Breakfast was amazing. Room was Clean and bed very comfortable. Lots of restaurants in the area. Only complaint is the pool was way too cold. Booked the hotel for the pool and was too cold to get in. Was also small, so when kids came and started jumping in had to leave as would get splashed from other side of pool. Otherwise highly recommend.

Loved this hotel. For being in Toronto the price was good. Rooms were very clean and stylish. Fitness centre was above average too. The only thing I did not like was their breakfast. The eggs tasted bad and the sausages didn’t look edible.

Great hotel with great people working. The room is spacious and the room kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Breakfest is good but there are few options, and is quite the same everyday. There's a Walmart about 10 minutes by car. Cars are necessary. Except for a commercial center with a few restaurants across the street, there's nothing near the hotel to visit by walking. Parking lot is great.

Séjour très agréable pour notre famille de 4 enfants. Parc disponible pour bébé. Le déjeuner a été un vrai délice! Du choix pour tous, repas chaud 3 options style buffet, bar à céréales, bar à pain, yogourt, œufs à la coque, toutes les sortes de lait (amande, avoine, etc)fruits frais, etc. Café et thé et pour terminer des gaufres à se faire dans le moment avec plein de choix de garnitures!! La piscine est super. Nous avons adoré et avec la cuisine complète (avec vaisselle dans les armoires) dans la chambre, il est possible de cuisiner sans problème pour le souper.

We stayed here one night post vacation. It was great- It was about 15 minutes from our park and fly (airport). The staff were friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Our room had a small kitchen area. Bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The breakfast was decent. We loved the free parking. The pool was on the cold side. We would stay here again.

Convenient, near major highways by YYZ airport, stayed one night after a long vacation abroad. Free parking, Wi-Fi, good breakfast and most importantly a 24-hour gym I used to combat jet-lag. King bed with pillow topper mattress, thick, white linens. Large screen TV for watching football. This was the best (and most expensive hotel) we stayed at for our 17 day vacation, ending that night before driving back to the US. Industrial area by the Amazon warehouse, not many restaurants nearby that I saw (but we were very jet-lagged and didn't seek out dinner options). Very high-end property for us.

Great room other than the fact that there was lukewarm water in the shower. When I asked the front desk about it they told me that it was a safety issue although I have had hot showers in every other hotel I have stayed at, Other than that it was a good stay

Stayed one night for a business meeting. Hotel room was a suite with a kitchen and living room - well appointed and thoughtfully laid out, bedding and mattress were of superior quality. The included hotel breakfast was OK but not great. Staff were all very courteous and helpful. There is a broad selection of restaurants within 5 minutes walk but the entire area was under construction, and very noisy. The room HVAC system was also noisy and a machinery vibration not within the room woke me several times during the night - this might have been the lobby HVAC system because I was on the 2nd floor, and my business associate was on the 5th floor and heard nothing.

We spent 2 nights here and booked the studio king with sofa bed suite. The room was beautiful and spacious. The shower was awesome! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Thr decor is modern, spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Me, my husband and our 2 kids (3 & 11) thoroughly enjoyed her stay. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely return.

Liked location of the room we were in -- able to see the planes descending upon Pearson airport. Disliked that the bedding and pillows all had strong perfume/febreze smell. When mentioning this to front desk, their response was that they needed to spray the bedding/pillows to cover up the smell of various perfumes from previous guests. This practice only added to the issue. Otherwise the room was spacious and served our needs for the one night we stayed.

Staff was great. I was very tired after coming in on an earky flight from Las Vegas. Staff checked to see if my assigned room was ready to be occupied. I was able to check in early. That helped immensely. Complimentary breakfast was well stocked, prepared and delicious. The room itself was clean, roomy, and comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel several times before because I absolutely love it. However, during this stay I found some of the front desk staff to not be the most welcoming. I would have appreciated being greeted with a smile at the very least. The uninviting energy I received from some of the front desk and kitchen staff is my only reason for not rating my stay as excellent.

We booked a room with a kitchenette and it served us perfectly. The bed and bedding was clean and comfortable. All amenities was absolutely perfect for us. Free parking and a lot of restaurants in the area. If I had to complain about anything it would only be that the free breakfast was not all that good. No meat what so ever and the scrambled egg was dry. But I really can't complain because it was free. I loved this place and will definitely be coming back.
