Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet aber auch etwas unpraktisch und zu steril. Empfang ist mehrsprachig besetzt, aber Kommunikation untereinander (mit der nächten Schicht) holperig. Ich musste wegen einer Sache 3x hin. Die Klimaanlage heizte das Zimmer stets auf unerträgliche 27-29 grad auf, obwohl suf der Bedieneinheit nur 18 grad eingestellt waren. Abhilfe: Keine. Hotel besitzt keine eigenen Parkplätze. Wilder Parkplatz vorm Hotel auf einer Verkehrsinsel. Die Gegend ist laut, Verkehr Baustelle, alles eng, nicht sehr sauber, kein touristisches Viertel. Einige kleine Restaurants, Lokale, Imbisse und ein großer Supermarkt in direkter Umgebung.

Late booking for a gig in Milan. Due to the rain and trains we could not attend if we didn’t book accommodation. Hotel was excellent. Great room and bar. Food in morning was excellent. Just a note for UK visitor you need a passport. As we travel from a house we had we didn’t take passport. The didn’t like uk drivers license lucky we had photo of passport on the phone…. Wish hotels had advised of that but not a problem with the hotel at all . Just a note for people . Hotel was brilliant thanks 2 mins walk from Metro .

Hotel recht gut. Sehr modern aber nüchtern eingerichtet. Zimmer zur Straße, aber bei geschlossenem Fenster recht ruhig. Wilder und kostenfreier Parkplatz vorm Hotel. Parkplatzsuche ist aber Glücksache. Einige kleine Restaurants in Laufnähe plus mehrere Imbisse. Gegend um das Hotel ist abenteuerlich (eine freundlichere Umschreibung fällt mir nicht ein) und recht unsauber. Die Anbindung an die Metro ist sehr gut. Großer Supermarkt um die Ecke. Mehrere kleinere in der Nähe.

Very clean and tidy hotel. Pity the bar shut promptly at midnight! Very expensive transfer rates to the airport, we secured ours online for a fraction of the price. Would stay there again though as very decent.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms Good at resolving issues. WiFi and air conditioning. On a busy road but has good double glazing. Near M3 metro, means you can quickly get into the city centre.

Overall we were very happy with our stay in the hotel, it was clean and easy to find off the metro. Staff were always polite in the corridors and in reception. There is a few supermarkets within walking distance if you needed to pick up anything. Breakfast was well stocked with a wide range of pastries, fruit, cereals, teas and coffees. The main thing we missed in the room was a kettle so we could make a cup of tea later at night but not something we would let affect our stay - the bar was nice and chilled for a nightcap or two!! We had to ask for some extra pillows as they only provided one each in the room… they were a little flat but that’s just preference. Would stay again if we were returning to Milan!

Hotel un peu excentré du centre, sur un boulevard assez passant. Quartier moyen, pas énormément de choses à voir, métro à 5min. La chambre est correcte, petit bémol sur le bureau (petite tablette en bois) avec un tabouret de bar. Impossible de travailler correctement, dommage. Ma chambre donnait sur l’arrière du bâtiment, à l’opposé du boulevard, très calme. J’imagine que c’est moins le cas côté boulevard. Pas de fer à repassé dans la chambre (dispo en sous sol). Pas de bouilloire, café…pour le prix de la chambre, cela manque. Produits de toilette basiques. 1 savon, 1 gel douche/ shampoing. Petit déjeuner ok, classique avec viennoiseries, œuf, charcuterie…rien d’exceptionnel mais 20eur si vous le prenez le jour même (16 si réservé la veille à la réception). Un peu cher

Very nice hotel, great location. Rooms are nice and spacious, very clean. Only thing I did not like at all was that they did not have Irons &Ironing boards in roon.. you have to take all your clothes down to the basment to Iron which makes absolutely no sense to me. If it wasn't for that I would recommend 10/10

Basic hotel amenities, looks dated, average stay, very overpriced for what it offers. Stayed there for two weeks, bed sheets are not being changed, dirty wine glasses were not removed for days, pillow that fell behind the bed on day one- stayed there for the whole 14 days duration. Front desk staff is polite upon approach, but appeared indifferent . Convenient to Metro, 3-5 minutes away.

Meine Erfahrung im J24 Hotel Milano war gemischt. Obwohl der Empfang äußerst herzlich war und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich waren, kann ich dasselbe nicht über den Zustand des Zimmers sagen. Leider war das Zimmer schmutzig, und der Reinigungsservice ließ zu wünschen übrig. Ich fand eine beträchtliche Menge Haare im Badezimmer, was meine Freude am Aufenthalt beeinträchtigte. Ich verstehe, dass Staub in Hotels üblich ist, aber Haare und der Schmutz im Badezimmer sollten effizienter behandelt werden. We checked in pretty late and my family and I had 2 separate rooms. We all divide and make our way into our 2 rooms which were on 2 different floors (which I didn’t like). They should have tried to at least put us on the same floor. My grandmother and I walked into our hotel room, there were no clean towels, the faucet was not draining and the cherry on top? There was urine and feces in the urinal, which wouldn’t flush… They gave us a dirty room that has never been cleaned, how disgusting is that? Obviously I ran down to the front desk and explained the situation, they apologized and gave us a new room. But at the point I already had a sour taste in my mouth and was utterly disgusted, the smell of the initial room we got when we walked in just ruined my overall experience.

The room was not clean. There were stains on the bed, smelled of pet urine. Shower did not drain out and leftover hair in the sink. They did nothing to accommodate. This forced us to check-out. Do not recommend staying here!

Overall an OK hotel. Some things feel cheap such as the shower base which was loose, the feel of the furniture and no tea/coffee making facilities. The area nearby was noisy and we could hear traffic in the morning and noises at night which was disturbing. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours. Was near an underground stop which was convenient and served the purpose for our stay.

It was an arrive at midnight and leave at 8am type of stay for me. In this regard, the fact that it's a modern hotel with concrete walls, heavy doors, double glazing, and full blackout curtains was great! Nice comfortable bed. So I had a fantastic sleep undisturbed by noise or light, and didn't have many other demands.

There is no soundproof provision in this hotel. I have never had such bad experience. It felt as if other rooms were an extension to your own room. Horrendously noisy. It’s a shame because the crew is kind and the hotel looks new-ish. I didn’t have breakfast or ate in there. There is no desk if you want to work on your laptop. The mains plug is Italian standard. Only one European mains was available.

Hotel room itself was fine aside from thin walls, and onsite staff were of average politeness (not friendly or welcoming, just minimal politeness) but communication before our stay was terrible. We wanted to upgrade our room from a double to a triple as another person joined our trip, but instead of charging the difference of 178 euros as posted on expedia as well as their own webiste, they charged us 230 euros. Their tone was incredibly rude and dismissive, when asked why such a difference, all they stated was "because this is the cost of the supplement" (that was the entire email content). I would have cancelled if I hadn\'t booked a non refundable rate, it was the worst and most frustrating interaction I\'ve ever had with hotel staff. FYI we stayed at 3 other hotels this trip and had to add an additional person for each and every one of them charged us the difference AS STATED on their website and expeidias.

When I wanted to check in, the hotel was overbooked, although I had payed already the full price. They sent me to a very ugly, old and loud hotel - no apologies and no refund or even a free breakfast when I returned after one night. In general, the reception is not very friendly nor helpful on any topics

The staff were excellent! The hotel itself was clean, modern and stylish. I booked multiple rooms for a stag do group. We had to make changes on the fly and deal with some things going wrong. The staff were excellent and very helpful in the lead up and throughout our stay.

Had a small fire in the back of property, staff were unhelpful and didn’t offer any kind of compensation despite us waiting hours late into the night for the rooms to be cleared of smoke. A free drink at the bar etc would’ve gone a long way

The Receptionist man was extremely rude, when we was leaving an handing in our key cards, the receptionist claimed we hadn’t payed our taxes, which was untrue as when we arrived we was asked straight away to pay taxes and we did!!! which then led to the reception staff being extremely rude an stating that we didn’t an when my friends told them that will not be paying again he then started saying to “beg” on the street for money, as he was claiming we hadn’t payed, He was extremely unprofessional an needs sacking.

Het hotel zelf is prima. Ruime, schone kamers. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Personeel zat vooral verstopt achter de desk, kon amper een goedemorgen af. De omgeving is niet de beste buurt van Milaan. Een metrohalte op 5 minuten lopen en een tramhalte iets verder. Veel graffiti en mannen die op straat hangen. Reis je als vrouw alleen: niet doen!

Zeer mooi hip hotel. Op enkele minuten wandelen van de metro, directe verbinding naar het centrum. Zeer behulpzaam personeel voor het helpen boeken bij daguitstappen. Ontbijtbuffet is duur qua aanbod.
