There are three elevators. The elevators are fast and you don't have to wait. There is a cafe on the first floor where you can have a light meal. There is no free water, but there are two tea bags. The building is tall, so if you stay in a room on a higher floor, the view is good.

Fantastic hotel. Of note, there is no gym nor option for breakfast. They do have a great cafe on the first floor. Love the eco consciousness of the hotel. Rooms are very well designed and have beautiful views.

Page148 is located about 10-min walking distance from the nearest MTR station. It’s also located near many restaurants. So the location is very convenient for travellers. Hotel’s interior design is modern and comfortable. Rooms are clean and come with all the basic facilities required. Every floor also has filtered water dispenser. Similar to most hotels in Hong Kong, the hotel does not have swimming pool. Coffee and pastries were provided for breakfast during our stay. They have great coffee and pastries.

This is the best place I’ve ever stayed in Hong Kong! The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless — everything was perfect for my family. The only small downside is that it’s more suitable for a family of four than five.

Staff at reception at check-in were not very welcoming. Not rude but not friendly either. We got a city corner room on the highest floor, so view is good and size of room is good. Design of room is basically nice except for the tidy tables…there is not enough table surface area within the room for placing stuff or to work on. Room is clean and amenities are provided. But the pillows have a weird smell. No face towel provided. A jug is provided for getting water from a water dispenser at the lift lobby. Drip coffee provided in room was tasty. Some restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel, 5-10mins walk to nearest MTR station and airport bus bus-stop. There is no proper drop-off/pick-up area in front of the hotel entrance, just a small road, so had to rush to get on and off Uber.

We stayed at Page 148 hotel for 10 nights at the end of August. We stayed in the room with 3 single beds which is what we needed for our family. The room was clean and the hotel itself is new or recently renovated. The bathroom shower was really nice with great water pressure. The staff was really helpful when we needed a towel which came quickly. The hotel is about 8min to Jordan MTR and Nathan Road which made it very convenient.

The location is very convenient. Nathan Rd. is just around the corner. The subway is a short 5 mins walk away. There are quite a few supermarkets nearby - the hotel doesn’t provide bottled water, like in Japan, instead they have a water fountain on each floor. The water tastes a bit off as i checked with the hotel and turns out it comes through a pipe, not a straight up filtration system. There is free water available at the bar though, but it’ll take 5 mins to fill up a big bottle. Hotel staff are young and super friendly. We brought our baby son along so received special attention (thank you Salem!). The room is quite compact, which makes the open view to the Kowloon Oval even more amazing. We did not close the shades at night! Access to restaurants are none issue. There is a very famous BBQ goose place just 500m down the side street, which is also lined with all types of other restaurants and bars. If you walk across Nathan Rd., you will reach the old part of the area, where there are plenty of cheap eats. It’s a pity we did not get to stay on the following trip as the rate almost doubted. Better luck next time!

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is centrally located, 10 minutes walk to MTR, a block away from eateries. The hotel is located in a quiet location, staff is friendly, never had to wait long for the elevator. The bed is extremely comfortable, shower pressure is solid. The room is very clean and comfortable. The only negative is we stayed on the second floor, we were not bothered by regular car noise but there was always one loud motorcycle or ambulance that woke us up middle of the night. We asked for a higher floor but the hotel was not able to accommodate us. They told us all the family rooms are located on the second floor.

The staff super friendly and helpful. First night, the staff helped us bring our luggages up since we have 2 young kids with us. Second time, staff heard I didn’t have hotel key when I was on the outcome in the lobby, she offered to get me a duplicate key. Third time, I was among staff about calling to Macau and she let me dial from her phone given it was a quick call. Lastly, staff helped us take our luggages out when we were checking out and told us to let them know if we need anything. The hotel room not big but it is a good location. Very convenient to MTR and 7-11 just right across. They also have a cafe in the lobby.

This is a new hotel with good location, near Tsim Sha Tsui and and Mongkok. Short walk to the MTR. The staff that helped us to check in was very professional and service minded. Unfortunately, the girl at front desk in the evening do not know service at all. Rude and impolite. I don’t think she like the job.

Page148 is an outstanding hotel. The friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms were great. Good quality toiletries and everything you need is provided. Such a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

We received such great service on multiple occasions from the front desk staff. We felt so comfortable and pampered. I would especially like to thank Boky and her cohorts Lily, Polly, Angel Fok and Hugo. Simply outstanding! The hotel is at the top of Austin Ave. which gives easy access walkability to many restaurants, a grocery store and laundromat. We also found the walk to Kowloon park very easy and loved the park!

Everything good . The staff are very nice but when I stayed there, I requested the staff to call a taxi for me in the very early time, however they not pay enough attention on me and I missed my high speed train. Thank you anyway still a very nice hotel.

This is our 2nd time here. The location is very convenient with walking distance to MTR, restaurants, supermarket. Close to West Kowloon Train Station. The airport bus A21 and A22 will get you near the hotel. The staff are great, helpful and friendly, especially Molly and Body. They made our stay enjoyable. Their coffee is amazingly good. Definitely come back again.

We stayed at Page 148 hotel for 10 nights at the end of August. We stayed in the room with 3 single beds which is what we needed for our family. The room was clean and the hotel itself is new or recently renovated. The bathroom shower was really nice with great water pressure. The staff was really helpful when we needed a towel which came quickly. The hotel is about 8min to Jordan MTR and Nathan Road which made it very convenient.

The location is very convenient. Nathan Rd. is just around the corner. The subway is a short 5 mins walk away. There are quite a few supermarkets nearby - the hotel doesn’t provide bottled water, like in Japan, instead they have a water fountain on each floor. The water tastes a bit off as i checked with the hotel and turns out it comes through a pipe, not a straight up filtration system. There is free water available at the bar though, but it’ll take 5 mins to fill up a big bottle. Hotel staff are young and super friendly. We brought our baby son along so received special attention (thank you Salem!). The room is quite compact, which makes the open view to the Kowloon Oval even more amazing. We did not close the shades at night! Access to restaurants are none issue. There is a very famous BBQ goose place just 500m down the side street, which is also lined with all types of other restaurants and bars. If you walk across Nathan Rd., you will reach the old part of the area, where there are plenty of cheap eats. It’s a pity we did not get to stay on the following trip as the rate almost doubted. Better luck next time!

Our stay at Page148 was overall a great experience. 3 of us shared 1 room on Level 8, which was generally fine, but the room size was a little small for 3. We each had 2 suitcases, so it was difficult to lay these out at the same time. The drying rail was above one of the beds, so we had to climb up to use this. There wasn't a lot of table space or sitting space, so the majority of the time, we sat at the end of our beds. The view from Level 8 was nice overlooking the Sport Grounds. The room itself was very clean, well equipped and the shower felt luxurious. Daily room service was offered, and on days where we requested no room service, staffed asked if we needed any amenities anyway. Water bottles weren't given due to new laws on plastic usage, however, we were provided with mugs and a jug to refill at the water dispenser outside the room. The hotel is a short walk from Jordan Station Exit D, but if you are lugging suitcases, it is fairly difficult as this exit does not have elevators or escalators! The pavements to the hotel is also bumpy and a little hilly. However, there are a lot of restaurants, shops and convenient stores close by, which are walkable and open late. The location in general is great as you can walk to so many different areas easily. We walked to TST, Victoria Harbour, Yau Ma Tei and more, all within a 20 minute range. Thank you to all the staff at Page148, but special thanks to Boky, Lily, Eric and Angel.

We had a great stay at Page 148 Hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was a 5 mins walk to the nearest MTR station and there were multiple food options and convenience stores in the vicinity. Definitely have a meal at the cafe at the hotel, they serve delicious brunch and tiramisu!

Pleasant sterile hotel. Found hotel room cold and could not reset temperature, housekeeping provided us with a heater. No kettle, water filter coffee machine that did not boil properly for tea, so tasted bad. Reception cafe/bar closes at 5pm so no facilities on arrival in evening.

Fantastic hotel. Of note, there is no gym nor option for breakfast. They do have a great cafe on the first floor. Love the eco consciousness of the hotel. Rooms are very well designed and have beautiful views.

We traveled with teens and had 2 rooms. We had a great experience. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is wonderful. Most of the places are walking distance and there are so many restaurants to choose from. The coffee shop in the lobby is also great. They make good coffee, espresso and latte. I’m sure everything else is good too. Everyone speaks English even the cleaners at the hotel. I have saved this in my favorites. I’m planning to come back in the future.
