Booked room through Hotels.com. We stayed in room 204 on second floor. Room was impossibly small with no windows or storage. Could not open a suitcase on the floor without blocking a door. Toilet area was cramped. Electrical outlets not covered with plates. Parking area behind hotel was sketchy and had to navigate around dead rats. Checkin procedure and providing a security deposit by e-transfer was a pain. Requirement was not advertised on Hotel.com site. Security deposit was returned 3 days after checkout despite promise to return in 23-48 hours. Would not stay here again. We have used Hotels.com once since this visit but not likely to use again.

Besides the not obvious inlcuding of needing to pay a deposit while I booked the hotel, and not telling me it has to be an e transfer while I am booking was a big inconvenience
