I was happy to have an electric charger at the hotel. We plugged in and had a full charge in the morning. Great to have an EV friendly hotel and for that we will stay here again.

Always love staying at this location. Friendly staff, love happy hour, nice breakfast and great spaces to hang out, work, socialize, etc. The only small thing this stay was that the pool was a little dirty. Otherwise, fabulous as usual!

Like this place overall. Easy to get to, parking free , free breakfast 24 hr coffee.. clean rooms.. One thing that did not suit me: I am used to having temperatures of 78 F. Room wud not turn up above 75 F n was quite cold for me. Maybe a Space heater wud help. But other this it’s a really wonderful place to stay!

Now I remember why I use Marriott hotels - skipped housekeeping on day 2 - no compensation offered - had to come to front desk for towels - it’s not that they missed the housekeeping- it’s how they did nothing to make up for it - poor customer relations.

Bed pillows kept everyone tossing and turning all night with no comfort at all. Loved beds, would not stay again due to pillows, unless I brought my own pillows for everyone and that I dought because we won't have the room.

Overall, it was a very nice hotel. The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The pillows are comfortable. Plenty of room at the desks to set up my laptop and do some work. I really like the desk chair... wish I could get one for home. The negatives were very minor. There was a little mold where the wall meets the ceiling in the shower. The night shift desk clerk was not very friendly, especially in comparison to everyone else we met there. Other than that, it was perfect. There was plenty of free parking. The internet was free and fast enough for a zoom meeting. We will come back again. We had an appointment at the Emory Hospital, and it was walking distance away.

This is my first time at a Hampton Inn in years. The facilities, cleanliness, and location were excellent. The check-in staff was extra friendly. I prefer a softer bed, and I expected better ventilation/lighting in the bathroom. I disliked the barn doors for the closet/bathroom. My stay was not bad at all, and for the area I would recommend it.

The hotel itself is in a nice & convenient location. Unfortunately our room was a bit rough - the walls have a few dozen marks & they need to be redone. Bed was a bit stiff which was disappointing as we had stayed at 2 other Hamptons on this trip & the bed comfort was really good. The water pressure was ok but we didn’t have hot water on the first day. Overnight we & many others had to deal with teenage kids smacking the doors & running the halls & slamming stairwell doors - this went on from ~1am to 2pm. We called the front desk to let them know.

We really enjoyed the hotel,our room size and the cleaness.However the comfort if our bed was awful. My husband nor I got a good nights sleep, both our backs hurt off and on all night which resulted in alot of tossing and turnning. We come often to Johns Creek for our granddaughters scoliosis visits. Getting a good nights rest is important for our long drive back home.

We encountered the rudest employee at this Hampton Inn. Stacy made degrading comments about women then followed us (two women) to the elevator where he put his hand out to stop us from closing the elevator door as he continued to be degrading and argumentative. We were trying to extricate ourselves from him. I didn’t feel safe in the hotel after his abuse comments and behavior. Do not stay at this hotel.

I’ve stayed in this property for weekly work trips multiple times. Most of the staff are very kind and accommodating, but one particular desk clerk, Nyemia has been quite standoffish to me during any attempted checkin process. She has consistently told me they had no rooms available and to come back later for check in, while actually encouraging me to cancel the reservation and contact management. I’ve never asked to speak to a manager, yet she has consistently tried to refer me. I’ve also made every attempt to be kind and ensure that I wasn’t trying to be abrasive or inconvenient. Upon finally being able to check in yesterday, she was present, but made absolutely sure someone else would handle the intake. I do like the property and amenities, but won’t be returning as it seems she has taken to have a personal vendetta against me.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were all very nice. I stayed for a concert in Atlanta and was dressed up in costume for it and the employee at check-in was so sweet and said she loved my costume. Made my day. The only thing I wasn't completely happy with was the breakfast, but it wasn't terrible. My waffle was just undercooked. I'd definitely come back if I was in the area.

The room was great, the breakfast and hospitality of the workers in the breakfast area needs some improvement. I always stay at a Hampton Inn because of the good breakfast, but this one has been the worst for breakfast. If breakfast ends at 10:00, then you should keep the food and juice out until 10:00. Don’t say you ran out out of food at 9:15.

Overall it was good, we went to have breakfast at 9:20am and the already have ran out of biscuits, omelets, coffee and orange juice, there was only waffles and other non-warmed items, we were disappointed because we asked the kitchen lady if she could provide more omelets and biscuits and she said they were not going to provide anything else, breakfast was supposed to end at 10am though
