They refuse to refund me. This place is filthy with tatty carpet and beds my bed had a sheet of plywood under mattress as base has collapsed. Inspection of this property needs to be done asap. Located very central Blackpool. Good price. Alison was lovely in the morning made nice eggs and coffee. Parking is a bit challenging - outside 8am until 6pm maximum 90 minutes (paid parking), seven days a week. Double room had shared shower and shared toilet. Room had a sink. Given the excellent location, friendly staff and price would recommend

Really enjoyed staying at rest and welcome, the owners were a really nice couple who made us feel comfortable from the minute we walked in. We didn't eat breakfast as we don't eat until later in the day. The bar was comfortable and a good friendly atmosphere overall we would definitely return to this establishment as Johnny and Alison made us feel so welcome, and we the next time we go to blackpool we will.stay at there place

Ideal location close to the centre. Room and ensuite were excellent size. Clean throughout. Breakfast was varied and good quality. Owner was very helpful and was too much trouble for her. No parking available, but plenty of parking options available nearby.

John and Allison was lovely and John let me know about the light in the shower he was fixing, temp lighting but had another shower upstairs. Over all the stay was warm and humble unfortunately there was alot of shouting outside from passers-by so the area was not great but the guest house it's and it's staff was nice and the price for room was great value

The B&B was very run down and needs a lot of work. The carpets, and bedding, especially the duvet and cover were very worm and in my opinion only fit for the bin. The bed had winter sheets in the summer. The location, although very convenient for the station, was very rough, with a lot of boarded up properties close by. I don't understand how it got such good reviews, which to me were misleading. The continental breakfast was very good and the landlady was nice but there were too many " don't do" notices, which is not welcoming. I have ve stayed in much better places in Blackpool for the same amount of money.

The bed had winter sheets in the summer. The location, although very convenient for the station, was very rough, with a lot of boarded up properties close by. The welcome from the staff was fantastic and friendly. The bed was extremly comfortable. We stayed in room 9 quite small but showerroom a good size. It was nice and clean maybe a little tired in areas but for the price, service & location in Blackpool it really wasnt an issue. Breakfast is great, eggs, beans, or cheese on toast as hot options. Teas,coffes, juice available and a nice selection of cereals and items to help yourself to. Would we stay again? Absolutley

Stayed for Rebellion Festival for the second year running. We've rried loads of other hotels and B&Bs in Blackpool, and Rest and Welcome has become our favourite. Alison is wonderfully helpful and friendly, the rooms are a decent size, we had a great stay.

We had a great stay. Booked in for 6 nights over Rebellion Festival. The hotel is at most a ten minute walk from the Winter Gardens. I'm Incredibly forgetful, so I've already forgotten the landlady's name (sorry!) but she was absolutely lovely and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. I liked it so much that I booked it again for Rebellion 2025.

I don't understand how it got such good reviews, which to me were misleading. The continental breakfast was very good and the landlady was nice but there were too many " don't do" notices, which is not welcoming. I have ve stayed in much better places in Blackpool for the same amount of money.

We had a great stay. Booked in for 6 nights over Rebellion Festival. The hotel is at most a ten minute walk from the Winter Gardens. I'm Incredibly forgetful, so I've already forgotten the landlady's name (sorry!) but she was absolutely lovely and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. I liked it so much that I booked it again for Rebellion 2025.

Located very central Blackpool. Good price. Alison was lovely in the morning made nice eggs and coffee. Parking is a bit challenging - outside 8am until 6pm maximum 90 minutes (paid parking), seven days a week. Double room had shared shower and shared toilet. Room had a sink. Given the excellent location, friendly staff and price would recommend

Ideal location close to the centre. Room and ensuite were excellent size. Clean throughout. Breakfast was varied and good quality. Owner was very helpful and was too much trouble for her. No parking available, but plenty of parking options available nearby.

The welcome from the staff was fantastic and friendly. The bed was extremly comfortable. We stayed in room 9 quite small but showerroom a good size. It was nice and clean maybe a little tired in areas but for the price, service & location in Blackpool it really wasnt an issue. Breakfast is great, eggs, beans, or cheese on toast as hot options. Teas,coffes, juice available and a nice selection of cereals and items to help yourself to. Would we stay again? Absolutley

Very friendly & welcoming staff, great location and clean room. No internet on the second floor, but I did manage with my personal Data. No shampoo or shower gel, but again I did manage with my own stuff.

John and Allison was lovely and John let me know about the light in the shower he was fixing, temp lighting but had another shower upstairs. Over all the stay was warm and humble unfortunately there was alot of shouting outside from passers-by so the area was not great but the guest house it's and it's staff was nice and the price for room was great value
