throughout Greece and Spain and this was our worst experience in terms of service at any hotel we had stayed. It being our honeymoon, we had great service experiences the hotels we stayed at with them often pulling out a map and giving us recommendations. My husband had an ankle injury so we often had to ask for a bucket of ice in the AM or PM (or both!) which was never a problem. In most places we received a bottle of wine (or even an upgrade) since it was our honeymoon - even though we did not expect this. Check-in at this hotel with the man was awkward and even uncomfortable. At one point in our stay we asked for a bucket of ice and we were made to feel guilty about it. When we did finally get some from the front desk, we were given four ice cubes and a bucket of water. The main reason behind my review though is this misinformation this hotel provided to us, making us miss our ferry (costing us $550 CAD) and $700 CAD in new flights. On the eve of our 8am ferry we asked the man at the front desk if he could arrange a taxi and when he would recommend we call it for an 8am ferry. We looked to him for advice since no where on our ticket did it tell us and in Greece it was 30min prior. He recommended 7:30, though we decided 7:15 and when we got there the gates were closed. How would a premium hotel not tell its guests the rules around it's countries ferry terminal?

The hotel was welcoming and clean and comfortable however the shower was faulty despite reporting to staff remained difficult to use throughout stay and requires repair

Narine, John & Sofiane at the front desk were extremely helpful, friendly and made ys feel at home. Sofianne was especially friendly and helpful with advice and tips on what to do, where to eat and we rented a car 🚙 that we used to travel to Manacor, beaches & Rafa tennis academy…THANKU Sofiane We will be back to beautiful Mallorca 🌞😃

O hotel é bonito e bem localizado, porém o tato no atendimento pelo recepcionista do período da tarde/noite deixou a desejar. Um ponto estranho é que não há recepção entre 22h e 5h da manhã. Pelo valor de diária, esperava um atendimento mais cordial.

Mala atencion por parte del personal en recepcion por la tarde, cero atentos, cuando llegue no servia el elevador y el host me pidio que subiera 3 PISOS una d las maletas que pesaba 23kg, Despues de que llegue acalorada por los 3 pisos q cargue la maleta estaba super caliente la habitacion con A/C apagado, en conclusion fatal, traten de no elegir este hotel perdon turismo de interior por q es pesima opcion....

The fact that is was so quiet, and in a good location, easy walking distance to the Plaza Mayor, bus station with a very good supermarket. The staff were extremely helpful - very impressed of the umbrellas when it was raining. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

Convenient location

Gut gelegen oberhalb der Altstadt. Dort ist man in 5 Minuten, ca. 10 Min zur Kathedrale. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr schöne Architektur mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir werden wieder kommen!

Not in a good location

Central location, close to bus access to airport, train to Sóller at Plaza España, market. Breakfast was excellent and room is clean and comfortable. Hotel has friendly and helpful staff.

Weekend break in Palma, fantastic find. Lovely hotel short distance from the centre. Amazing balcony on 3rd floor - superior double overlooking the town. Continental breakfast included - a great bolt hole in a vibing city.

Nous avons adoré le personnel de l'hôtel très gentil et toujours disponible. Nous avons moins aimé le lit et les oreillers (trop durs), mais c'est un choix personnel. Nous reviendrons certainement à cet hôtel car il est situé proche de la gare routière et du transport vers l'aéroport, mais aussi à quelques rues du centre-ville de Palma, des magasins, des restaurants et de tous les attraits touristiques de la ville. Le petit-déjeuner est particulièrement bien garni.
