It was quite cramped space for the price paid. The bathroom leaked water all over when taking a shower even though had cleaned the door tightly. The parking spot is very tight with brick walls and hard to park unless you are an expert.

First they did not have parking available as hotels.com said. They only have 22 parking spaces with height restrictions available for over 79 rooms. My bathroom had mould on the shower wall. You are expected to take your bedding towels and rubbish down to reception or can be charged for cleaning the room. I asked for extra pillows but were not given them. WiFi was rubbish not strong enough to video call. No parking outside either.

Property was in a great location, and it was clean. However on the downside: the property advertises parking for €14, it’s on the wall in the rooms, in the lift too. But when I asked for parking they advised they don’t do it. So why was it advertised?? The bed was also very uncomfortable. Incredibly low to the ground, and felt like sleeping on a plank of wood. The 6th floor stank of fish all night too. I likely would not return.

So, the room was great. However the younger blonde receptionist was rude. We arrived having booked (and with an email confirmation) that we had parking for the two days of our stay. She said well you can't have that parking now. When I asked why I was told they had 'lost a space' resently. I wasn't sent an email or given the opportunity to cancel and book elsewhere (and yes, I checked Junk email). When I complained I was told pointedly, that 'it wasn't her problem to deal with'. I asked to see a manager (both in French and in English so there was no language issue) but she refused that too saying it wasn't up to her to deal with parking (then it shouldn't be a service offered by the hotel as part of a booking!). We were able to use the parking for one night (the rude receptionist said till 11am, but another woman who was thankfully on the next day was apologetic that we hadn't had notification and let us stay till noon). We checked out of the hotel that day, despite paying for two nights so we could move somewhere else with parking (and yes, we paid for two rooms). We might have eventually found street parking in the wider area but we had a substantial amount of luggage and the idea was to have parking IN the hotel to avoid trailing around streets with it (we are both not young anymore). This was a bad and costly (!) experience for us. Parking was a key factor in our choice. When it was withdrawn a call was in order and the offer of a refund. Very poor.

Property will only clean your room for an extra fee. We asked something to be foxed in our bathroom twice and nothing was done. Only reason to stay here is for the reasonable price in the area and the convenient location. Don't expect much from the property.

Bastante cerca del centro, pero la limpieza no entra dentro del precio que me dieron si quieres que te limpien habitación o toallas diarias has de pagar. Por lo demás bastante bien tranquilo y sin ruidos y personal atento.

Das Zimmer war so schrecklich, das wir sogar ein anderes Hotel gebucht haben. Es hat nach Schimmer und Feuchtigkeit gestunken. Das Bett und die Bettwäsche hatte überall braune Flecken. Auch die Tagesdecke auf dem Bett war schmutzig. Als ich die Matratze hochgehoben habe, musste ich fast brechen. Riesen große Flecken wie Urin auf der Matratze. Im Badezimmer waren überall Haare auf dem Boden. Die Toilettenschüssel war lose und rutschte hin und her. Einfach schrecklich. Die Managerin vor Ort hat sich bemüht und sich alles auch selber angeschaut. War sehr freundlich und zuvorkommt. Keine Cent wert.

Overall the hotel location is very convenient, not too far from the Casino of Monte Carlo, about 10-15 minute walk; however it is hi up, so many steps to go down to where the action is, and of course, the same amount of steps to get back to the hotel. The room was relatively clean, but there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom that didn’t go away for the five days we stayed there. We notified the reception staff, but they were not able to help, at times even rude to us. We also couldn’t connect to the internet at the hotel, it said no internet connection the whole time, and again staff were not able to help.

I have already complained to Expedia about the bad room. Checked in and noticed the walls had numerous marks, dents, scratches it felt dirty, showers mouldy, silicone coming away from shower screen so was leaking, bed mattress is hard and twisted, skirting boards been chewed by something and strong smell of sewage in bathroom. Mould/ damp in other areas of the room.

Absolut top. Unser Zimmer wurde wohl frisch renoviert. Bei den schlechten Bewertungen handelt es sich wohl um alte Zimmer. Ruhig mal nach nem renovierten fragen. Garagenstellplatz 28 euro am Tag und Frühstück 16 euronen am Tag. Kinder die hälfte. Für Monaco akzeptabel. Nettes Personal.

Problème d’Internet, même un hôtel de luxe est capable de fournir du réseau et la c’est pratiquement impossible. Payer aussi cher pour pas avoir du internet du jamais vu.

Perfectly acceptable hotel with excellent breakfasts that you couldn't fault. Very friendly staff who went out of their way to be helpful, but...our ground floor room faced a wall and was always very, very dark despite the flawless sunny weather. In the end it became somewhere you didn't want to come back to because it was so oppressive. Some art on the walls would have helped break up the oppressiveness because empty white walls in a gloomy space in the end feels cell-like. So despite the friendliness, location and cleanliness, we can only give three stars. Have a thint what could be done to lift the room. Perhaps some lighting in the garden qnd something to break the room up a bit.

We enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. Very walkable to everything we wanted to see/do. Lots of eateries/cafes nearby and a large supermarket only 10 minute walk down the hill. The staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful. We requested a cab for a certain time the next day to depart and the friendly clerk came to our room the next morning to let us know it would arrive shortly. Breakfast was very good and filling with many choices. We had the kitchenette apartment, which was well stocked for all our needs and very roomy with a nice terrace to enjoy a drink.

Personale multilingue molto cordiale e disponibile, hanno prenotato in pochi minuti un ristorante per noi poiché molti locali erano chiusi. Stanza grande e silenziosa, pulizia ottima. Si trova vicino al casino con una passeggiata di 7 minuti a piedi. Abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio interno molto comodo. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Overall the hotel location is very convenient, not too far from the Casino of Monte Carlo, about 10-15 minute walk; however it is hi up, so many steps to go down to where the action is, and of course, the same amount of steps to get back to the hotel. The room was relatively clean, but there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom that didn’t go away for the five days we stayed there. We notified the reception staff, but they were not able to help, at times even rude to us. We also couldn’t connect to the internet at the hotel, it said no internet connection the whole time, and again staff were not able to help.

Après deux appels téléphoniques dans la journée, une empreinte de CB redonnée pour une arrivée tardive, nous nous sommes entendus dire à 23h qu'il n'y avait pas de réservation à notre nom. Un email m'ayant été envoyé à 20h pour me demander comment s'est passé l'enregistrement, j'ai compris que notre chambre avait été donnée à quelqu'un d'autre. Après moultes discussions avec le veilleur de nuit, nous avons finalement eu les clefs de l'appartement de secours. Lit supplémentaire non préparé. Bonne note, après négociations, les petits déjeuners nous ont été offerts pour les deux nuitées. Il est d'ailleurs de bonne qualité. La propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer. La literie est de bonne qualité. Hôtel bien situé.

So, the room was great. However the younger blonde receptionist was rude. We arrived having booked (and with an email confirmation) that we had parking for the two days of our stay. She said well you can't have that parking now. When I asked why I was told they had 'lost a space' resently. I wasn't sent an email or given the opportunity to cancel and book elsewhere (and yes, I checked Junk email). When I complained I was told pointedly, that 'it wasn't her problem to deal with'. I asked to see a manager (both in French and in English so there was no language issue) but she refused that too saying it wasn't up to her to deal with parking (then it shouldn't be a service offered by the hotel as part of a booking!). We were able to use the parking for one night (the rude receptionist said till 11am, but another woman who was thankfully on the next day was apologetic that we hadn't had notification and let us stay till noon). We checked out of the hotel that day, despite paying for two nights so we could move somewhere else with parking (and yes, we paid for two rooms). We might have eventually found street parking in the wider area but we had a substantial amount of luggage and the idea was to have parking IN the hotel to avoid trailing around streets with it (we are both not young anymore). This was a bad and costly (!) experience for us. Parking was a key factor in our choice. When it was withdrawn a call was in order and the offer of a refund. Very poor.

Nice apartment hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious for three people and the price was right. 25-30 minutes walking from Monaco city. It was an uphill walk, but with a beautiful view. The front desks staff were really helpful. We'll consider to stay there again if we come back to Monaco.

C'est grand, spacieux et propre. Par contre, ce n'est pas pratique pour se déplacer avec les balises, il fallait monter un long escalier. Le stationnement était loin et difficile à trouver. C'est beau Monaco mais étant donné que ce n'est pas grand, les rues s'entrecroissent.

A lovely quiet and very spacious room at the back of the premises. Very relaxing to stay in. Close to a supermarket and easy walking distance to the train station. Also easy location for getting around Monaco (providing you are fit, the stairs are a killer).

The room was large with a small kitchenette cooktop sink sishwasher fridge and lg bathroom with standup shower. I wasnt on the view side. The hotel is quite an uphill walk from the train station but very enjoyable. Nice continental breakfast. I enjoyed my stay there.

Amazing location located not too far behind the Monte Carlo, and for the same price as a hotel, you get a studio apartment. The breakfast was pretty good too and, while expensive, is likely a cheaper option for those eat a lot. The wifi was great at times and terrible at others, but I suspect that was somehow the fault of my devices since it worked perfectly at times.

Perfectly acceptable hotel with excellent breakfasts that you couldn't fault. Very friendly staff who went out of their way to be helpful, but...our ground floor room faced a wall and was always very, very dark despite the flawless sunny weather. In the end it became somewhere you didn't want to come back to because it was so oppressive. Some art on the walls would have helped break up the oppressiveness because empty white walls in a gloomy space in the end feels cell-like. So despite the friendliness, location and cleanliness, we can only give three stars. Have a thint what could be done to lift the room. Perhaps some lighting in the garden qnd something to break the room up a bit.

Mold in the bathroom. The smell of mold in the whole hotell is attempted to be covered with some air refreshener. Had to leave a day early because of the mold. Talked about the issue in the lobby, they just told us to send an email instead.

Our room was pretty dated with rust on the fridge ,shower and the bed frames were ripped . The beds were noisy and we were severely disappointed with the roof top terrace which claims to overlook the sea /Monaco . The beds were dirty and messy so we didn't get use of these. The breakfast was basic and because of the heat ,flies everywhere ,these foods should be covered . The location was good for the casino and the beach .

Very nice room and with a nice bed. It was in perfect walking distance to everything and 25mins of walking distance to port Hercules in Monaco. Options in the breakfast could be optimized a bit in my opinion but all in all ok. Room was nicely tempered with AC and a good escape from the reviera temperatures. I would make a booking a second time with no doubts.
