Great hospitality, clean and interesting rooms. Beautiful lobby don’t forget to go to the top for views.

Clean room, spacious bathroom and great location but the best thing by far are the owners and the people that work there. They were so kind, nice and helpful, often thinking of things before I could. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Quito. Lovely city, even lovelier people.

The hostess Miriam was amazing. While she doeant speak English, she used a translating app to explain everything and even show surrounding attractions.

Didnt enjoy the lack of windows in the room and the padlock on outside of room door.

Located in the historical part of Quito, walking distance from the Basilica del Voto Nacional, this hotel is beautiful! The rooms are always impeccably clean. Good if you can keep up with the rules and attitude of Management. Here are big disappointments: - We stayed there for New Year's Eve and came back to the hotel at 12:50 am. You have to wait for someone to open the entrance door for you. When the manager opened, I said "good evening, Happy New Year!". She replied, with a grumpy voice: "good morning". - Roger had a bad nosebleed the day of check out and had to use a large towel and a small one as we were heading to the clinic. We were charged $20 for them. My opinion is that this hotel would always be full if the guests felt welcome after the initial tour!
