A beautifully appointed villa with excellent bedrooms, bathrooms, family room, dining room and kitchen. Beautiful pool area with sun loungers and built in bbq. Would thoroughly recommend this villa. One little recommendation to the owners would be to install a microwave oven other than that everything was great. Thank you

We had a fantastic time at the villa. The environment is quiet and peaceful. The villa's furnishings and all its functions adequately served all our needs. Andrea helped us with everything - check-in, check-out and providing other information. The price was also appropriate. We recommend it to anyone who wants to have a pleasant stay in Santa Ponca. House was well-appointed and comfortable. Amenities were great (pool, landscaping, outdoor kitchen/BBQ) and private. Plenty of towels and linens, AC worked great and WiFi was excellent. Andrea the property manager made the whole experience very easy with her pleasant demeanor and responsiveness on WhatsApp. We would definitely stay at Villa Calmatzo again on our next trip to Mallorca.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa Calmotzo. Die Villa ist sowohl Innen als auch Außen sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Sehr schön angelegter Außenbereich und Pool. Der Check-In und die Begleitung durch Andrea waren super. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Villa nur empfehlen. Etwas problematisch ist der Fußweg in den Ort. Der verläuft über einige steile Treppen.
