We booked here with our cheer team. Pool and hot tub were broken, this is one of the reasons we stayed here so disappointing. A phone call or text before we arrived to inform us would have been appreciated so that we could have planned differently

I was there for a week. There’s a gym, pool, and somewhere to do laundry. There’s also a theatre right next door along with some restaurants and a Walmart nearby. Everything I needed for a relaxing week away.

The best Holiday Inn I’ve ever been too. I was a little worried because of bad past experiences with this brand, but not here! This was the cleanest one ever! Got off the elevator to a smell of fresh cleaning supplies, our room was the same! Start was amazing and friendly. We will definitely stay here again when traveling for our son’s basketball.

The staff were very friendly and so very helpful! The rooms were so nice and very clean. It was so nice to go spend some time in the pool and wearing the kids out before getting ready for bed. The only thing is we are sure the shower didn’t get rinsed out when they cleaned so when we got in to take a shower we slid all over the place. But had a great time other than that, pretty sure our kids liked it since they could slide from side to side while sitting down so they wouldn’t fall.

Room was very clean and I had a great view. I just didn’t sleep very well on the bed I was on. I think the mattress was a little too firm for me. My room was cleaned every morning though and I had fresh towels. Overall, not too bad, just the mattress was too firm.

The hotel had some clear pluses—it was clean, room was on the larger side and breakfasts were more varied and higher quality than expected. Service at the front desk was friendly. The location was good and there was free parking. The bed was not super comfortable (hard mattress, rough cotton sheets) and it was noisy at night. I’m not sure if the walls were thin or there were just some very loud folks but I couldn’t sleep till very late due to shrieking laughter and crying babies. We were disappointed that the pool was not heated in early November.

CONS: Poor floor soundproofing, polyester bedding, sunk in hard mattress, black mold in sink and hotel double charged credit card. *Note: I'd only stay at this particular Holiday Inn again if I could get a room on the top floor and with a decent mattress.

Staff was terrific and property seemed new and very nice and very clean. They were very accommodating. Their normal breakfast time was 6-10 am. We had to leave at 3:30 am for a very early flight and they had a breakfast to go for us at no extra cost.

The checkin desk was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and modern. Greatful to have laudry facilities avail. Only 2 "complaints". 1) the tv in the room - volume does not go below level 12...making it a bit loud when othera were trying to sleep. 2) morning breakfast- wish the eating area was tended to a bit better. Willdefinitely stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was moldy bread out for breakfast. I asked the attendant for fresh bread. It appeared that he removed the moldy piece in the front that had the most mold. I asked if the tray was fresh. He just kept saying he took it out of the freezer yesterday so it shouldn’t be moldy.

Upon check-in the front desk was very helpful and polite. The room was clean and worked great for us 5! Breakfast was convenient and my kiddos loved all the options- they had cereal, pancakes, milk, juice, hot bar with scrambled eggs, sausage, etc. Also additional baked goods to choose from, overall great experience. They were very accommodating when I asked the front desk for extra pillows for the pull out bed and extra towels. Great location- SO MANY options for restaurants, retail stores, drive thrus for quick stuff, coffee shops, and less than a mile from the freeway! Overall great stay and we will be staying again if ever in the area. We also visited Vertuccio Farms which was located about 5 mins up the road and had so much fun!
