I didn't get the room I reserved. I have pay extra for a room with terrible noise issues and no heater. When I asked for room change they ask me pay more for room m change. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a wonderful stay at [Kocatepe Hotel]. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and public transport. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

TVs cable didn't reach the socket, the shower 🚿 room hadn't been cleaned 😕, hair in the shower, dust on the beds etc etc.
