Awesome breakfast options for a family with picky kids. Pool was refreshing and well kept. Fitness center was nice, clean and quiet. Lobby had pool table, table size connect four, Jenga and many other games to play. Location was close to many food options for lunch and dinner, as well as entertainment options, but indoor and outdoor.

Loved this place! No problems. Everything was great from breakfast, room, shower, pool, fun lobby to staff. One of nicest staff I ever had at a hotel. The only down side was 2 out of 3 pool sticks were broken and the other games had pieces messing. Felt safe there and had a lot of things to do and to eat with in 5 minutes of the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, both at check in and check out. The continental breakfast they provide made the morning pretty easy for us to get on the road quickly. The only things I didn’t like was that the pool didn’t seem too clean. It was a little murky and greenish, but it was a little windy so maybe that’s not the usual.

We tried to sleep in room 142 but were eaten alive by bedbugs which we saw in the bed My husband was covered in red welts We had to leave at 3am The office staff said “That can happen” I do not recommend this to anyone It is a parasitic blood pathogen and dangerous to health & well being unacceptable conditions

We enjoyed a 2-night stay for a family funeral at the Tru Hilton Gilbert. The room was clean and comfortable, easy to keep nice and cool, and well-stocked with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the excellent breakfast offerings and definitely would have taken advantage of the pool and game area if we had stayed longer.

I stay here quite often because my son lives near the hotel. We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The walls were so dirty that it looked as though they do not get wiped down & probably need a fresh coat of paint. But, the stay was fine.

Noisy and loud. They definitely didn’t build this hotel to be quiet. You could hear people from above and next door as well as people going up and down the halls. If that didn’t keep you up at night, you could hear the traffic early in the morning. Other than that, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Need updates to standard amenities and technology. Smart TV in rooms do not allow streaming network services (e.g. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu). There is no coffee maker in room (only place I’ve ever stayed without one). Sure, free coffee available in lobby area, but very inconvenient. Finally, keyless access to room (via mobile app) never worked so I used my key each time

Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable which are the two biggest things for me and hotels. We were there for several days so I wanted to unpack. No dresser. No desk for work. Just a small little rolling thing that pulled out from the wall but no real room to roll it around. No closet or microwave. And no coffee pot. So good bed and nothing else. Eco friendly didn’t translate into a functional room for us.

Bed was creaky and hard; uncomfortable. Walls had lots of scuff marks on them; water stain in the bathroom which meant housekeeping didnt clean the floors. Overall felt like the hotel was minimally maintained. The big low was the bed being creaky and uncomfortable.

I have stayed here a number of times over the past few years and things are going downhill. The worst part about the stay was the extremely loud A/C. Kept running even when I turned it off. Had to wear ear plugs.

We started in a king room that was painfully small, hardly enough room to walk around the bed, and no place to open the second suitcase. They moved us to a queen room that was significantly larger. I would not book a king room again unless I was traveling solo. Dispensing the shampoo, conditioner, soaps and lotion from wall containers certainly saves plastic and waste, but if a visitor has arthritic hands and has difficulty with a very firm grasp and squeeze, they would be unable to get any product out.

All od the staff members that we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. Loved the lobby area and the free breakfast. The bed was super comfortable. Our only issue was how loud the AC was in our room. It was so loud that I couldn't sleep.

Had a emergency power outage and had no choice but to try and get a pet friendly room as we had no A/C. SRP gave us a window of 6-8 hour. less than 2 hours later the power came back on. We checked in got the keys then went to eat. Never even when to the rooms (we had 2) trying to get a refund or a credit would be nice. Thank you

Your staff is fantastic. Patrick at sign in, and Dorothy was so friendly each morning and assisted in directions to things in the area. Our room was very clean, it was very quiet and we sleep well, and the breakfast in the morning was a great start to our day! We loved playing cards and hanging out in the stylish lobby to relax. The pool looked wonderful but the weather was a little cool to take a dip.

What a wonderful check-in experience with Nate! He delivered the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. He welcomed our family, made sure the room was up to expectations & even offered a ‘to go’ bag of breakfast since our son was leaving early in the morning for a sports tourney before breakfast started at 7am. Highly recommend, we will be back!

Check in is at 3pm. Room was not ready until after 5pm. We were exhausted from the drive and had to wait in the lobby which was full of other people who were waiting for rooms to become available.

The facility was clean and -- for the most part -- pleasant. I got the impression that the hotel was understaffed, as the front desk was totally unstaffed at my arrival. Had to wait awhile to check in, even though it was not an odd time of day. Front desk clerk was friendly and apologetic once he finished doing somebody else's job. Only significant complaint, though, was that the heater/AC was malfunctioning, and was "stuck" on a much-to-cold AC setting.

Great experience from check in to check out. Our second time staying at the same location, as it was centrally located between California and Texas. Friendly staff, clean and accommodating rooms. The breakfast was filling with a very food selection.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was kind and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and facility was very clean! My favorite part was the ice and water with disposable cups to ensure we were well hydrated during our stay. If we ever come back to Gilbert we would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I like the modern finishes. There was plenty of places to hang clothing and place travel items. The bed was comfortable. The shower spray pressure was awesome and water was hot. The staff was very nice. A few things that were just okay… the breakfast. The second morning we went down at 8 AM and there was barely anything leff - no bagels, no bread, no muffins, no eggs. Granted, a very nice staff member came around and apologized that there were no eggs. So good for her. The shower also leaked onto the bathroom floor - slip hazard. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great stay! The only 2 downsides was tjat the shower is small and leaks put the shower door. And the 2nd is the breakfast ends too early- 9:00.
