I enjoyed being in an area outside Manchester, where it was quiet and peaceful! I took advantage of the patio, to do some work and take in the natural surroundings. I was welcomed by the staff, who continued to meet my needs without hesitation during my two day stay. The room was clean and specious. I am concerned about not having any safety rails in the bathtub and the tub itself was quite high. I was traveling with my 84 year old Aunt who opted out of showering because of her instability. I would also like for you to consider having a few “pet free” rooms, because of people’s allergies. I brought this to the attention of the hotel, and they promised to have the room completely cleaned, which it was. I would gladly stay here again in the future!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Cobblestone Inn and Suites in Manchester Iowa. Check-in was easy. I was able to use the exercise room and had a wonderful night’s sleep! The complimentary breakfast was great. The location was perfect for what we needed. I plan on staying again.

Property looks to be fairly new and has nice flooring and carpets and is fairly well appointed. Do find it very strange and concerning that there are doors to adjoining rooms and they don’t have locks on them. Leaves me extremely concerned for overnight, so I have barricaded the door with various chairs in the ironing board. How do you put in a joining doors with no locks on them? They also asked for an awful lot of personal information to check in. Windows on the first floor do not lock securely, and when you use the lock, they just fall out of the windows. Maybe I just got a bad room, but overall safety and security here is something of a concern..

In town for my son’s baseball tournament. Hotel was clean, bed was comfy but at 5’5”, I found it somewhat difficult to get into such a tall bed. It was very comfortable, but I hated how awkward it was to literally climb into the bed. Only truly disappointing aspect though was no pool. It was a long, hot weekend and while us parents were wiped at the end of the day, the boys were looking for refreshing pool time, which meant more travel time for us to meet up at others who’s hotel did have the pool.

Hotel is slightly outside of town, quiet and pretty countryside. AC works really well in the room we had which was a king room with a jacuzzi. Bed comfortable. We did find a long hair on the bed, not sure who it belonged to. Standard breakfast fare and pretty good coffee.

Room had musty smell. The air unit had a constant high pitch scream the whole time. Arranged to have a room ground floor close to an exit door for mobility reasons, received a room in the center of the building. Will not stay here next time.

There was fecies smeared all over one of the pillows on the extra bed in the room, I called the front desk and they came to my room and said that since I didn’t sleep in that bed there was nothing they could do about it and tried the nasty pillow in my room

Excluding the lady bugs in our room, it was clean. The beds weren't very comfortable. They sagged in the middle. Room was very spacious. The front desk person that checked us in wasn't very friendly but he desk person that checked us out in the morning was. The breakfast was good. Nice selection of items to choose from.

Everything was great right up until it was time to go to bed..both Queen beds were awful..one was sunk in on both sides so that when you lay down your in a hole...the other queen. Bed every time we moved it sounded like pots and pans banging...and on top of the the air conditioner squealed...there was no sleeping there...

We booked a room with 2 queen beds, but when we got there; we had what looked like 2 double beds. The front desk staff stated that all of their queen rooms have those beds. They were the smallest queen bed I had ever seen, so prepare to get cozy. There was also a lot of noise in the hallway and above us, so I would request the second floor if I stayed there again. The rooms were clean, so that is a positive. Probably will not stay here again.

Stayed for baseball tournament. Staff was great!! But way over worked && not enough staff. To get their attention, u have to use a phone at the front desk & then it calls them from a back room. They let us be respectfully loud & use their lobby at all hrs so that was a huge bonus. The hallways were ssssooo hot. The rooms were sooo stuffy and hot as well. Which made it very uncomfortable. They ran out of breakfast food both mornings we were there before 9am.

Recently stayed one night while traveling for a family function. Hotel was very clean, room was big, and everything appeared new/well-maintained. What impressed me most was the staff. From the gentleman at the front desk when we checked in late to the ladies running the breakfast in the morning, everyone was friendly and personable and really seemed to take pride in their job. I would absolutely stay here again.

I was there on business and I asked for an extra 2 hours for late check out so I can finish this project I have a deadline on. The front desk said I can only have 1 hour, even though I was the ONLY guest at the hotel and they had no other bookings to take my room. So I had to take my computer and monitor and finish my project in the lobby. I have business in Dyersville as I travel for my job but they just lost my business because I’ll never stay at this, or another Cobblestone location again.

Made the reservation in the middle of the afternoon. Arrived at the hotel just after 11 pm and they said I didn't have a reservation. I showed them my receipt, but was told they had no other rooms. Then later in the conversation I was told they had two rooms but the guests had not checked in. I asked if they could call to see if they were in fact coming and they ignored my question. The owner was called and he said he had no idea what went wrong but they didn't have a room for me and would refund my money in the morning.

Good: Great location near Lake Delhi Bad: We paid in full to Expedia, and we had to pay in full to Cobblestone Inn as well at check in. They did not believe we paid at Expedia as Expedia does not pay them. So I am stuck fighting for a refund from one of the two.

Excellent all around. Hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel was quiet.The room and common areas were exceptionally clean. The room had adequate space with a mini fridge and microwave. There was an adequate amount of towels. In many places we both shower the first night and i have to catch housekeeping before we go out for the day so we have towels for the night when we come back from our event. Not at Cobblestone. Breakfast was great. There were so many selections for anyone's dietary needs so no one would fo hungry there for breakfast unless they are very very picky eaters. Many channels to chose something on tge tv which you often don't find at most hotels.If we are in the area again we would definitely stay here again.
