Upon check in, I noticed the limited interaction front desk staff. Also, No toiletries were provided by the hotel through the entire three days I did not see no hotel staff and the elevators were not in working condition ,courtesy signs were posted for customers to use the stairs. Otherwise the room was very clean, quiet.

Very clean and nice big room . No soap or shampoo other than one small bar of hand soap. No Kleenex. No ice machine. Have to pay extra for coffee pot . Pots and pans and Dishes is a up charge .Thin walls can hear people in next room . Hear doors slamming from down stairs Halls and elevator are not air conditioned. It was worth the price .

Elevators didn’t work and staff put me on the 3 rd floor with a baby and 4 year old. Would not do anything to accommodate me (no lower floor room, refund, etc. I will not be staying here again

This place smelled terrible. The entire building smelled of stale smoke and mold. The room especially smelled like smoke. We couldn't handle it and left the next day. I didn't complain because I saw from other reviews it wouldn't help. We ended up going to the Best Western next door and that place was excellent!

The room smelled strongly of cigarettes and alcohol but it was a non-smoking building so likely the last guest was a smoker. The staff overall was great and addressed the noise issue with a late night noisy neighbor quickly. Room was clean, great price for our stay.

Pro: I really appreciated that the property was very pet friendly. Lots of real estate to walk the little fur babies on and around the property. Very clean. Security was high on their priority list. Very quiet, friendly check-in, and obviously well maintained property. The Room A/C units were quiet and very powerful! Th beds were comfortable with nice sheets. Con: the "free" internet was completely useless i.e. you had to upgrade to a paid service during the stay (an additional $6.99) if you expected to get any business work done. They didn't have complimentary pots/pans (so we unexpectedly had to run to the local Walmart). No coffee maker in the room (but there is a Buc-ee across the parking lot) - its the small little inconveniences that kept this from being a 5 star review.

Nice clean hotel, walls a little thin. Called front desk about kids running back and forth in the room above me, they addressed the problem and things settled down for the rest of the night. Bring shampoo and things, this is mostly a work or long term hotel in my opinion. I would stay again, close to lots of things to see and eat.

OK its a budget hotel, I get that part. The only amenity - the instant coffee machine was out of order @ 7:30a. No biggy. Desk closed, roll-up door down and locked. Which brings up the primary problem: idiot next door blasting TV all night. No phone in room to call next door and say, "turn it down" and desk totally closed so no help from "office". Two hours sleep = 2 generous stars.

The air conditioner didnt keep the room temperature cool. At 65 it felt more like 72. The hall way was cooler than the room and the elevator was the hottest area and smelled like an ash tray.

This property is a long-term stay so not a 24-hr front desk. No way to get back in if you forget your key card, or for guests to get in, etc. The person who is supposed to answer the phone doesn't. People wait at the door hoping someone with a key will come along and let them in. (Of course, could be anyone off the street, not a resident, and nobody monitors). Hotel is OK but be aware of these limitations.

Not within walking distance to golf course as stated on your website. Free internet means only one connection without paying extra. For diabetic on 2 monitors this is not acceptable. Had to wait for manager to get off phone so clerk could finish checking us in. 15 minutes standing in lobby. Another person waiting to check in too.

stayed on night and never again, the property is nice and very much clean, The stagnant say the same and that is all the way up to the hotel’s General Manager. Rude, confrontational, petal all out thumbs down GM should needs retraining in customer service. The only good thing i can say was the lovely lady i first incounter when checking in. polite, very well maintain and extremely knowledgeable. I would love to explain from beginning to end to long of a story.

My favorite place to stay in Lake Jackson. It's in a really quiet and calm area, right next to a Buccees though. There aren't a bunch of other hotels around like the other options and all of the dining/shopping areas are like 5 minutes away!

Service desk was courteous and check in was fast. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable but could've used another pillow or 2 as they are very small. Bathroom was spacious and very clean, but ask for another soap. Only got one for 2 persons to wash hands and shower. There was no breakfast items, but not a concern for us. This is a no frills hotel, but would definately stay there again if in town.

This property was very clean and the staff were fantastic. Everyone was friendly and helpful. This hotel does not have a lot of amenities which is the reason for the low price. It doesn’t service breakfast but their coffee is super good. Honestly far beyond what I expected from a machine. They do have some amenities that you have to ask for such as a blowdryer but we didn’t know that until we were leaving. If you don’t plan on hanging around the hotel (as we didn’t - this was a trip to hang out at the beach) this is perfect. You can prepare food with the stovetop and full refrigerator and microwave. Makes for a perfect place to pack a picnic for the beach. We highly recommend it.

The hotel was ok. They only give you one key card. You can only hook up on device to there Internet if anymore you will be charged for it. You also have to pay $30 for there pots and $20 for there dishes so bring your own things to cook with. The coffee is horrible and they don't have any creamer the whole 2 days we were there. It's not a good hotel for the price they charge. No breakfast nothing. I wouldn't recommend. The so called sofa is a twin bed couch and charge you more for that. Not worth it
