방 크기가 작긴 했지만 캐리어도 펼 수 있기도 했고 욕실도 비교적 컸습니다. 새 호텔 분위기도 났고, 오후 2시부터 오후 9시30분까지는 커피, 음료, 쥬스 등 무료 서비스도 있었습니다. 객실 내 금고가 없는 게 조금 아쉬운 점이긴 했습니다. 지하철역에서 상당히 가까운 편이고 두개의 노선 (도자이, 도에이) 이 지나가서 여행다니기도 편했습니다. 근처에 대형 슈퍼마켓도 있고, 꽤 맛있는 식당들도 많아서 좋았습니다. 가족여행으로 갔고 성인2, 청소년2, 소아1이었어서 방 두개를 이용했고, 더블침대방 하나, 더블침대와 롤링침대 있는 방 이용하니 편하게 잘 잤습니다. 다음에도 다시 이용하고 싶은 생각이 들 정도로 꽤 괜찮은 호텔이었습니다.

Great stay! It is conveniently located near the train station, a lot of restaurants and convenience stores. The staff was super nice and attentive. I loved the breakfast which had both occidental and oriental options. There is laundry and an amenity room with vending machines. The rooms are modern, clean and well kept. Totally recommend.

We stay here several times a year. It is a typical Japanese-style tourist hotel - the rooms are small and it has limited services (no spa, no gym, etc.) but it is immaculate, well-equipped and in a very convenient area. It is located in Monzen Nakacho, an up-and-coming area close to Kiyosumi, Kuramae, Asakusa and other interesting neighbourhoods developing along the Sumida River. A nice alternative to 'big city'areas like Nihonbashi, Ginza, Shinjuku or Shibuya.

This hotel where we booked 8 rooms and stayed for 7 nights was excellent. Rooms are pretty good size and not small at all. It is very clean and located at a quiet street, 1 block from the main road and Tozai train station. There are many dining options around this area with many convenience markets and drug store. Also, free non-alcoholic drinks, hot or cold, available from 2-10pm. We will definitely stay there again if we are visiting Tokyo.

Our fourth stay at this property. We really like this hotel and the location. The only suggestion would be to clean the overhead vents, which this time had a lot of lint and dust evident. Also note there is sometimes early morning noise from the nursery school across the street and chanting from the nearby temple.

The rooms were laid out nicely and the windows opened. Lovely area! We were put in a room that seemed it was probably a smoking room in the past so the smell wasn't nice, however the staff was accommodating and moved us to a different room, where we were very happy!

Party of three adults stayed for 2 nights in June. Hotel is an easy walk to Japan Rail and Tokyo subway stations. The neighborhood offers a surprising number of great restaurant alternatives. Room was very nice and offered enough space for 3 adults with backpacks.

Located in a traditional low-key neighbourhood with lots of dining options, traditional stores and several important temples. Our stay at the Keisei Richmond was awesome from the moment we arrived. We selected this hotel for the location and breakfast and it did not disappoint. The breakfast each morning was unique and filled with options for everyone. We always started the day well due to the breakfast. The rooms were nice although small as expected in Tokyo. The bathroom facilities were nice and they provided a variety of toiletries to make sure we had everything we needed. The front desk staff and the eating area staff were professional, helpful and overall kind during every interaction. I would definitely stay here again.
