Quarto limpo e bem equipado. Ótima roupa de cama e banho. Funcionários muito solicitos e educados. Café da manhã básico e bebidas grátis na recepção das 6h às 23h. Guardaram nossas bagagens antes e depois do check-in e tem serviço de takyubin. Muito bem localizado e perto de estações de metrô.

全体的に清潔で居心地良く過ごさせていただきました。ゴミ回収とタオル交換は毎日してくれます。 ランドリーは2台ずつなので時間帯によっては混みます。朝ごはんに無料のパンを配布してくれるので助かりました。ロビーにあるドリンクバーも夜まで使えるのでありがたいです。 ただ部屋にあるコップを使用済みであっても何日経っても交換してくれないことだけは気になったので改善を望みます。

A genuinely great hotel, 5-12minute walk to nearby train stations. The facilities where great, including toiletries, stationary, alcoholic vending machine. The place was quiet (surprisingly as it is near a hospital). They would constantly be cleaning and refreshing towels without needing prompted. My only complaint was the check in process took way longer than it needed to. That would be me mostly being overtly sensitive due to horrendous jetlag. Would recommend and stay again.

Stayed twice at this hotel. I was assigned to the newer room (with brighter wall paper) during part 1 of my trip. Part 2 was the older room that had the dark teal wall paper. The bathroom smells like wet clothes from the older room. The bed was uncomfortable and it squeak in the older room as well. Both rooms are very small. The staffs were very polite and thorough with the check-in process. Toiletry option was free for grab. I enjoy using their coffee machine and juice machine. The coffee machine also dispensed corn soup and beef soup. Two toaster and one microwave were available for you to heat up your food. I would come back to this hotel again if I get to choose to stay in the newer rooms.

A 10 or so minute walk from two stations with plenty of food and convenient stores along the way. A typical business hotel with accommodating staff and lobby with lots of drink options for coffee, juices, and even beef broth and corn soup all for free along with breakfast upon request which includes 3 bakery items.

We spent 5 nights here. Easy getting to/from hotel via shinkansen or airport. Check in was easy, staff were always friendly when we were coming and going. The rooms are small and the bathrooms even smaller so it's important to check square footage to make sure you are happy before booking. The bathroom also had an unpleasant odour. The room itself was dark and dingy, and it was not very clean. There was dust gathered on the side of the carpet plus the duvet cover I spotted blood stains in two places, the sheets were spotless. I noted the floor looked cleaner after room service (which is every 3 days) The towels also had a funk to them and one we received had body hair stuck to it. Location wise nothing in the immediate vicinity but it's about 10min walk to Shimbashi which has a bit more going on. The hotel is about 8-13min walk to a couple of different stations so made it convinient to base from. They offer a selection of breads for breakfast and they have a beverage station available for most part of the day which was our favourite part of our stay. For the price paid it is an affordable option if you don't plan on staying in the room

Terrible place, hairs everywhere in the room, stains on the bed pad, pillows. Literally one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in terms of cleanliness (which is the most important thing for hotels). Also the air conditioning doesn’t work at all, must be leaking coolant and not maintained. If not for the close by Tokyo tower, no one would stay here I suppose. Rooms are small, typical for business travellers with no luggage. This is what the hotel is designed for.

The workers were very friendly and English speaking. They had free drinks available but “breakfast” is just bread. The cleanliness was not great though, the mirrors and the actual bed frame had strange white stains on it. Lots of dust throughout the facility, room is also very small.

My only complaint would be the shower head. There are only two settings, either a mist or what I would describe as a hard jet setting. Not very enjoyable.

The hotel rooms were definitely a lot smaller than I expected. Granted they are reasonably priced for being so, I would just want others that stay after me to know that because it did come as a shock to me.

The rooms were a bit small, but clean. Equipped with modern Japanese toilets. The downstairs had beverage service and a bread breakfast every morning. The hotel is a bit far from the JR stations (about a 10 minute walk to Shimbashi or Hamamatsucho), a bit closer to both Daimon and especially Onarimon. Laundry machines on site, but require purchase of detergent from front desk for 50 yen.

Nice place, location 4 or 5 blocks from a couple different train lines, personable staff. Daily free breakfast bag offered with a couple pastries. High tech coffee machine with cocoa and soup. TINY room. If two of you, at least one should always be on bed.

I really miss the green tea they offered, simple as it may seem, I cant find a comparable better tasting green tea than the one I had there. A recommendation, if you want to book a room with more space than the smaller rooms there, do so as early as possible because they sell out quickly. Other travelers and locals that stay at the hotel are friendly and the atmosphere overall is peaceful and relaxing. We hope our future travels lead us back here again. I’m truly grateful to the staff of this hotel. Our bags were delayed from our flight and we were left without many of our necessities and the staff made sure we had toiletries, pyjamas, and power converters for our phone chargers. They truly went above and beyond and we are so thankful to the team at the Hotel Wing. The room itself was practical, clean and gave you everything you need. By Tokyo standards the room is fine in size, but may be small for some travellers. Location wise, it was in a quiet and safe neighbourhood within roughly a 10 minute walk to two different train stations and about a 20 minute walk to either Tokyo Tower or the Ginza main precinct. I recommend this property for your stay. I’ll definitely stay again when I visit Japan in a year.

Ficamos no KOKO em duas ocasiões na nossa viagem: no começo e ao final, e posso dizer que ter ficado no mesmo hotel duas vezes foi uma excelente decisão, principalmente ao se tratar de um lugar tão agradável. O ambiente do KOKO é muito aconchegante, nos sentimos em casa e acolhidos cada vez que passávamos pela porta de entrada, com a cortesia dos recepcionistas e de todas as pessoas do estabelecimento. Como já sabíamos, os quartos não são muito grandes, mas isso acontece em muitos hotéis em Tóquio. Nessa vez, entretanto, o quarto era ligeiramente maior, o que permitia abrirmos com mais facilidade as malas. Os ambientes eram limpos e muito aconchegantes, e ficamos muito satisfeitos com a estadia no geral!

Quiet street yet feels central and very well connected to many transit stations, connection to the airport, shopping and dining options. Also very close to the Tokyo tower( 15 min walking), Imperial palace and Hamarikyu gardens. Amazing staff, incredibly attentive, polite and professional. Absolute gem of the little hotel.

大門駅、新橋、汐留等、各路線駅に歩いて行けます。私は銀座まで普通に歩いて(約20分前後)ショッピングも行きましたし、各場所へのアクセスとしては便利と感じました。 ホテルも清潔ですし、フロントも大変親切で丁寧でした。 朝の無料朝食パンは私がご飯派なので遠慮させていただきましたが、他の宿泊客の方々はコーヒーと一緒に美味しそうにモーニングを楽しまれておりました。(パン派の方は是非！) 特質した非となる点が無かったので、宿泊検討されている方は悩む必要は無いと思います。 直ぐ近く(徒歩1～2分)にローソンもありますのでコンビニ利用も大変便利でした。

We stayed there for four nights. The room was very dark and small and there were spots that weren't very clean. However, their amenities were of very good quality and the bed was comfortable. Expensive but it is very close to Tokyo station/Ginza and walking distance from Tokyo tower. There are also some nice restaurants nearby. Their free breakfast bread was nice - we were given three bread each every day with free drinks available all day at the lobby. Wish they take more care in cleaning the room and washing machines.

I like most the clealiness of the property and availability of the staff. While for the location just 10 min walk to Shimbashi commercial area. Also accessible to two line stations (Onarimon and Asakusa) that within 7 to 10 min walk.

El hotel está pequeño pero muy práctico, lo que hay que tener en cuenta es que no hacen limpieza en la habitación, es partir de la cuarta noche, las toallas si quieres si las cambian diario, la habitación está cómoda para dormir, si pagas extra tienes desayuno incluido que son diferentes panes que cambian diario y adicionalmente tienes jugo, bebidas y café gratis y accesorios de higiene personal, si olvidaste algo, el personal es amable y muy servicial.

全体的に清潔で居心地良く過ごさせていただきました。ゴミ回収とタオル交換は毎日してくれます。 ランドリーは2台ずつなので時間帯によっては混みます。朝ごはんに無料のパンを配布してくれるので助かりました。ロビーにあるドリンクバーも夜まで使えるのでありがたいです。 ただ部屋にあるコップを使用済みであっても何日経っても交換してくれないことだけは気になったので改善を望みます。

Located right in between 3 different metrostations, so you always have to walk for 10 min. The hotel breakfast is only different kinds of bread and pastries of a low quality. Very good options for drinks and coffee. Comfortable beds and very clean and nice bathrooms. Helpful employees!

Really great value. Excellent location and part of Tokyo for easy walkability to MULTIPLE train stations. Shimbashi is a great part of Tokyo. Only thing I didn’t love was the internet quality inside the hotel. Outside of the lobby, the WiFi could get pretty spotty.

The staff were so friendly and kind! They spoke English perfectly. They have free toiletries, breakfast bread, and soup. The room was small but nice, with convenient outlets and light switches by the bed. The staff offered for me to borrow an umbrella for the day and let me leave my bag until the evening after check out. Travelers were often hanging out in the lobby playing board games and drinking free fountain beverages. I would love to come back!
