Villa Lavanda in Cala Galdana

Nice villa close to the sea, shops and restaurants. We like Cala Galdana. Communication great and very straightforward Swimming pool a little cold and would have benefited from a net for me to clear debris each day given usual September winds.

The villa was ideal for our holiday, as described in the description. We all enjoyed the stay there, 6 adults. The locality to the beach, shops and restaurants is ideal, so long as you're happy to walk up some steps and hills.

The fact that we have stayed in Villa Magnolia on two occasions, and adjacent Villa Lavanda for two previous occasions say's it all!

The villa is in a fantastic location with private parking which was a must as the road was clearly a popular parking spot for the beach! Even though there were neighbours next door the villa felt very secluded and the pool was fantastic (with a friendly pool man who came a number of times). There was a washing machine and drying line which was excellent too. Joan at Sonne Villas was very attentive and answered all my questions quickly. Really good value for money. Some aspects of the villa are a little dated - for example the fridge and some utensils could do with replacing and some of the locks on doors. It would be better if during two weeks there had been a little more cleaning - particularly round the pool area as there was a lot of debris post a storm. Change of bedding a bit more often would be nice too.
