Great resort, lovely rooms, really quiet and relaxing. The staff are lovely too.

Staff very friendly and the hotel, despite being situated in the heart of Playa Del Ingles, is surprisingly peaceful with a beach club type vibe. Hotel is just a few minutes walk from Yumbo. Would recommend.

Terrrible, They didnt even answer me or hotels.com regarding my clame and the breakfast was not god at all. I would not call this a 4 star hotel Se my clame below I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during the period 15-18/2 2026. The staff were nice and helpful but there was a problem with my room.I discovered after the first night that the air conditioning was not working. It only blew warm air. A service technician came and tried to make it work without success. He then opened the air conditioning and took out the 2 washable filters which were completely covered with dirt and dust. He returned after a while when he had washed the filters and put them back again which resulted in the air conditioning starting to work.The first morning I showered the water ran out onto the tiled floor and covered almost the entire floor. It became very slippery and dangerous and it was necessary to walk with shoes on. At that point I thought it was me who had been careless so the next morning I only used the hand shower directed inwards towards the short side of the shower. Despite this, the result was the same, water all over the floor and since I walked in the water with my outdoor shoes, the dirt spread throughout the apartment. The water flows out onto the floor because the floor has no drop.The service technician then fetched a rubber strip that would prevent the water from flowing out onto the floor. That did help as it was bad done. The result was the same wather over the total floor
