Lugtgener fra restauranten, pga. madlavning uden udsugning, var et problem, da lugten satte sig kraftigt i tøjet. Ophold på 14. sal - to personer i en mindre lejlighed. Vi fravalgte morgenmad og nød i stedet Tangers gode spisesteder. Rengøringen var desværre mangelfuld: fugerne i badeværelset var beskidte, og selv efter feedback blev problemet kun delvist løst. Derudover oplevede vi forsinkelser i rengøringen, og personalet manglede erfaring, bl.a. fjernede de ting uden at spørge. Generelle fordele • Moderne, velholdt hotel med nyt interiør. • Vaskemaskine på værelset – praktisk for længere ophold. • Beliggenhed tæt på togstationen og nem adgang til taxaer. • Gratis parkering – en fordel, da vi havde bil under en del af opholdet. Generelle ulemper • Køkkenudstyret er begrænset til præcis det antal personer, der er booket til. • Basisudstyr som tørrestativ og klude skal bestilles separat og leveres langsomt. • Ensformig morgenmad uden variation. • Lugtgener fra restauranten pga. manglende udsugning. Samlet vurdering Hotellet er generelt et godt valg med mange praktiske faciliteter og en bekvem beliggenhed. Dog er der plads til forbedringer i rengøringsstandarden, morgenmadens variation og responstiden på anmodninger om normalt udstyr.

This is my second time at this hotel, and I must admit it's one of the best accommodation options in Tangier for its quality of service, cleanliness, and location. Not to mention the free parking. Very attentive and professional staff. They always greeted us with a smile and were attentive to our needs. We will definitely return again. I recommend it.

Et fint hotell. Midt i sentrum av Tanger med alt du trenger i nærheten. De har også gratis parkering i kjelleren. Hotell personalet hadde okey høflighet og var service minded, men det kunne vært bedre. Rensligheten er bra og du får en hel leilighet for deg selv med vaskemaskin osv. kjøleskapet ble ikke ordentlig kaldt og dusjen var tett når vi kom, så vi fikk oversvømmelse på badet. De sendte en ansatt for å fikse dette med engang og det var ingen problemer etter dette.

El personal es completamente indiferente a las necesidades de los clientes. No había toallas en la habitación (¡Ni una sóla de cualquier tamaño!) y tomó una eternidad para que las proporcionaran. No hay restaurante ni bar en el hotel. Pedimos indicaciones para llegar a un bar muy cercano y se nos dieron de manera errónea. El lugar es nuevo, pero el personal no está a la altura.

Chambre ok. Attention climatisation avec réglage limité. il manquait des serviettes de bain dans la chambre et jai du appeler par 2 fois et atteindre pres de 25 minutes pour les recevoir. Le nettoyage de la chambre n'a pas été fait tous les jours.

The location of the property was not the ideal, but it was OK. Staff was friendly, and the place was clean.

The apartment was spotlessly clean. There was daily housekeeping. We used the washer in the apartment and they provided a rack for drying. It had all amenities we needed. Staff provided excellent and professional service, especially Mohamed and Rashid at the front desk. Pestana is conveniently located within a two minute walk from the main train station. We highly recommend this property. Our top choice in Tangier is Pestana, when we return to the city again!!

Super Lage super Hotel alles sauber. Man musste nur leider ständig nach neuen Handtücher fragen weil diese nie großzügig verteilt wurden.

Our stay was good and the location is very central next to the train. Handy to have a washing machine in the room. However the cleaning staff mysteriously took away our towels and all of the toilet paper which we had to ask for. The kitchen could also have been better stocked - no soap or sponge for dishes in the room.

We loved this place! It was so clean and modern and very reasonable price. Rooms had washing machine, full functional kitchen and living room with a nice size bedroom and bathroom. The staff was super nice and accommodating. Best part is that it’s located right near the train and the beach and a ton of walkable restaurants and cafes.

The location was very good, as we needed to go to the train station the very next morning Every one was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. I only wish the bed wasn’t quite so firm and the comforter so heavy. It made the bed too hot with the limited amount of air conditioning available to us. There were some good restaurants nearby

The property is a few minutes walk from the train station, very convenient. The suite is spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and accomodating. Highly recommend it. Would stay here again if returning.

This was my first stay in Tangiers, & I chose this hotel because it was close to the train on which I arrived into the city. The hotel is beautiful; very modern & I had a lovely suite. The staff were very helpful & the breakfast was good! Thank you!

This is an excellent place to stay. The suites are very clean, comfortable and has a nice kitchenette as well as a washing machine. (No dryer tho.) It is also near a small mall and a short walk from the ocean. I'd be more than happy to stay here again if I am back in Tangier.

It was wonderful. All the staff were very helpful especially Hamza Boui. After a stressful taxi ride and being cheated by the taxi driver and some man who overwhelmed us as we exited the ferry, He made us feel welcome and relaxed. Thank you Hamza! The other front desk personnel were also very good. They answered any questions we had. Breakfast was very good also. We took a tour and they picked us at the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. Our room had a kitchen and living area which we did not expect. Very modern and clean. I would stay here again.

it is right next to the train station; the desk staff was not very helpful in guiding to local attractions. In fact, they were very helpful in changing our stay dates. the breakfast was very good. beautiful modern property

We stayed for nights during Ramadan. Location was excellent, near the train station, mall, bus depot and waterfront. We even had a hop on hop off stop right next to the hotel.

We have stayed for 2 nights, it’s a bit far to medina but just next to train station, and about 20 mins walk to restaurants. It’s quite convenience and definitely will book the same group hotel next time.

Good overall. Area though doesn’t feel safe and is noisy. Bed can be better

Proche de la gare ferroviaire et d’un centre commercial mais l’accès à l’hôtel est face à un terrain vague et une usine désaffectée. Il y a aussi plusieurs arrêt de bus en avant avec un achalandage de personnes qui attendent. Le tout est bien bruyant. L’insonorisation est très mauvaise. Nous avons peu dormi à cause du bébé de la chambre avoisinante qui pleurait une partie de la nuit. Les chambres sont modernes mais le ménage laisse à désirer. Sol sal et poussiéreux. Très cher pour ce que c’est. Je n’y retournerai pas!

The only negative comment my husband and I have is the constant barking of dogs each night until early morning coming from a empty city lot next door to this hotel. The barking can even be heard from the 11th floor with the windows completely shut!

Apart hotel ao lado da estação de trem, com geladeira, fogão, máquina de lavar roupa, bem espaçoso… cama e travesseiros confortáveis… banheiro bom, mas o chuveiro é um pouco fraco… atendimento em inglês… ótimo café da manhã…

Excellent staff which made my stay very pleasant. The check-in process was seamless and loved the double room, very spacious and clean modern decor. Daily breakfast was varied and plenty to choose from. Hotel Staff were all welcoming and the hotel staff working in the breakfast area were excellent. Will definitely stay again when visiting Tangiers
