Overall, everything was fine! Hotel is in a nice, seemingly safe and clean anrea. Upon entering the property, staff wasn’t readily available at the front desk but did eventually see me and come out from around the corner to help. She was friendly and checked me in quickly. The room was clean overall, but I did have to request linens for the pull out bed because they weren’t in the room (not sure if this is standard or if they were missed). They were brought to the room within a few minutes. Pull out mattress had some crumbs/others remnants of guests that just made it clear it hadn’t been checked since… who knows and one of the coffee stirrer packages had been opened/used. Those were the only minor things we noticed. We had a room next to the elevator which I was initially hesitant about but was not an issue. The pool was great, the bed was comfortable and my family slept very well. Breakfast was not offered the next morning because the Bistro was closed so a complimentary breakfast was offered at the Residence Inn next door, though we did not partake. We would consider staying again.

We were there for a two day stay ,arrived on Friday , called for couple of pillows because the ones on the bed were flat, had to call again and received at 10pm! Left for a Graduation on Saturday at noon when we returned at 10 pm and the room was in the same condition ! The Garbage was full and the towel were still in a pile in the bathroom were we left them , had to go down to the desk and get !the few towel that they had left ! The exercise room was Very Dirty also !

Easy access from the highway, rooms were pretty good. Showers were modern and clean but for some little black hairs. The bed covering had a pink spot the size of a grapefruit stain that was recent, it was right at the top corner, so I had to sleep with that by my face. I rolled the sheet over it, it was late. The pull out was ok, but we had to wait almost an hour for bedding to be brought up for it. The pool was fine, though it is SHARED with the hotel connected to this one. It went from shallow to just over 5 feet. Lots of rowdy people came in and took it over playing football. If you want breakfast, you are stuck with the overpriced "bistro" option which is supposed to remind you of Starbucks. Smart people went to the hotel next door, where there was a pretty good offering that you didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for. The lotion for guests in our room was almost empty, and could only coat one leg. Overall, service and options need a little work, and being upfront about the shared pool would have been helpful to those making a decision partly based on that amenity. Room for improvement, but not poor overall. Front desk guys were friendly and helpful.

The room was nice but for some reason, it seemed to get warm in the middle of the night. I think the hotel should have free coffee in the lobby. I paid $3.50 for a cup of Starbucks (adimittedly, it was good coffee) at the breakfast restaurant. Unfortunately, the bistro was closed (short staff at Independence Day)? Staff was friendly and the property and rooms clean.

We loved this property! Stayed 2 nights in town for the girls soccer championship and can’t say enough about how accommodating the staff was and how much we liked the room. It was really spacious and had all the amenities you’d expect these days. Asked to be further from any soccer teams and our room was SUPER quiet at the end of a hallway. They even had complimentary detergent and dryer sheets, which was a plus (soccer creates laundry you know). It was attached to a Residence Inn and the grounds were beautiful. Within really close driving to food and entertainment, definitely one of the more beautiful areas of St. Louis! Would stay here again and again.

Upon arrival, I was quickly greeted by a very friendly young man who got us checked in quite quickly. We made our way to a spacious room with a moveable desk, loveseat/sleeper and king bed. The room design is modern retro with a wall cabinet enclosing the small refrigerator that screams 1970s design. The shower "enclosure" was an open design with plenty of depth for 2. Sitting the shower of results on a beautiful metallic ring as the shower head drips onto the drain cover. The large TV is mounted on a swivel mount to adjust it's viewing angle to your liking. The only negative I noted is that loveseat. It's quite probably the most uncomfortable, badly designed seating I've ever experienced. The shape is odd. The back is very deep from the seat front. It's difficult to just get comfortable sitting. Sleeping might be another story. I would still recommend this property for anyone wishing to stay in the St Louis area.

No one at front desk 100 am check in. Had to walk next door in rain to other hotel per sign. Door locked, no one there. Had to call on phone. Finally checked in. Walked back in rain but entry door broken, had to walk to dar side of bulding to finally access. Room clock set at wring time, overslept, missed appt. Flew 14 hrs roundtrip for onw meeting. Worst place ever
