Hotel is gelegen vlak bij het centrum je kan tegen betaling In de parkeergarage. Vrij nieuw hotel en is netjes . Het is zeker aan te raden om daar heen te gaan.

Great hotel and reasonably priced. This is very nice for 3 stars, it's the best value I think you can find in a hotel until you spend about 2-3 times the price per night. Most hotels around 120-280 euro per night are honestly about the same quality. The most important factor for me is cleanliness and this hotel was very clean and orderly. The parking is convenient and well priced. Parking is not cheap in Europe, especially in Deutschland, you have to understand that this is a society that is doing its best to deter automobile traffic which is a good thing! Nevertheless if you wish to have a car here (as I do for convenience) you must be willing to pay the price. The staff are very nice and easy going, check-in was very smooth and they were patient with me as I informed them I needed to practice my German and the woman helping me spoke very slowly and clearly so I could have an easier time understanding the words. The rooms themselves are very good and very practical. Excellent showers, the bathrooms ventilate well, the windows come with great blackout curtains and the bed is very comfortable. It's a really convenient and simple hotel that does everything important right in my view. The only thing that didn't work for us was the TV, I couldn't figure it out but it wasn't a big problem and I'm sure the front desk could have fixed it had I asked. Thank you to the staff we had a nice two days in Regensburg!

The location is good, having parking garage attached is great! the building is new so it is not bad. However the bathroom is small, and there is no phone in the room, no iron. The breakfast is 15 eur, but the variety is poor.

Das Hotel an sich ist super, die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal super freundlich. Leider befindet sich in der Tiefgarage eine Wasserrinne, die man leicht übersieht. Da knickt man schonmal schwer um und das beeinträchtigt dann den Ausflug.

The property was mostly clean and quiet, though the air condition was not strong enough. My low rating, however, is due to the fact that the housekeeping staff do not respect the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. They still enter the room, even when you have the sign on the door. On one occasion, they entered the room with the sign on the door while I was getting ready in the bathroom. I was half naked. The staff apologized, but I was deeply embarrassed.

Sehr sauberes Hotel , zentrale Lage, das direkt neben dem Novotel liegt. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und die Zimmer waren ordentlich und von angemessener Größe . Das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis passt wunderbar und ich buche gerne wieder.

Leider keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, obwohl das Hotel damit wirbt. Im Zimmer war es unerträglich warm. Wir mussten das Fenster dauerhaft offen lassen, welches jedoch zur Straße raus ging und entsprechender Lärm dann im Zimmer war. Auch nachts konnte man das Fenster nicht zu lassen, da man sonst vor Hitze nicht schlafen konnte. Sehr unflexibles Personal. Antwort 'ja kann man nichts machen'. Zimmerservice kam nicht zum Reinigen. Handtücher mussten wir dann selbst an der Rezeption holen. Das Frühstück war okay, aber jetzt auch nichts besonderes. Das Zimmer an sich war sauber, die Betten sehr unbequem und sichtlich billig.

Die Zimmer heizten sich bei den hohen Außentemperaturen enorm auf, so dass man die ganze Nacht die Klimaanlage laufenlassen musste. Die Fenster zu öffnen war keine Option, da ständig Rettungsfahrzeuge mit Martinshorn am Hotel vorbeifuhren, obwohl nachts kaum Verkehr herrschte. Das Bad war sehr klein und eng geschnitten. Für das Doppelbett gab es nur eine breite Decke, was bei zwei Personen im Bett etwas mehr gegenseitige Nachsicht erforderte. Beim Frühstück waren die pappigen Brötchen und das geringe Angebot für Veganer leider eine Enttäuschung.

Nevertheless if you wish to have a car here (as I do for convenience) you must be willing to pay the price. The staff are very nice and easy going, check-in was very smooth and they were patient with me as I informed them I needed to practice my German and the woman helping me spoke very slowly and clearly so I could have an easier time understanding the words. The rooms themselves are very good and very practical. Excellent showers, the bathrooms ventilate well, the windows come with great blackout curtains and the bed is very comfortable. It's a really convenient and simple hotel that does everything important right in my view. The only thing that didn't work for us was the TV, I couldn't figure it out but it wasn't a big problem and I'm sure the front desk could have fixed it had I asked. Thank you to the staff we had a nice two days in Regensburg!

nach dem Bezug des Zimmers stellten wir fest, dass das Türschloss defekt war und wir mussten in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen. Viel Hektik an der Rezeption. Neue Zimmerkarten wurden nur für eine Nacht freigeschaltet sodass wir sm 2. Tag nicht in unserer Zimmer kamen und erst die Schlüsselkarten wieder neu beschriftet werfen mussten. Overall, it was great! Surprising, though, that we couldn’t charge the breakfast or drinks to the room. Everything was pay as you go. Room had to be paid entirely up front. That is the reason for 4 stars. However, we would stay here again.

Die Zimmer heizten sich bei den hohen Außentemperaturen enorm auf, so dass man die ganze Nacht die Klimaanlage laufenlassen musste. Die Fenster zu öffnen war keine Option, da ständig Rettungsfahrzeuge mit Martinshorn am Hotel vorbeifuhren, obwohl nachts kaum Verkehr herrschte. Das Bad war sehr klein und eng geschnitten. Für das Doppelbett gab es nur eine breite Decke, was bei zwei Personen im Bett etwas mehr gegenseitige Nachsicht erforderte. Beim Frühstück waren die pappigen Brötchen und das geringe Angebot für Veganer leider eine Enttäuschung.

Nice little hotel, very clean, very central. The breakfast buffet is a bit too expensive - €16 - but there is a good selection of different foods. Weirdly, the lobby often smelled faintly of sewer when we walked in, but I ever noticed it in my room. It was too hot in the room for my comfort and the cooling system wouldn’t come on because it’s linked to the outside temperature (it was February when I visited), so I had to keep the window open all the time. The street outside is very noisy, so it wasn’t always restful. It would be nice to be able to cool the room at night without opening the window. The staff were lovely and very helpful and housekeeping does an excellent job.
