Hotel had 2 elevators. When I arriveed one was already out of service. A few hours later second one broke. The room I was in was on second floor so not a big inconvenience. The issues were the common area in the lobby was overcrowded because people on upper levels couldn't get to their rooms. Second my room was close the stairs every single time someone used the stairs there was a loud bang from the door slamming. This was every few minutes making impossible to sleep. Even if it wasnt the door on my floor you could hear the door on the first floor make same banging sound. There was already an issue they knew about having one elevator side by side with the other. Second one giving out sent everyone to the stairs listened to it all night. The room itself was clean but worn. Couch ripped, nothing in bathroom again clean but would have expected more than just towels. Person as desk was helpful when checked in but was definitely overwhelmed once elevator broke. They should have been upfront they were experiencing issues and let people make decision to go elsewhere. Instead room booked nothing returned and certainly died not get what paid for.

Great place to stay , the staff is awesome and we enjoyed our stay here . The welcome snacks were fantastic. I’ve never had red velvet cookies until now . Two thumbs up . The area is well lit and parking was great . We will stay here again when we travel to Spartanburg SC .

We didn’t get the correct room, all 3 rooms were extremely dirty. Floors were sticky. Beds were awful.

It was great thw only low was we were there 3 nights and never had maid service. I had to go ask for towels and when I asked about trash i was handed 4 trashbags and told to leave my full bags in the hall. Then the morning we werw to check out they tried to come in 2 times before 9 to turn over the room. Checkout was 11am.

Stayed during a girls fast pitch softball tournament. So it was packed. Staff were relaxed and friendly like this goes on every day. First fail was the recyclables trash can in room. LMAO! Watched maid put both trash bags in one big bag. Then watched them throw said bag in a dumpster.

I was presently surprised by this hotel. I had a great experience. The staff is incredibly nice, everyone is so accommodating. The room sizes are spacious. The only issue that I have is how often the rooms are cleaned, which is every other day. For my preference, I need my trash taken out and fresh towels daily. Which again as I mentioned, that’s my preference, but I would definitely stay here again. All the ladies at the front desk were so kind, and Ms. Gail was exceptionally nice every morning at breakfast.

Breakfast is excellent. Room kitchen is dishwasher fridge and microwave, no cooktop surface. Fridge is full size, everything works correctly. Bath had built in night light in the wall switch plate. Shower only but full size. Body wash and shampoo dispensers built into shower wall. Drinking water from tap is excellent

So our journey began in New Jersey to Richmond, Virginia and when we arrived to Duncan it was raining and we were exhausted but we were greeted with a friendly and warm smile that made us forget about our exhaustion and remembered that we were on vacation and that is exactly what Letonya did. The best welcome I have ever received. She made us feel like we landed in Honolulu and checked us in, offered us tea, coffee, fresh baked cookies and infused water. She advised us that if anything was wrong with our room to let her know and she would fix it but the room was perfect. The breakfast lady Gailya kept the area super clean and filled. We booked our room through hotels.com. We had booked a room with two queen beds and a pull out couch, hotels.com had oversold the room and that room was no longer available. They ended up putting us in a room with one king and pull out couch. This made our stay somewhat uncomfortable. When I asked for extra pillows and blankets they only had blankets available. No pillows. The room and hotel were very clean and I was happy with that.
