Great new Hilton hotel in Naujamiestis area of Vilnius! Comfy bed, great amenities, wonderful breakfast buffet (the pictures do not do it justice: waffle making station, made to order eggs any style, fish, herring, cereals, toast, hot foods section, desserts, juices and coffee any style made with real milk from the espresso machine not powder). Our room was presetup for three people, they also brought an extra blanket. Great gym with high quality equipment and city overlook view. Friendly and nice staff. The only room for improvement: empty soap and lotion bottles on the wall - should have been checked when the room was being cleaned prior to arrival, thermostat does not go lower than 21 degrees.

Nice hotel. Good location, about 15 minute walk from the old town or a quick ride on the tram. Good front of house staff. Room was nice. Coffee in the bar was lovely. Only quibbles would be: - could do with some more comfy seats in the bar area - we had a room at the front left corner of the hotel and there was loud music (bass) from we assume a nearby bar/club that went on past 11pm - they closed the whole bar area one evening for a private event which I felt was a bit off. There should be a separate area for private events and not restrict the comfort of all other guests

Lovely Hotel in a perfect location. Parking available onsite. Terrace, laundry service and a small counter selling necessities is available. The hotel also offers refillable water bottles in the room with fountains on each floor.. Rooms are spacious and very clean.

Adoramos a estadia de 2 dias, em viagem de férias. O hotel acolhe muito bem os hóspedes e passa muita segurança e conforto. Bem localizado, fácil de caminhar até os principais pontos de interesse. O local do café da manhã não é muito espaçoso e ficou bem lotado no primeiro dia, mas mesmo assim, os funcionários conseguiram manter uma boa qualidade de atendimento. Retornaremos para mais uma diária no final de nossa viagem.

Walking distance to old town. Family friendly. Small Gym, Washing Machine, Brita filtered drinking water on the 6th floor. Does have a paid parking for 25 Euros per day. Front desk was helpful but was often busy. Was bit disappointed with the room service, as on one instance a left over drinking glass was not cleaned. A car rental desk/information desk in the hotel would definitely help, nearest being at radission blue. If a provision is made for tea/coffee bags too would be helpful as the front desk gets busy. Special thanks to the check-in manager, who provided the map and bolt app info for the taxi.

Our go-to place when staying in Vilnius. Clean, warm, comfortable and convenient. Staff are very friendly and professional. Great location that allows you to explore the heart of Vilnius, the area is also surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. There are many excellent cultural and places that are in very close proximity to the hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean, there are excellent water dispensers on every floor (very handy when leaving for the day) and there is a gym and even laundry services on the higher levels. Finally there is a cosy bar and restaurant on the ground floor.

Wir haben auf unserer Baltikreise zu Beginn und Schluss hier übernachtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, das Zimmer war sehr gut, ruhig, die Betten bequem, es gab kostenloses Wasser und Kaffee-/Teezubereiter, Wasserspender, alles sauber und gepflegt. Das Hotel liegt günstig an Bushaltestellen und ist beispielsweise gut an den Flughafen angebunden.

Really enjoyed the hotel excellent location just a 10 minute walk from the town. as a wheelchair user it was very good apart from the height of the bed which was the too low for me so I struggled to get back into my wheelchair each morning.

When in Vilnius I always stay in Hilton Garden Inn. it’s located in the heart of the city, the rooms are big, clean, staff is super helpful and nice. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend is their breakfast, it’s not bad, but quite mediocre.

Excellent hotel everything you need. The rooms are a bit small but that’s Europe. Spotlessly clean everywhere and so peaceful. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The shower floors were very slippery and it was easy to slip I think floor mats would be a good idea. Breakfast was good but a bit expensive. Otherwise everything you needed. Great Uber service to get where you needed and very inexpensive. Would recommend the hotel and would stay again.

C’est un hôtel sympa et propre, ok pour 4 étoiles. Toutefois… j ai demandé un lunch box pour mon jour de depart qui a lieu à 4h du matin (j ai passé 3 nuits en tout dans cet hôtel) et j ai notifié ma demande le jour de mon arrivé tout en expliquant que je n aurais pas de possibilité de demander le lunchbox la veille de mon départ. Au final je n ai jamais eu mon lunch box mais j ai bien réglé les petits déjeuners pour les 3 jours :( En fait ma demande n a pas été pris en compte et c est très décevant

I broke my fingers and got a lot of help and consideration from all the hotel's staff and especially from Rasa V. Thank you very much for everything. It is a nice location with easy walking to coffee shops, restaurants and parks. The below ground parking is very convenient. GPS directions take you to the street side opposite the parking entrance. Go to the opposite parallel street to access the parking garage and entrance to the hotel.

Vom Flughafen ins Hotel waren es mit dem Taxi ca. 15 Minuten. Am Flughafen eines der wartenden Taxis oder besser noch ein Bolt-Taxi benutzen. Lässt man sich von einem Fahrer direkt vor dem Ausgang ansprechen, besteht die Gefahr einen überteuerten Preis zu zahlen. In Ordnung sind 10-15 Euro. Der Check-In im Hotel war sehr freundlich, zügig und professionell. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Zimmerservice hat sehr gut funktioniert. Als wir einmal zu wenig Handtücher hatten, wurde sehr schnell reagiert. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend nahe des Gedimino Prospekts. Vom Hotel bis zum Rand der Altstadt benötigt man etwa 10 Gehminuten. Bushaltestellen befinden sich nahe des Hotels. Da wir mehrere Personen waren, haben wir zweimal ein Bolt-Taxi bestellt und für die Fahrt zur Markthalle bzw. der Standseilbahn 3-4 Euro bezahlt. Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht. In der Umgebung des Hotels gibt es einige Restaurants, besonders hervorzuheben ist die kleine, gemütliche Weinstube nahe des Hoteleingangs. Ein Pub befindet sich direkt gegenüber. Wir waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Struttura molto bella, confortevole e super silenziosa. Camere pulite e con un bagno funzionale. Colazione un po' da migliorare sulla qualità. L'unica vera inefficienza è stato il servizio ristorante. Arrivati con l'aereo in tarda serata, corso per prendere il taxi ed arrivare in hotel e fare il check in perché avevamo letto che il servizio ristorazione era attivo fino alle 22 ed invece alle 21:35 ci dicono che la cucina aveva già lavato le pentole e quindi se volevamo cenare ci accontentavano con dei piatti freddi. Se il servizio ristorazione è attivo fino alle 22 per me significa che la cucina è aperta fino alle 22.
