We used the Onsen after a long day walking in the city every night and loved it! Very clean and calm hotel. There’s a 7/11 across the street, which is convenient. During the month of March, they offered late night snacks and tea after 10pm which we found very thoughtful. We’d highly recommend! Shinjuku Station is about 20 min walk away and the closest Metro station about 10 mins.

Very modern but very traditional at the same time. Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Great view. Onsen overlooking Tokyos skyline was very enjoyable. Breakfast was Japanese style and very tasty. Staff helpful. Good amenities available such as washing machines, ice, filtered water etc. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Station about 10 mins walk away. We would recommend staying here.

The onsen at the 18th floor opens till 2AM and the outdoors version allows one to sit in the water to gaze at the night sky. The room was also very clean and there is daily housekeeping. 2 small packets of snacks are also provided in the room. A humidifier/purifier is also provided. The tatami and wooden flooring is also much appreciated, limiting the dust in the room. The breakfast in the dining room at 1st floor is almost a must. In house coin operated laundry costs 200 yen (~SGD2) to wash a load of clothes and 100 yen for 30 min of dryer. A 7 eleven is located just opposite the hotel. The location is a ~10 minute walk from the subway. Easy if pulling a small luggage but a challenge while pulling a wheeled case and pushing a stroller with a toddler who asks if we are there yet every minute. However, will not hesitate to visit again.

Beautiful hotel, from reception to rooftop onsen. The location is perfect and the decor matches modern with traditional. The rooftop onsen is beautiful and they also offered a ‘sleep easer’ of free sale and treats from 22.00-22.45 Highly recommend and the perfect way to end our 2 week Japan adventure

Top drawer location, quiet neighborhood with full services 10" walk from heart of Shinjuku and station. Staff is energetic, enthusiastic, and embodies perfection in craft. Very clean and modern boutique hotel. Rooms are small - which is to be expected. Onsen is really wonderful. The views from the onsen and top lounge are spectacular. Service is good. We walked from here to all over Shinjuku. Really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in the larger queen room and the highlight was definitely the rooftop onsen, tattoos are allowed, which was a big plus. The location is excellent, walking distance from Shinjuku Station, making it very easy to get around Tokyo and catch trains for day trips. Amenities were great, with a washer/dryer. The lobby can look a bit messy with luggage storage, but overall it was a comfortable stay with nice city views of the Tokyo skyline at night.

What a gem of a location. Not too far from Shinjuku station and close to several subways. My only complaint was that our room was very dusty. No ventialltion to air it out. Other than that, staff were great and very helpful, and the reaturant food was amazing as well as the onsen ( as the water is imported from Hakone). Highly recommended.

お風呂は温泉♨️ということで楽しみにしてました。すこし脱衣所など狭めなので混雑ぎみでした。夜は暗い証明で落ち着く感じですが、少しあたりが見えづらくヌルヌルしていて、怖かったです。清潔感満点！という感じにはなりませんでした。部屋は、綺麗で静かでしたが、荷物を置く場所が少し少なく、ちょっと苦労しました。

トイレ横の壁にヒゲのような毛が張りついていました。シャワーブースは使用していませんが、角のカビ汚れなどが目につきました。お部屋も　前のお客さんが使っていたヘアゴムが残っていたり、ドアの隙間の埃が気になりました。スタッフの方の対応の良さ、施設は素敵なのに長時間いる部屋の掃除が適当すぎるなと思います。

The hotel was beautiful and very lovely. The onsen was an amazing experience and felt very lush. The hotel location was walkable to most stations or bus stops, usually about 10minutes. We really enjoyed our stay, but appreciate the room is lovely, however, quite cosy/small. We had two suitcases but made it work.

Room is a bit small to any person over 6ft tall, but it's so clean and it's located within 10 minutes walking to the train station. I love that rooftop onsen every single day after 25k steps walk.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located. However the rooms are very small, and the AC is centrally controlled so you cannot change the temperature. We went in July and the room felt very cramped and hot.

I booked for a twin room for almost a week's stay. The stay was overall nice. Be warned, it is not close by to the Shinjuku JR station, but much closer to Tokyo Metro stations instead (5-10 min walk depending on pace). It was very convenient to have a 7-Eleven right across the street to figure out breakfast and anything you might have missed while packing. Rooms are much smaller than expected compared to American hotels. The only thing that was not good is that our room's blackout curtains had a gap behind it. By 5 AM, the sun was shining so bright in the room, and it disturbed our sleep quality. Besides this, I would recommend if they can fix that problem.

Shopping is not close to the hotel, you needed to walk a distance to get to the shopping area . The matress was too soft , not enough support, and the bed is put against to the window, when you turn and toss easily your hand will hit the shade, the rod of the bottom of shade will hit the wall and making noises, was annoying. The lights in the room was too dim, don’t have one is bright enough for vanity lights. Hotel is clean , and will have room service each day .

Loved the location but check in/out was difficult. There were staff around the check in area but they expected everyone to self check in and check out on a computer. Not everyone is computer savvy and especially in a foreign country.

The property is superb and a hidden gem of the city. Check-in was fine, and the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, the staff on duty during check-out did not seem very friendly or accommodating. Overall, my stay was pleasant and great.

Extremely disappointed by the hotel’s rigid and illogical service policy. As two guests sharing a double bed, we asked for an extra duvet or even just an extra sheet, since we do not want to share one single duvet. We were told this was not possible because the hotel provides “one duvet per bed.” Following that reasoning, there should also be only one pillow per bed — which, unsurprisingly, is not the case. This argument makes no sense and shows a complete lack of customer-oriented thinking. Requesting separate duvets for two adults is a basic and very common expectation, not a luxury. The refusal to accommodate such a simple request reflects poorly on the hotel’s service standards. Not impressed.

I loved my stay. Fantastic service. Easy check in - paid ¥4k extra to check in early. Room amazing. Simple , clean , uncluttered. Chef at restaurant is worth more to than this. Waiting staff are sublime. menu great 1 bathhouse awkward as I’m Used to private facilities. Central , good value and YES I recommend staying here

En general nos gustó todo del hotel. La habitación pequeña y el baño igual. La vista bonita. El desayuno solo tiene opciones de pescado. Lo mejor es el onsen, está increíble. Lo único que sentí pesado es que no está TAN cerca de una estación de metro (10 minutos caminando aprox).

Great location! There is a 7-11 right cross the street. I had all my breakfast there. Subway station only 5 min away. And 10 mins walk to Shinjuku. The hotel is clean, nice and cozy. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The rooms and decor embrace a traditional Japanese style, creating a calm and authentic atmosphere. The staff were warm and attentive, and the rooftop onsen was a highlight—an excellent way to unwind and soothe sore muscles at the end of each day. Despite being very quiet, the hotel is conveniently located directly across from a 7-Eleven. The only drawback is its distance from the heart of Shinjuku and the main train station. While the walk is possible, I often relied on taxis to get back and forth. Overall, a relaxing and beautifully designed ryokan experience that I thoroughly enjoyed.

This was the perfect finale for our trip to Japan. Quiet boutique hotel with designer touches and fantastic dining (make sure to get the Japanese breakfast, reservations one day ahead). The onsen was unforgettable: picture yourself in an outdoor hot spring on the roof overlooking the Tokyo skyline at night. Epic! The neighborhood is full of hidden gems and very walkable.

We stayed here during the hot August days. It was always super nice to get back to the hotel, where it was cool and comfortable. The onsen was awesome, and had amazing views of Tokyo. The restaurant on site was super delicious. We had two phenomenal breakfasts there. The hotel is centrally located in Shinjuku and we walked everywhere. The subways are close by, and make the entire city very accessible. Overall, we had a great experience here and highly recommend it.
