Hotel Oriental Express Tokyo Kamata

立地は繁華街である蒲田駅西側ではなく東口という立地が喧噪から離れていていいと思いました。駅からも近く、コンビニやレストランも当然徒歩圏内に多くあります。ドンキも近い。ホテルが建築されてからまだ浅いようで全てがきれいで、物作りの街というテーマで作り込まれているのがいい感じです。チェックインはマシン対応ですが、そのあとブリーフィングをしてくれたスタッフの方の対応が凄く良かった。彼の雰囲気や笑顔も良かった。1Fのカフェが24時までオープンしています。宿泊者ソフトドリンク類は無料。ワインは300円。宿泊料と共にコスパが良かったです。高級ホテルとは当然違いはあると思いますが、短期の宿泊には最高でした。非の打ち所がないので今回初めて星5評価させて頂きました。

Everything is good for the price paid. Parking needs payment of ¥2000/24 hours.

The location is convinient. Coffee always available at the lobby. Microwave and coin laundryare also tourist friendly.

Very convenient location on the Keikyu Line from Haneda Airport. A short walk to the hotel from the train station. There’s lovely staff at the hotel and the breakfast is great. Japanese buffet style with a good variety of meat, fish, veg, rice, miso, salad, yoghurt. An added bonus is complementary hot drinks until midnight for guests.

車で行きましたがコインパーキングが近くて安い！900円/24h ロビーコーヒーコーナーが広くて無料飲料もコーヒー、ラテ、キャラメルラテが選べた。京急蒲田駅までは徒歩で5分ほどなのでとても便利。翌日は遅めの出発で部屋掃除をしていましたがエアコンまで念入りに掃除してました。色々な面で良いホテルですね。宿泊代はちょっと高めですが相応のサービスだと思います

2台のコインランドリーの内1台が故障していて使いたいと思ってもいつも空いて無い状態だった。 スタッフの対応は良いが清掃がもう一つなのと朝食が小規模過ぎるところは良くない。

空港に近い。 しかし、タクシーや車で行きにくい。

Room was spotless, hotel was quiet and very close to train station. Customer service was super as usual. The only downside is that the bed mattress is quite hard.

新しくてきれいなホテルです。 廊下の内装などちょっと個性的です。 朝食もシンプルながら美味しかったです。 望むべきは洗面所まわりの清掃の改善と部屋にティーバッグやコーヒーを置いてほしかった（あるのかもしれないが見つからなかった）ことです。

場所は駅近で便利。朝ご飯も悪くない。 ロビー、廊下が少し臭う。 部屋に小さなアリをたくさん発見。1日10匹以上潰しました。 次は泊まりません。

外観がカッコ良くてリーズナブルなホテルで 駅、スーパー近く立地最高です。コインランドリー付いてますがドラム式で洗濯物が、なかなか乾かないのが残念。あとエアコン送風口のホコリが溜まってました！それ以外は満足でした

新しい設備で清潔感がありました。チェックインもチェックアウトも機械でできますが、スタッフがサポートしてくれました。エレベーターで部屋に昇る時はルームキーが必要なのでセキュリティもよい。 ただ部屋のエアコン、ドライヤー、加湿清浄機にはホコリが溜まっていたのが残念でした。

Location: Great for proximity to the airport. We spent our last night in Tokyo in this hotel after coming back from another city. Our plan was to arrive at night and early the next morning (day of our flight) drop our bags in the airport lockers, do some final sightseeing and come back to the airport in the afternoon for our flight. With that objective in mind, this hotel was great in terms of location and proximity to the Haneda airport. When riding the Shinkansen, we got off at the station before Tokyo Station and were only about a 15 min metro ride away. The trip to the airport via metro was about 20 minutes. I wouldn’t stay here for several days of sightseeing in Tokyo though, as it’s at least a 40 min metro ride to popular areas and there didn’t seem to be a lot to do in walking distance. Though there was a FamilyMart conveniently located a few steps outside the hotel. Hotel itself: The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. Really appreciated that. Although the hotel was generally clean, it didn’t feel as clean as it could especially in the room. There was a hair on our bed and the towels had a very unpleasant smell to them. The room generally smelt a bit musty, not fresh and clean. The bed was comfortable and we slept just fine for our trip. I wouldn’t had wanted to stay more than one night, though, as it didn’t feel as crisp and clean as I enjoy. But, would come back for a single night before a flight.

房間的大小一個人夠大，不會覺得壓迫 行李箱打開不困難 洗澡的浴缸也很大，泡湯腿可以伸直，好評！ 小小的不足是整間飯店的WiFi 雖然覆蓋率高，但是時常用到一半網路連線斷開，需要時常更換網路。 其他都不是太大的問題 早餐雖然不是大魚大肉，但是也是可以接受的。

The bed layout is a bit odd as there is no walking space between the bed and the tv. As such if you will like to access the walking space that is near the window, you will have to climb onto the bed in order to access that space. The cafe area is big and conducive if you need to study or work. There is coffee all day. 2-3 min walk to keikyu kamata station. 1 min walk to 7-11.

Not the most comfortable beds, but the price is right and the rooms are clean. Literally steps away from the train station somehow without hearing the trains all night.

Close to the train station, clean and convent. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

客室は狭いですが清潔でした。 前回もでしたが、朝から清掃スタッフがノックなしでドアを開けようとされたので、二重に鍵をかけていて覗かれずよかったです。 チェックアウトしているか確認し、ノックしてから空けて欲しいです。 (前回はノックなしで開けられてしまいました)

This was a stop over close to the airport to return home. The hotel location is ideal, a short one stop ride on the Keikyu line to Haneda terminal 3. The check in staff English wasn’t too good, but was able to get sorted and they tried to accommodate as much as possible which is appreciated. Surrounding by rooms were a little noisy, so this is something to consider if you are a light sleeper.

Close to the airport which is good. Some address info was missing upon check-in and the staff called the room phone at around 9pm to get the missing info. This should have been checked at check-in. I was not impressed as I could have been sleeping already for my early morning flight, which was the point of booking a hotel like this in middle of nowhere.

When I come to Tokyo I prefer to stay in Kamata for convenience from Haneda Airport as well as traveling to Tokyo / Yokohama. This is the 3rd hotel I have stayed at in Kamata, and although the other 2 are also highly rated, this is by far the best hotel here that I have found so far. Reasons: 1) You can exit via rampways and escalators directly from Keikyu Kamata Station with luggage and it is a few minute walk to the hotel. VERY convenient location. 2) Since it is tucked away in a side street away from the station, it is actually located in a quiet, residential area. This means it is very QUIET compared to most hotels in the area which are either close to the train tracks or heavily populated streets. Although it is in a residential area, there are two convenience stores within a one minute distance! 3) The rooms are extremely clean, functional, and quiet. They aren't the biggest of rooms, but they are big enough to feel comfortable. Especially liked how clean the entire building, including the bathrooms were. 4) The breakfast was awesome! Lots of variety but well worth the extra yen! 5) As in most hotels of this size, the staff is minimal, but they were very friendly. I even forgot a valuable charger after I checked out and I was allowed access to my room to get my charger back without question, Overall, it is hard to find such a cozy place in a quiet residential yet convenient part of Tokyo!

Enjoyed the breakfast and having a meeting are to have coffee and other beverages. Very clean, comfortable bed and convenient to transport and dining.

This hotel was conveniently located near the Keikyu Kamata Station making it easy to get to from the airport and to other parts of Tokyo. The room was small but clean (except for the stain I found on the curtain which wasn’t that big of a deal for me), breakfast options were good, the staff was friendly and spoke enough English that it wasn’t a problem getting help, and the neighborhood was quiet. Donkii and 7-elevens nearby making it easy for last minute souvenir shopping and late night snacks. There was also a shopping arcade nearby that offered many dining options if you don’t want to go too far. I took a taxi back to Haneda when I left because of all my heavy luggage and that only cost around $20 USD. Overall, I had a very nice stay and would stay here again.

京急蒲田駅から徒歩5分以内。立地最高。新しい建物で清潔感あり。ロビーにはフリードリンク、広々とした休憩スペースがあります。 室内は狭いがコンパクトにまとまっている。 次回も利用したい。

Great location. A short walk to train station and an easy ride to Haneda airport. The hotel is located in a quiet area. We had a good dinner at a local Izakaya close by next to the hotel.

Great area in quiet neighborhood but easily accessible to the train station. Got to almost all areas in Tokyo in under 30 minutes. This was our 2nd stay . The breakfast was better 3 years ago.

このホテルは出来て約６年で奇麗です。 朝食も程よい品数で良い。 食堂の飲み物も色々あり、夜中の１２時までは自由に飲めます。 羽田空港から電車で乗り換え無しで、１５分位。 駅までも歩いて５分くらい。 良いロケーションです。 再宿泊アリです。

1階のカフェでコーヒなどが飲めて、雰囲気も良い。コーヒの温度が低かったのは残念でした。

アクセスのしやすさや部屋の清潔さもさることながらモーニングビュッフェがどれも美味しかったです。

Good hotel for one day stay. Easy access from Kamata station and room is clean and efficient, has a window that opens for fresh air. Quiet neighborhood. Only con: 1500yen breakfast has small selection of food. Very basic Japanese selection and one kind of bread. no fruits, no eggs. I’d recommend getting your own from convenience store nearby.

新しいので全体的に綺麗です。 部屋も一般的な広さで問題ありません。 エントランスでフリードリンクサービスがあります。 カーテンの丈が少し短いので朝日が眩しく感じました。 テーブルが折りたたみで椅子も簡素な物しかないので、ベッドに座ることになります。 朝食は1500円にしてはかなり質素ですので改善を願いたい。
