Overall good experience. The staff are uneven in their capacity to provide service—many are very timid and not capable of proactively troubleshooting. With that said, it’s quite a nice facility and the staff are nice and doing their best. The room was quiet and clean. The bed comfortable and there were a good selection of pillows. I appreciated the complimentary bottles of water daily. The breakfast bar was amazing but very pricey when I just eat a small breakfast now. For those looking for a full meal, you will be very pleased with the spread. The pool was very nice—the water was a bit cold but it was clean and very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Premium oda terch ettik, odanın tasarım şık, çarşaflar ve havlular oldukça temizdi. Mazarasına diyecek söz yok. Hazu ve fitness merkezi biraz eskimişti onlarında yenilenmesi güzel olabilir. Fitness merkezindeki Jakuzide bir erkek hegamonyasına sahne olduğundan kız arkadaşımla kullanmadık otelinde bu konuda bir aksiyon alması gerekiyor

Havuz ufakti, belli bolumden sonra derinlik azalinca yüzerken dikkat etmek gerek. Kaldigim otellerde hamamin ucretli oldugunu ilk kez görüyorum. Hamami kullanmam gerekirdi. Gunluk 2 su yerine 4 su verilebilirdi. Minibarı kullanmayacagim dememe ragmen, gelip kilitlemeleri de hoş değildi. Kullanilan urunler belli olur ve soylenirdi.

WONDERFUL! We had such a great time at this hotel. Our rooms were so comfortable. The beds made it so hard to get up in the morning. We loved the spa and fitness area too. We had our first turkish hamman and the lady that did my service was incredible. The pool, hot tub and sauna were amazing. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The variety that was provided was really enjoyable. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and the cuban band at the night club. I must say that this hotel far exceeded our expectations. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Her şey otelin girişinde başlar resepsiyon karşılaşma muhteşem otelin kendi temizliği de çok güzel fakat o da temizliği ile ilgili maalesef kendi bulunduğumuz odanın halıları hem islaktı hem de aşırı derecede lekeler vardı ve bundan ötürü kardeşim çok rahatsız oldu ama biz de iki günlüğüne geldiğimiz için tekrardan odayı değiştirmek istemedik onun haricinde her şey çok güzeldi.

This hotel property was amazing. Five star service. The restaurants were excellent. Everything was very clean. And the location is in close proximity to lots of really great things. I definitely would recommend anyone coming to Ankara.

Herşeyiyle o kadar güzelki kesinlikle Ankara’nın en iyi oteli diyebilirim temizlik konfor yatak kalitesi odalar çalışanlar çok ilgili ve çözüm odaklılardı.Ankarada bundan sonra başka bir otelde kalmayacağım muhteşemdi.Tek problem girişimiz yapılırken resepsiyondaki hanımefendi bizden önceki müşteriye çok güler yüzlüydü ama bizi görünce asla güleryüzlü olmadı bence otellerde Türklerin birbirine daha samimi güler yüzlü davranması gerektiğini düşünüyorum .

Konum çok iyi. Oda gayet temizdi Ayrıca bizimle ilgilenen personel gayet kibardı. Asansör çok hızlıydı. Fakat spa alanında 16 yaş sınırı olması üzücüydü. Ayrıca hamam kullanımının ücretli olmasına da anlam veremedik. Son olarak odadaki Kahve makinası iyi çalışmıyordu.

WONDERFUL! We had such a great time at this hotel. Our rooms were so comfortable. The beds made it so hard to get up in the morning. We loved the spa and fitness area too. We had our first turkish hamman and the lady that did my service was incredible. The pool, hot tub and sauna were amazing. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The variety that was provided was really enjoyable. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and the cuban band at the night club. I must say that this hotel far exceeded our expectations. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was beautifully maintained.
