今回東京マラソン大会参加の為宿泊大久保駅から近く、新宿駅にも歩いて行ける立地、部屋の中は綺麗に清掃されており宿泊した部屋も広く(寝室とリビングが別々、トイレと浴室も別々) 無料の駐車場&朝食にも満足。来年も東京を走れれば宿泊したいホテル。

羽田空港からリムジンバスで歌舞伎町タワーへ。そちらからタクシー利用でも近かった(700円程度⁠)です。部屋はリノベされたのとされていない部屋があるように感じました。同行者の部屋はきれいでしたが私の部屋はカーペットのシミが気になりました。でも部屋のサイズ、小さいながらもバスタブあり、簡素ですが朝食フリーで税込内の7500円は新宿近辺では格安です。歩いてませんが大久保、新大久保からもそんなに遠くなさそうです。また日本庭園があったり、コインランドリーがあるのも良いですね。

ユニットバスの狭さが 1人なら問題ないけどトイレに腰掛けたときに扉に脚が当たります。朝食はクロワッサンのみのドリンクありコーヒーがあって良かった。駐車場予約制だから予約を別で取らないといけないのが手間かなと。停めれるし駅もそんなに遠いわけでもないのでアクセスはしやすいです。南側の部屋だったので夜景が綺麗でした。

Very nice hotel. We had a view of the buildings of Shinjuku on the 6th floor. There is a wonderful garden with a waterfall and koi in a pond. Absolutely beautiful. A Lawson Store is right across the street for convenience. Would definitely recommend!

スタッフの方がとても親切で好感が持てました。チェックインも早く、暑い日だったのでいち早く部屋に入りたかったので、助かりました。広々として清潔な部屋で居心地が良かったです。 wifiはすぐ繋がりますが、切れやすいです。通常スマフォのテザリングやポケットWi-Fiを利用しているので、私としては問題ありません。朝食付きなのも有難いです。また利用したいと思います。

とても明るくていい部屋でした。駅から10分ほどなのに静かだし、コンビニが目の前にあるし便利です。タオルなども清潔で気持ちが良いです。細かな掃除が行き届いてなかったのが（エアコンを付けると埃でなのかクシャミが止まらなくなったり、棚などの2段目や奥などに埃が溜まっていたり）少し残念でしたが、又利用したいです。

部屋が広くリネン類は清潔、またフロントの方は親切で、連泊の一泊目に室内の汚れが気になる箇所を伝えたところ掃除がされていたのは良かった。しかし、部屋の換気がされていないのか臭いがこもっており毎晩窓を開け放って寝るしかなかったのと、バスルームの排水溝から悪臭が日増しに強まり4泊は辛かった。臭いを気にしない方であれば、比較的静かで良いのでは。

L’hôtel est très bien situé par rapport au quartier de Shinjuku, dans un quartier calme. Assez vieillissant mais le personnel est adorable. Le seul problème, vient de la propreté de la chambre, du sol au mur en passant par les aérations, les contours de portes, tout été sale et très poussiéreux et/ou taché/sale. L’odeur de la chambre n’était pas agréable mais nous étions prévenus que nous serions dans une chambre fumeur donc c’est normal et ils mettent à disposition un désodorisant textile.

Had a great stay here for our 3 week trip! Got the superior deluxe rooms which are pretty spacious, the staff are lovely and the hotel is nice. Location is perfect - close to Okubo station and the yamanote line Shin-Okubo station. Carpet in my room did have some stains on, but the soles of my slippers didn't get dirty as I walked round it so it is clean. The only thing I noticed was that there was dust gathering in the aircon vents. These were minor though and I would really recommend staying here.

Although my room was “clean” there were stains all over the walls and carpet. I found very few of the staff to be friendly and I found that even though I put a do not disturb sign on my door they still came in to refill supplies. Overall I probably would not stay here again, sorry!

I enjoyed my stay overall. The laundry machine was a bit of a disappointment as it took way too long to do a small load of t shirts and shorts. The view from my window overlooked the park in the courtyard and I loved listening to the water flow. There were some dust bunnies that came out from under the bed but other then that the room was clean. There were a few ambulances a day but the hotel is next to a hospital so not holding that against them. I would have liked a seat in the room besides the flimsy stool that was provided and was disappointed that the bed was not attached to the headboard since when I sat up in bed the mattress would move away from the wall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not try the breakfast so I can’t give an opinion on that. The walk to the train station to/from the hotel was very easy and quick.

The rooms were comfortable, however the bathroom was super tiny and a big step up to get into it. Reminded me of an RV / trailer bathroom. Not friendly if you have mobility issues. The TV was a 13 inch computer sized screen. There is NO AC Incase you decide on going to Japan in the summer!!

The hotel is conveniently located right by a JR station and quite well maintained. However, it seems more like a hostel than a 3 star hotel to me. It's quite outdated. The bathroom is ridiculously small and it's quite inconvenient to move around even though I'm a small Asian woman. It's an o-k place to stay in if you just need a no-frills overnight stay option. I feel like it's more expensive than it should be, and there are better options elsewhere.

It was a bit noisy. We could hear the street outside as if the windows were open. We did check a few times to ensure it is closed. The bathroom is efficient but too small and tight that I bump my elbows all the time and I am a 5 feet 140lbs girl. My boyfriend who is 6”2 had a real hard time using the bathroom

かなり昭和な感じ。庭園があって趣はある。ツインだったためか、かなり広い部屋でした。ベッドはセミダブルが2台。その割にユニットバスがかなり狭い。テレビもかなり小さい。細かいところにホコリがたまっている。Wi-Fiはあるが、電波が弱く接続しないこと多々あり。朝食は無料だが質素で、クロワッサンとシリアルだけです。でも、フルーツグラノーラとノーマルシュガーとコーヒーシリアルと3種類あった。ドリンクもオレンジジュースやアップルジュースなど4種類と、コーヒーや牛乳など必要最低限はそろっています。ただ食いを防ぐためなのか、部屋番号と名前を質問されます。総合的に、価格高騰の中でがんばっているコスパ良いホテルと思います。

The heating option was a problem nevers the temperature only dropped at night which made us wake up very hot during the day. I'm not sure how expedia connects with the hotel for booking but when we got there, they had no record of our booking. Thank God they could still accommodate us, though.

This is my 16th day in Japan and I was appalled at the way I was treated by the front desk staff. It was obvious they wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible. I asked them very politely if there was a service they used that could take my luggage to the airport (as far as I know this is very common in Japan) and the clerk used his translation app to respond "no service." Now look, I've been in customer service my whole life and I'm very easy going. I understand if this hotel doesn't use a service like that, but the clerk could have said "I'm sorry, unfortunately this hotel doesn't offer that service but I recommend using a taxi to get to the airport. We're more than happy to hold your bags after you check out until you are ready to go to the airport." But no, "no service" was all I got. This was my 5th hotel in Japan and by far my worst treatment. I would not recommend this hotel to any foreigner under any circumstances. That aside, the hotel itself is nice enough. The room is very large for Japan standards. The interior is dated, but tasteful.

Hotel isn't so bad with simplest infrastructures, space is a little bit small. But it's a business hotel, we can't complain it. But the breakfast is so bad with almost nothing and the stuff is really seriously check everyone with his cool face and making people uncomfortable. Strongly suggest stuffs to learn how to smile to people.

お部屋は可もなく不可もなくという感じです。スタッフの方は親切ですが、朝食会場にいたスタッフさんだけは少し怖かったです。清掃してくださいの札をしていなのに室内清掃がされていてビックリしました。清掃が入らない前提だったので、ベッドの上にナイトブラを広げていました…。施設周辺のエリアは大声を上げながらシャドウのど真ん中を歩いている人や歌いながら歩いてる外国人さん多くて少し怖かったです。これは私のリサーチ不足ですね。ゆっくりしたい人よりも泊まれればいいやという人にオススメですね。

The area surrounding the property is great in terms of safety and convenience as there are multiple stores within a 2 minute walk from the hotel lobby. A Lawson, a 7/11 and a restaurant as well as several vending machines close by for drinks. The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful. There was a slight language barrier with some employees so definitely be sure to know some basic Japanese so you can make it easier to interact with them. They clean every day unless you ask them not to disturb you, my only complaints would be the constant train sounds as it isn’t too far from a railroad. It’s about an 8-14 minute walk to the nearest train station but there’s also a nearby hospital which means you may be kept up some nights or afternoons by constant sirens driving by. Other than that it was great for the price. Also, fair warning, The breakfast options are limited to cereal and croissants though. The drink selection is plentiful though.

15 mins away from JR station. Nearby is hospital and very quiet. There are Lawson and 7-11 just nearby for food and drink. However, nearby restaurant are all Korean and Chinese, you can not find local Japanese restaurant. And the breakfast supplied by hotel was awful. It was only oatmeal and cold bread.

The staff was very kind and helpful, and the room was clean. There were some stains on the carpet and the shower curtain that probably couldn’t be removed, but overall the room was tidy and well-maintained. The breakfast was indeed quite basic. The location was excellent — we could reach almost everything on foot except for Tokyo Tower and the Imperial Palace (which is clear from the map anyway). There were shops less than a minute away. It was perfect for spending a few nights here. The room was well-equipped, and cleaning service was provided. Overall, it’s a great value for the money.

Positiv: Das Hotel liegt gut zu Fuß erreichbar von der Metro Station entfernt und die Matratzen sind echt gut. Leider war das auch schon ziemlich das einig Positive. Die Zimmer ( Größe war komfortabel ) sind recht abgewohnt und der Bodenbelag geht gar nicht. Das Frühstück ist eine einzige Zumutung. Trockene Croissants, Müsli und Filterkaffee- das ist alles. Wir können das Hotel leider nicht empfehlen und würden es auf keinen Fall noch einmal buchen.
