Stay was fine, not perfect but still very good. Shower was poor. Check in could have been better. Room good. Corridors were sparse.

Excellent stay. This is our second time staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming, especially My at the restaurant; Phuong, Loc, Vinh and Mr. Chi at front desk (le tan). Hotel is clean and has all needed amenities. The housekeeping staff is also good. Excellent location with the beach across the street and the river in the back. We will stay here again the next time we come to Nha Trang.

Nhân viên nhiệt tình thân thiện vui vẻ lễ phép Phòng ốc sạch sẽ nhưng mền gối có mùi ẩm ướt. Phòng view biển nhưng thực ra chỉ là partial view, góc còn lại là một bãi công trường nhìn rất chướng mắt. Nhà hàng ăn sáng là kém nhất trong các dịch vụ. Thức ăn nghèo nàn, không ngon, luôn trong tình trạng hết, phải chờ bổ sung rất lâu. Lối vào hầm giữ xe gây ức chế và khó xử lý vì ngay góc ngã 3, gây bối rối cho tài xế khi đèn giao thông chuyển màu đỏ. Hầm đậu xe thì hơi bẩn và bừa bộn
