Super leuke en goed onderhouden bungalows, goed ontbijt, en vriendelijk personeel. Leuk zwembad met 2 jacuzzi’s. Op het moment dat ik er verbleef was 1 jacuzzi kapot en was het zwembad erg koud helaas. Maar voor de rest prima aanrader voor een rustige vakantie. Wil je op stap? Dan is alles erg dichtbij (loopafstand)

Piscina no climatizada

I have stayed at Sanom Beach before, so knew that I was returning to somewhere special. It's beautiful, the rooms are well-appointed, the shower is great, everything works well. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's a little haven of tranquilty, but very close to the Yumbo Centre with its restaurants, bars, drag shows, and venues catering to the wilder side. The pool is great, and it never got too busy. There are two outdoor jacuzzis and a number of canopied double sun beds in white leather. The bar is stylish with a good range of excellent cocktails. There is even a gym. It's tiny, but enough. I was fortunate in that I had that place to myself on my visits, but I noticed three people managing to work out at the same time in it on the day I was leaving, and it saved me from the time and effort (and expense) of signing up for a week at one of the nearby gyms. I would definitely consider visiting again.

Very comfortable and tidy with rooms cleaned daily. However the bed sheets were not changed in the 7 days we stayed. The pool was not heated which one would expect in January also one of the Jacuzzis was barely warm. Bar staff had no idea about cocktails but other than than - Very Nice. Would I return - Yes.

The staff were all really griendly and helpful. The resort itself seems to be very new and clean. The rooms were spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The pool area was good and had different types of sunbeds including double beds. There was also a few hot tubs

Excellent place to say, greeted with a lovely reception and smooth check in. Staff were welcoming and friendly all week with a can do attitude. Pool area and Jacuzzi's cleaned frequently, room cleaned daily with new toileties provided too. Air con lovely and cold, bed nice and comfy. My only additional ask would be for a couple of plasic cups in the room in addition to glasses to use around the pool area (but that is a very minor point)

Very clean and well maintained property. Staff are friendly. Great air con. Bathroom modern. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. All day availability for sun loungers, day beds and 2 hot tubs near the pools without any problems. Cocktails very nice and reasonably priced. Good range of music played outdoors around pool areas. Didn't eat breakfast here so couldn't give a rating. Fake grass, so less insect bites! Hotel is around 15 minutes walk to the beach. Eating out is easy locally, in the nearby streets, shopping mall or nearby the beach at reasonable prices. This complex is all at ground floor level and is relatively small compared to the high tower hotels nearby, but is cosy, quiet and intimate if this is what you need. Good hotel for couples or solo break. The negatives - breakfast is a little expensive considering you need to choose individual breakfast plan, continental, full English or American style. For the price a buffet style would be more appealing. Breakfast time is a little later/shorter than usual from 9am - 10.30am being a smaller complex. For those 2 reasons I dined out. Dissapointing no English language TV channels. Download your movies in advance. Reception opening hours 9am - 11pm, which could prove to be a little inconvenient. So if you need to check out early before reception opening time, do it the evening before! Otherwise side door is accessible. Emergency info on the wall outside reception. I would have no problem staying here again. Lovely!

Great resort with a short distance to the Yumbo center. Despite the short distance, it is quiet and comfortable inside the area. Green and nice surroundings, and enough sunbeds by the pool. The staff were cheerful and helpful. A good choice of accommodation for the money!

Wonderful location, very comfortable rooms and excellent pool and bar. Only negative is the AC in the room had a very bright light in the sleeping area that cannot be turned off.

Staff was really lovely and the highlight of my stay. Unfortunately the rooms are starting to look a bit 'tired' from constant use and things like towels and bath matts don't look very good (not the usual bright white). I also thought that the cleanliness could have been much better. Lots of hair in my bedroom and the grout between the tiles were very dirty and dark.

Dieses Hotel hat kein 4-Sterne Niveau, auch nach spanischen Verhältnissen nicht! Zuerst ging die Appartment-Türe nur mit viel Körperdruck auf - wurde tagsdarauf repariert. Die Holzhobelspäne liegen heute immer noch auf dem Boden. Ameisen im ganzen Zimmerbereich, vor allem im Bad. Kein oder fast nie WLAN-Signal. 3 x der Reception mitgeteilt, passiert ist nichts. Keine Seife, kein Duschgel. Jeden Tag habe ich erneut danach fragen müssen. Poolbereich und Gehwege (Plattenboden) schmutzig - ich habe nie jemand gesehen, der sich darum kümmerte. Alles so schade - es bräuchte nicht viel. Das ist so schade.

Rummet ganska rent men inte golven och väggarna i badrummet. Klinkergolven utanför rummet och runt poolområdet skräpigt och orent.

Check in freundlich Zimmer vor allem das Bad dreckig. Braune Flecken und Stücke auf den hellen Fliesen muss man denke ich nicht akzeptieren. Ich dachte erst dass die Duschtasse alt und abgenutzt sei, nö da war der Dreck nur festgepappt konnte man aber entfernen, habe ich angemahnt, wurde nicht behoben. Vor der letzten Nacht mussten wir frischen Handtüchern hinterherlaufen, Putzfee hat die Toilettenbrille gecrasht ohne Bescheid zu sagen🙈 angemahnt, kein Wechsel .. nie wieder, ab ins Nayra

Kamer waren schoon, mooi locatie, grote kamer - punt: kamer personeel kunnen ze meer attent zijn. 1 dag vergeten ons schone handdoeken te geven, paar dagen krijgen we geen shower gel maar wel extra hair conditioner terwij wij 2 kale koperen hebben.

the room and surroundings are absolutely spotless, a calm and tranquil place that `I will definitely visit again, breakfast is provided at a cost however any extra's like one boiled egg come at a cost of € 2.00 which in my eyes is a bit steep. the room was amazing with a choice of pillows and a very comfortable bed. I only booked the property 6 hour before my travels and its just great.

Really good stay. Excellent location. Still quiet and felt secure. Small gym with running machine, bike, dumbbells and a bench. Didn't use any other facilities. Yes there can be some noise from the adjoining room - ie. hearing TV or talking but it wasn't unbearable. I'd suggest if you are traveling with friends maybe do they adjoining room thing together.

Stayed here in 2023 - it was a good experience, so decided to stay again in 2025. The rooms are starting to show wear and tear, the shower was very frustrating as it flooded the room whenever used.

The room was fairly comfortable although the bed creaked every time you moved.

Great location, very close to the Yumbo Centre. Nice spacious property, with attractive pool and Jacuzzi area. Rooms are a shade more shabby than they appear in the pictures. And as previous people have mentioned, the connecting door issue between rooms is definitely a problem. You can hear everything from the neighbouring room, people talking, coughing, going to the toilet, it’s like they are in the same room. There is a great little gym. I had problems with the housekeeping, one day they knocked on the door and I asked them in Spanish to come back in five minutes, as I was heading out, they never did. And almost every other day, when they did clean the room, they never replenished the shampoo and shower gel. It became a joke between me and the lovely evening front desk staff, when I had to go and ask for them, she was full of apology each time, and incredulous by the last evening that housekeeping yet again hadn’t left me any. The check-in process is bureaucratic and interminable. It’s really bad luck if you arrive and there is a queue, I don’t know why it takes so long, much longer than any other hotel I have ever stayed at. So brace yourself for a long wait, even if you are at the front of the queue. It is a nice resort in a great location, but on balance I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Stayed at this resort several times before, the reason we go back is because the staff are friendly and rooms are very clean and modern. The beds are very comfortable.

The property was located less than a 5 minute walk from the Yumbo Centre, pool was kept clean at all times and room cleaned everyday. Staff were lovely and helped me contact my shuttle service for my return to the airport. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Expensive, not helpful for early check in or out. Also doesnt do anything nice for special occasions which is very disappointing. Little English speakers also

I was unable to go on my holiday due to a family emergency and hospitalisation, the accommodation were super kind, supportive and understanding. I am looking forward to rebooking as the kindness itself makes me want to stay there.

Nice resort, but the name of this resort is so tricky, beach resort, let me tell you that there is no beach within a circle of 700meters. This is so bad and i think it’s fraud! You also have to pay 3 Euro’s a day for a cheap safe in the room, so bad……For the rest its a great resort, but carefull if you want to be near the beaches.

Lovely place close to everything. Nice pool (but cold in December) and plenty of sunbeds. Quiet and comfortable stay with the Yumbo centre just across the road and the beach within walking distance.

The resort is conveniently placed with decent facilities. It is walking distance from a number of shops, bars, cafes and clubs. The airport bus stops just round the corner. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Despite central location it was rather calm and quiet.

Clean and spacious property, close walking distance to yumbo centre, restaurants. Nice swimming pool. Shame this property does not offer B&B or half board basis, had nice restaurant but a lot of guests go out to eat, food looked good but not cheap. If they were to offer bed and breakfast deals, or even dinner, more people would stay and eat in. Nespresso machine in the room which was brilliant but only first 4 capsules free and then you got to pay or bring your own, also no spoons, just wooden sticks. I think this property has so much potential. My stay was ok but it could’ve been so much better.

Dejligt hotel med god beliggenhed, men der er nogle ting, som hotellet bør gøre bedre. I forhold til rengøringen blev der ikke fyldt sæbe op i sæbebeholderne, der manglede toiletpapir, den ene dag blev sengen ikke redt, og den anden dag blev håndklæder til hænder skiftet, men ikke håndklæder til kroppen. Det er forhold, som hotellet bør få rettet op på. Derudover er det heller ikke hensigtsmæssigt, at hotellet ikke tilbyder morgenmad fra kl. 7, men først fra kl. 9.30.

Esta es la séptima vez que venimos. Opcion ideal para unos dias de relax. 100x100 recomendable. El restaurante es una maravilla teniendo en cuenta que esperabamos el tipico bar pisicina pero la verdad es que la calidad de la comida es sorprendente.

Everything was great. Loved the pool and the hot tub. The breakfast was excellent.

Le resort pourrait être un très bel hôtel, mais mon séjour a révélé de nombreux problèmes qui ne sont pas acceptables pour un 4 étoiles. Le ménage est effectué de manière totalement aléatoire : certains jours, tout allait bien avec des petites attentions, d’autres jours il manquait serviettes et gel douche, que j’ai dû réclamer plusieurs fois à l’accueil. Pendant 8 nuits, mes draps n’ont jamais été changés. La chambre m’a été attribuée avec vue piscine (sans que je l’aie demandée), ce qui s’est traduit par un bruit constant, accentué le week-end par des groupes entiers hurlant autour de la piscine. La porte communicante entre les chambres est très mal insonorisée : le bruit des voisins et même l’odeur de cannabis envahissaient ma chambre, ce qui a rendu le repos impossible. Le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas au rendez-vous : petit déjeuner beaucoup trop cher pour ce qui est proposé, restaurant hors de prix pour une qualité moyenne, et un personnel inégal (certains agréables, d’autres nettement moins). Enfin, le dernier soir, j’ai eu la désagréable surprise de trouver des cafards dans la chambre, malgré la présence visible de répulsifs installés. Cela montre qu’il y a un véritable problème d’hygiène. Au final, trop d’irrégularités et de désagréments pour un établissement affichant 4 étoiles. Dommage, car le potentiel est là, mais la gestion et le suivi ne sont clairement pas à la hauteur.

Wonderful place! Very good value for money. Helena and her team are set on providing their guests with a wonderful experience. Very central location (<5min walk from Yumbo), quite, clean, delicious breakfast, lovely staff. Really enjoyed my stay. Thanks a lot.
