We love staying at this hotel and do every time we book a concert at Yaamava. They have free shuttle service every half hour to the venue, which makes it extremely convenient. The hotel rooms are immaculate. Always the best happy hour in the bar area with the nicest bartenders. Highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I had an amazing experience. Our favorite part was that the hotel a free shuttle service from the hotel to the casino, and from the casino to the hotel. Runs 24 hours, and it is completely free.

The pool needs to be cleaned better. Sand at bottom and tile looks like it needs good scrubbing. Probably not hotels fault that they hire lazy pool person.

I was pleasantly surprised as this was my first time staying at the property. I was attending a concert at Yaamava and booked Bear Springs. My friends and I were able to basically have a private gathering at the pool because we were the only ones there. The waiter was kind enough to bring our drinks to the pool. The food was a big surprise. We all loved the dining options for a dinner and breakfast. I loved the singer I believe his name was Andrew, and of course, the transportation was easy to get from Bear Springs to Yaamava using the shuttle. I would do it all over again.

It was a quick stop before and after a concert at Yaamava. They have a shuttle which is very convenient, it runs every 20 minutes. The restaurant is outstanding!

There was trash on the floor of the room when we got in. Additionally, there was hair on both mattresses and they forgot to restock amenities in the room. Disappointed in the experience.

Overall, the property is very clean. The bathroom in our unit was very nice & clean. Staff was also helpful. An added plus is the shuttle bus to and from the Yaamava Casino so you don't have to drive your car & hassle with parking.

Overall, our stay was amazing! The accommations, food and hospitality EXCEEDED expectations. My only gripe is that my coffee maker's water receptacle was FILTHY. I tried cleaning it out but after I ran a water only cycle and the water in my cup looked like tea, I immediately reached out to personnel and the response to replace the machine of QUICK and thorough. I will certainly join the BSH community again next time I'm in town.

Service was great… employees have great attitudes and enjoy their jobs. Food quality at the restaurant was great but the food took a longtime to prepare… too long. Rooms are clean and amenities are good but the walls are paper thin… can easily hear conversations and activities in adjacent rooms.

Very, very clean. Bed was super comfy. Bar had a great menu, though I did not have time to order food. Specialty cocktail at the bar was delicious. Shuttle to and from casino was very handy as well. Would definitely stay again!

The only improvement would be a robe and extra blankets in the room. Also a few things like q-tips in the bathroom would have been great The room is very ice, spacious and comfortable. The restaurant and bar were amazing and pricing was fair.

Won't be staying there again. No table !! Get updated plz!! We needed one for computers etc. We asked ,they said would send one up so we waited and then went to our car to get luggage. Gone 5 minutes.. When we got back they called and said it was delivered and we weren't there so now we had to go get it. Small round table!! Without chairs. Interesting!!! Now we did that but no chairs!! So we put it between the beds so we had a place to sit. Then we got in room dining and asked for a pot of coffee. No couldn't get that only pods for coffee maker. Also no microwave. .unbelievable for the price. Never again plus the room was extremely small and bathroom door didnt close all the way and the carpet was raveling on the edges. However the food was great. We had dinner in the bistro and dessert in our room. Front desk was nice but didn't explain how to get to our room and housekeeper didnt know. We were awake all nite. So only sat on beds. It was girls nite crafting and visiting. We will find another place next time

Overall the stay was excellent. Staff was exceptionally nice and the shuttle to Yamava was really convenient. The only hitch we had was the coffee maker didn't work. (the manager over heard us at check out and got us a free large coffee to go which was very thoughtful)

It literally took them over an hour to make breakfast for two. French toast and eggs. We asked for a late check out but our keys they said 1, I said cool.. then at 11 our cards stop working. The facility looks nice runs horribly.

The Staff, at the front desk, shuttle drivers, housekeeping everyone that works there is so nice and helpful. The location is perfect. Not a long drive to a grocery store, or gas. 1st of all our accessibility room was not available until 5:30. We are two disable Veterans and we had to wait in the lobby due to our 1st floor room was not cleaned. No toilet paper or amenities. Staff was Rude from the beginning. Seemed frustrated when ask for anything. Like freakin Toilet paper Never stay here again or refer it to anyone paper

Great service and good restaurant/bar. The pricing is a little high for what you get overall (room condition, cleanliness, amenities, etc.). Also, twice we order room service using their hotel app and both times I had to call down after 45 min. to see if they even received my order. We would stay again but only if the pricing was a bit cheaper.
