Nice property with very friendly staff. The inside pool is very small and has no hot tub. Breakfast was good. Parking spots are small and hard to maneuver in when it is full. Walls are very thin, so it can be very noisy with neighbors beside and above you.

Overall our stay was great. Used the gym and was satisfied with the amount of equipment that was there! Used the pool and that was nice, we wish there was a hot tub but doesn’t make or break whether we stay or not.

Needs more parking!!!! There definitely is NOT enough parking I had to park in the clinic parking cause it fill up fast some one with a big truck and trailer took up 6 spots. It’s really annoying when you pay for a hotel stay and can’t park in the parking lot.

It is a nice place to stay and i have done so a few time and will again. Rooms are clean and modern. Staff is nice. Has a nice workout room and breakfast is standard hotel food. It is within walking distance of a few good restaurants and shopping. Over all it is a very nice business hotel.

Very comfortable hotel in a great location. Nice views of the valley with big bright windows. Beds were on the soft side but comfortable. Nice smart tv with internet access. Good breakfast with pleasant restaurant feel. Good sport services with pool and fitness room for several people to comfortably exercise at the same time. Hotel was relatively clean but could use a more regular vacuuming in the halls but this was due to the high amount of salt and gravel in the parking lot due to extreme winter conditions. My biggest complaint was absolutely no opportunity to charge an EV vehicle with either level 1 or 2 charging available. I hope new hotels help solve the growing infrastructure problem for people who are attempting to go more green. It would be a great customer service opportunity.

The hall carpet on 5th floor is in need of streching to lay down. The shower door bottom was not clean. There was dirt and such in the corner of the shower door hinge. The elevator carpet was dirty and not vacuumed on the edges.

Everything was good other than the carpets in the hallway’s were in need of being replaced, or stretched. Mary areas were buckled and could easily be tripped on.

This place was like new when we stayed here three years ago, and we were expecting it to be in better shape this time than it was. Some of the carpeting is in bad condition and needs to be fixed before someone trips and gets hurt. Deep cleaning is also needed as well as just basics like dumping the hall trash can and vacuuming the elevators.

We had no conditioner for all three nights. They were told the first night, coffee and drink cups were not replaced all weekend, towels were not changed all weekend. No maid service at all.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. However. The property is showing a lot of wear. The breakfast was very carb heavy and I despise the fact that there is no cleaning service even if you stay for more than one night.

There was mold around the shower door and no freezer in the room. It was 105 degrees outside. A freezer was necessary for food storage coolers. Pool floor was grimey with algae. Breakfast was great though and the room itself was clean enough.

Understaffed but very nice staff. Hotel hallways were loud. A lot of banging into walls. Only 1 remote than ran both TVs but only 1 TV could be used at a time. Bathroom had mold. Looks like cleaning staff goes over main parts but ignores corners and area around shower door closures and floor. I expect more of a Marriott.

VERY dirty hallway carpets and elevator flooring, as well as main entry flooring. Mold in bathroom shower. Overall cleanliness of room poor. Uncomfortable bed. On our second day (Jan 1) our room wasn't cleaned. We were told by the rude receptionist that they don't clean rooms on holidays unless we are checking out. Not enough towels, soap, coffee for the second day. Bar and restaurant present but apparently closed down for good (One of the reasons we booked here was for the bar).

I have stayed here several times in the past with no issues. This time I got room 209, this room is next to the elevator. All night long it sound like a helicopter was hovering above my room. I will stay again next time I am in town I will just ask for a room far away from the elevators.

The property is clean and staff was very nice. They had a delicious spinach quiche in their breakfast offerings. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again. The bed was not particularly comfortable but the clencher for me was how warm the room was. It was over 100 outside and you could not adjust the temperature on the air conditioner. There was a thermostat in the room that also could not be adjusted. I was extremely hot all night. The thermostat said 69 but it felt much warmer.

It is a peaceful hotel that is near everything in east wenatchee. My first night I had no heat and fan blew cold all night. They are wall insert AC units. Maintenance showed up an hr after the AC issue was reported to the front desk. It was fixed promptly by a nice and professional maintenace man. Never had any more issues. The mattress is worn and uncomfortable. I kept rolling into a low spot that has been formed from others. The mattress is not the worst but, sucks. I woke up stiif both mornings.The room is clean, spacious and modern. Great big television, microwave, fridge and coffee pot. The shower is a walk-in and it is big. Great pressure and temps. Bathroom is good size. The ammenities were modern and clean with indoor pool. Breakfast is better and fresher more than stays at other hotels. Big parking lot and nice staff. Freh coffee all day.

I enjoyed it up to the point where one off the front desk employees charged my card before asking if we wanted to split the payment or even if that was the correct card. She didnt seem concerned or willing to help

There was no one at the front desk for checking in when we arrived in the evening (around 7 o'clock). We waited for a few minutes before some one showed up. When we passed by the front desk half an hour later, several new arrivals were waiting there and there was no staff at the front desk again.

Arrived to check inI about 5pm and was still standing there 45 minutes later. At the time of arrival, there was one person behind the desk and no one else in the lobby. According to the check-in staff my rooms were blocked and he was unable to unblock them, I reserved 2 rooms, one wheelchair accessible one regular. The accessible room was blocked and all the accessible rooms were taken. He contacted his manager for assistance unblocking the room (which they were unable to do). The solution was to give me a regular room and the advice if I needed to use the bathroom in the middle of the night go to the elevator take it to the first floor, go to the pool area, and use the handicapped bathroom, I think that more training is needed for the staff in the area of how to treat handicap patronage. He was very polite but it was a ludicris suggestion.

Here for a softball tournament. Clean simple rooms with a great free breakfast with many options. Nice staff. Would stay here again next time in Wenatchee, was a convenient location between the various fields and had good dining options nearby in all directions

Our two night stay was comfortable and accommodating. We were in town to snowboard at Mission Ridge and the proximity to the mountain from the hotel was beneficial. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast was tasty. We would stay here again.

Location is very convenient, right next to the mall, McDonald’s, grocery outlet and a huge park right up the road! Room was spacious and clean. Shower was also a really nice size! Very clean, great breakfast. Front desk was also very helpful and had great customer service skills. Note: Very small pool, very small! (But that isn’t a deal breaker for most and wasn’t for us)

Everything was excellent except there were commercial semi trucks that park along the hillside road above the hotel . Of course we were near that end of the building and a Refer truck idled its fridge engine all night long right outside our window level. Felt like we’re at a low rent truck stop -Bit disappointing for us light sleepers . Semi trucks should not be allowed in this area . A mile or two away is plenty of flat commercially “appropriate “ space

Great place to stay. We were passing through so only stayed 2 nights so didn’t use amenities, so can’t speak to that. Rooms were great, we had no issues or complaints. Staff was lovely, only experienced a bit of rudeness upon leaving but nothing that wouldn’t make me come back. The breakfast included had great variety in comparison to other continental breakfasts. That was the main reason we booked with Fairfield (aside from the look of the rooms). They always had fruit, coffee, tea, muffins, bagels and spreads, yogurt, milk, oatmeal bar (selection of toppings for your oatmeal), cereals, eggs, bacon or sausage, quiche, salsas, make your own waffles plenty for every one and great for kids.

Excellent location with reasonable rates. Service was friendly and accommodating. Very clean and tidy with a decent fitness room and an abundant free breakfast including hot foods. I stayed here to attend a concert at The Gorge. It's about 25 miles away but worth the drive due to the quality of the accommodations if you don't want to camp at The Gorge.

Breakfast was a disappointment. When I came down at 9:25 am Saturday June 10. Breakfast until 10:00am. There was one serving of scrambled eggs left. I asked the breakfast hostess if anymore eggs were getting prepared? They said No. I said there is still 35 minutes left of breakfast. They said they are limited to how much eggs are prepared each day . Are you kidding? On a Saturday? Box eggs? It was a Brandi Carlile weekend at The Gorge. Most of the people at that hotel went to the concert. Concert ended at Midnight. Walk to cars at least 20 . Drive to Wenatchee 50 minutes. Everyone was coming in at 1:45 am! Most of the chairs and tables filled at 9:30am. But yet Fairfield inn can’t supply god damn box eggs to everyone ! . I paid $200 that night. So my friend I had to share that one serving. I didn’t like the hostess not doing there job on refilling items.

I found this hotel clean, I used the fitness center daily, & breakfast was a great bonus, especially waffle day! Staff was helpful and friendly. It’s close-ish to a Costco, Safeway, the mall & a number of restaurants.
