El personal muy amable y profesional. Estoy muy contenta con los empleados. La arena de la playa no es arena, son piedrecitas muy pequeñas, asi que siempre hay que llevarse chanclas para ir. La comida de los restaurantes es muy mejorable. Algunas veces habia un chef que cocinaba muy bien, pero hay otro que puede mejorar mucho en la cocina. La organizacion con las maletas para que no lleguen tarde a la habitacion tambien puede mejorar, ya que hice el check in y tardaron bastante en llevarme la maleta.

Not so ideal arrival, but service recovery was excellent. Shout out to Enan from the tradewinds cafe and his staff, John and the rest of the concierge staff who attended to our needs diligently.

The pool is excellent, just the weather is not sunny most of the days. The major problem is transportation. It is difficult to call uber or taxi to come and pick us from the hotel, the place is a bit too far from Mactan downtown. The hotel staff is helpful for calling meter taxi for you, however, we met one taxi driver he insisted for a fixed price! Which is more than double of meter taxi. That day was a rainy day, we seemed didn’t have a choice, and we had waited for a taxi more than 20mins already. We once need to wait for taxi around 1 hour to come to hotel to pick us, which is such a new experience to us in a resort. There are lots of restaurant for you to enjoy in the hotel.
