Quite high in price for what it is. Check the small print as the restaurant is annoyingly only open in the evening 2 days of the week and the pool is only available to book slots first thing in the mornings or evening after 6.30. Breakfast is very minimal.

L'appartement était très agréable et l'ensemble du site très bien conçu (spa privatif). Le restaurant a une bonne carte de saison et l'ensemble du personnel très accueillant. Un plus pour les prises de recharge gratuites au parking !

Tres bon séjour, l hotel est magnifique, les chambres appartements sont grandes, tres propres. Seul bemol, la partie Spa, il faut reserver un creneau à l avance ( 30 minutes pour la pisicine et le sauna) et quand vous avez un créneau le matin le sauna n est jamais allumé à l avance ( je suis venue plusieurs fois) et comme il faut quasiment 30 minutes pour le chauffer...il faut reserver le créneau piscine et prevenir que vous voulez faire un sauna, bref un peu compliqué, dommage Point positif : possibilite de recharger gratuitement les véhicules électriques Tres bonne adresse pour rayonner en Normandie

Très belle piscine. Pensez à réserver votre créneau horaire ! Très bon petit déjeuner. Lieu très joli. Restaurant de très bonne qualité, au dernier étage du Manoir avec une belle terrasse.

Nice little hotel. We stayed for 4 nights as a family of 4 (2 adult and 2 teenagers). The room was basic but it was enough for what we needed. The hotel doesn't have a lot of facilities and no entertainment so bare that in mind. It's also in a very 'dead' town so not much to do if you get bored in the evenings. Tv was somewhat dated and only had French channels. Not smart so you can't cast from phone or play netflix, etc. The wi-fi was also very patchy. Biggest disappointment was that the swimming pool can only be used in 30min slots and you have to book a couple of days before. We managed one booking from 7 to 7:30 am. Also no gym which would have been great.

Très belle expérience au manoir de l'évêché. Nous avons eu toutes les informations pour accéder à notre hébergement en raison de notre arrivée tardive. Chambre très propre avec une belle vue sur le jardin. Le petit déjeuner était complet et le personnel accueillant avec le sourire. Dans la globalité notre séjour s'est très bien passé et si nous devions revenir à Lisieux, nous n'hésiterons pas à loger au manoir de l'évêché

Accueil parfait. La chambre etait très propre et conforme à la description et aux photos du site. Aucun bruit et bonne literie. Nous avons également diner au restaurant. Das Gebäude ist sehr schön mit hohen Decken und alten Dielen. Das Frühstück für 12€ war einfach, aber lecker. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Die Nutzung des Schwimmbades ist speziell. Man kann nicht einfach schwimmen gehen, sondern muss ein Timeslot von 30 Minuten buchen, wo man dann schwimmen kann. Spontanes Schwimmen ist nicht möglich. Die einzige freie Zeit bei unserer Ankunft war morgens vor 8 Uhr. Unser Zimmer war im 1. Stock. Direkt darüber befindet sich das Restaurant/Küche, welches am Samstag Abend bis ca. 22 Uhr geöffnet war und dementsprechend waren die Geräusche deutlich zu hören. Das Parken auf dem Hotelgelände war problemlos.

I liked the aesthetics, lounge area, Banksy silkscreens and the knotty pine floors. As for the shortcomings, poor television and media options,(no international news or film options), only a single chair if the sofa bed was being used, no toiletries, no coffe maker, no teabags. Staff were polite.

Une nuit exécrable du à un lit déclaré deux places mais qui au final etait l'assemblage de deux lits une place sans sur matelas donc très inconfortable. Très belle hôtel, un accueil un peu froid avec aucunes explications sur le contenue d'activité de ce même hôtel si ce n'est la réservation du créneau piscine.

Mauvaise description sur Hôtel.com de la chambre 21 : j’ai réservé une chambre avec un lit double et un lit simple, mais il s’agit en fait d’un 2 pièces avec une chambre avec lit double, et, dans le séjour/kitchenette, un grand fauteuil qui se transforme en lit horriblement inconfortable avec un sommier qui grince tellement que ma fille n’osait pas bouger durant la nuit de peur de me réveiller. Le matelas du lit double est en fait 2 matelas, creux au milieu et ils sont à changer. Pas de chaises, ni dans la chambre ni dans le séjour (un simple pouf), aucune décoration aux murs, triste et impersonnel. Et si vous souhaitez profiter du spa, c’est une tout petite demi-heure et pas de peignoirs ni de chaussons dans la chambre pour le confort. Vraiment déçue car par ailleurs l’établissement est magnifique, et le restaurant propose des plats délicieux avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix.

We were told after getting to the property that our booking was not registered in their system and blamed it on Expedia. Thankfully there was a room left which they gave to us but if that was not available, it would have been a terrible experience. I am not sure if the mistake lies with Expedia or with the hotel for not having registered the application.

When we arrived, m found our room, we were amazed at how large it was. Was. We were close to everything we wanted to do, and it was a great place to stay. At checkout we asked about getting a taxi, and we're told that taxis were nearly non-existent after covid. This is 2025. The guy running the front desk took us in his personal car down to the train station. It was great service

The room was nice (booked the loft) but the hotel management and staff left a lot to be desired for the price paid. DONT ORDER BREAKFAST at the hotel! its 10 euros for a piece of bread, a small croissant and a plain yoghurt, thats the lot!! You can walk 2 mins into town and get 10 times this amount for the same money. You pay up front for breakfast and I didnt have it on the second morning and they refused to refund 'as it was prepeared....' but really, theres wasnt a lot to prepare!! The restaurant was closed and they recommended a kebab shop in town... (which incidentally was closed too!!) Finally, they didnt have any umbrellas! For similar money I have stayed in much better equipped, served hotels. Wont be back there.

When we arrived, m found our room, we were amazed at how large it was. Was. We were close to everything we wanted to do, and it was a great place to stay. At checkout we asked about getting a taxi, and we're told that taxis were nearly non-existent after covid. This is 2025. The guy running the front desk took us in his personal car down to the train station. It was great service

This is an excellent property. Walking distance from the city center and all of the pilgrimage and tourist sites. We received excellent service. The restaurant on the hotel only serves lunch but it has a very cute bar and breakfast option as well. The spa and pool are kept at high standards (require appointments). Our room was very clean and appeared to be recently renovated. It was a modern take on a loft that was well done. Good use of space. Great value for the stay.

A well converted / preserved townhouse in Lisieux. The bonus for us was secure parking. Restaurant and bar closed on Monday (our visit) but the nearby Brit Hotel was a good alternative. Walk across a local manicured park or down a side street to the cathedral but I noticed all the tourist info. for Lisieux mentioned going elsewhere after seeing the cathedral. Relatively friendly town and a really nice quiet place to stay for the traveller.

Quite high in price for what it is. Check the small print as the restaurant is annoyingly only open in the evening 2 days of the week and the pool is only available to book slots first thing in the mornings or evening after 6.30. Breakfast is very minimal.

Accueil parfait. La chambre etait très propre et conforme à la description et aux photos du site. Aucun bruit et bonne literie. Nous avons également diner au restaurant. Nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine. Il esr dimmage que l'on ne oyisse pas y accéder sur une plus grande plage horaire que celle proposée.

The room was nice (booked the loft) but the hotel management and staff left a lot to be desired for the price paid. DONT ORDER BREAKFAST at the hotel! its 10 euros for a piece of bread, a small croissant and a plain yoghurt, thats the lot!! You can walk 2 mins into town and get 10 times this amount for the same money. You pay up front for breakfast and I didnt have it on the second morning and they refused to refund 'as it was prepeared....' but really, theres wasnt a lot to prepare!! The restaurant was closed and they recommended a kebab shop in town... (which incidentally was closed too!!) Finally, they didnt have any umbrellas! For similar money I have stayed in much better equipped, served hotels. Wont be back there.

It was a bit odd! There is a car park but it has closed security doors but this means there is no obvious access from main road on arrival without blocking the oncoming traffic and having to get out of the car to press the help button. I parked in the street as a result. Initially the receptionist wouldn’t make a booking in their own restaurant and asked us to phone the restaurant ourselves (an international number - the restaurant is in the building - that wasn’t answered). On returning to reception I was told the restaurant staff were probably out so, eventually the receptionist did booked it for 7pm. We arrived at restaurant 5min before our booking only to be told they weren’t open until 7 and had the door quickly closed on us. We waited in the corridor with 5 other people until 7.10. The saving grace is that the meal was really excellent. It would have been nice to be offered a place to sit while we waited and have a drink, rather than loiter in a dark corridor. The bar was closed after our meal at 9.30pm, so an early night :-( The bedroom was very clean and spacious with a nice kitchen, but the bathroom/shower was accessed from the kitchen, rather than bedroom, with the toilet next to kitchen.
