Toyoko Inn Kawaguchi Ekimae

Great value. Clean, pleasant staff, breakfast included and substantial, pyjamas supplied along with toothbrush, face cream, tea and coffee. Close to transport that can take you anywhere you need to go in Tokyo. Rooms a little on the small side but enough if you are using the hotel as a base for sleep and showers.

Checked in very late, but still went smoothly. Breakfast was very crowded and food was average.

My room felt spacious enough for a solo traveler. Firm bed is my only minor gripe, but otherwise there is a good desk, plenty of space for luggage, bathroom has everything I need. There is a bit of rail sound from the rail transportation as it passes by. Lots of restaurant and food options at the station nearby, which is about a 5-10 minute walk. There is also a nice little park in between for some nice scenery.

Had an excellent stay at this hotel for 3 days. Train station is just 300m away and well connected to all places in tokyo. Staff and services incl breakfast was very good.
