Cheap and cheerful! Quiet location in an industrial area. Clean towels and bed linens but the floor was dirty in the corners, edges. We found some old peanuts which was lucky as we had a puppy with us. Free, secure car parking. En route between Calais and South West, so no big diversion. Perfect one night stop over.

Accueil très sympahtique et souriant, proposition d'une table dans le restaurant juste à côté avec formule buffets a volontés pour un coût correct et remisé. Pb elect dans la nuit, mais vite rétabli avec la gentillesse de l'hôtesse en plein sommeil :-) Merci et navré du dérangement.

Dès l'arrivée 19h45 reception fermée obligé de faire appel à un numéro d'urgence, ont vous obliges à prendre les petits dej sous prétexte d'une réservation internet, le lendemain vers 19h00 obligé d'aller à la réception pour demander du papier toilette (réapro pas faite) celle-ci encore fermée d'autre clients attendent l'arrivée du réceptionniste qui a son arrivée expliqué qu'il s'ennuyait et est donc parti aider ces collègues de l'hôtel d'à côté, et de plus à dû mal à côté pour rendre la monnaie et explique que c'est parce que cela fait pas longtemps qu'il travaille dans l'établissement (dommage qu'à son âge il est attendu d'être réceptionniste dans un hôtel pour apprendre à compter. Et quand même un merci merci à la personne qui c'est occupé des petit déj (Emmanuelle) pour sa serviabilité et son professionnalisme.

Quand jai soulevé le savon neuf qui était dans son emballage, il y avait en dessous un vieux morceau de savon collé avec un poil.Le lavabo était a moitié bouché. De nombreusess,traces de brulures de cigarettes sur la tablette plastique de la douche.Que 2 croissants brûlés fans le panier au petit dejeuner et que des croutons de pain et manque de beaucoup de chosrs au petit dejeuner qui était misérable.

Better than we expected, just needed this hotel to sleep for a few hours while on the road. There was a fridge and microwave which was perfect for us as we had milk for our 1 year old. Bed was big and comfortable. Clean sheets, towels and soap in the bathroom. Self check-in was fine even at midnight. We had low expectations due to the price, but were pleasantly surprised in the end - this is just a roadside hotel, so it's not luxury but we had a good night's sleep!

Cet hotel est extrêmement sale! La reception pue la transpiration melange au tabac froid, dans notre chambre il y avait des poils, des cheveux dans le lavabo, les wc n'avaient pas ete fait et sous le lit.... Une horreur! Les matelas sont très inconfortables, pour le petit dejeuner des croissants brulés, pas de café mais du jus de chaussettes et... C'est tout! Je ne m'attends pas à du haut standing, mais un minimum de propreté serait la bienvenue. Nous ne reviendrons certainement pas!

Pour un séjour dans un hotel première classe nous avons été agréablement surpris du mobilier et de l’électroménager mis à notre disposition. Cet hotel merite 1 étoile pour l’effort et l’atmosphère agréable que le parquet et le lit donne au séjour. Pareil pour la qualité du petit déjeuner et pour son prix. Nous recommandons et reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet hôtel si occasion se présente. Merci qu personnel aussi qui a été très agréable.

I booked a 3 person's room but received a double bedroom with signs of a 3rd bed being there but wasn't physically. The receptionist gave me another room without hesitation. However, the hotel and the bedrooms can benefit more with a refurbishment. The shower is so small that you can't turn. The shower curtain is not good for purpose, too small and short. The water is splashing everywhere. The shower cap was hanging on the floor. The aircon was not cooling the room properly. It was just blowing fresh air. The shower gel container was not fitted in the dispenser. I would not say this is a Family hotel.

Bonjour, nous n'avons pas pu accéder à l'hôtel car la réception fermait à 21h et mon mari était bloqué a la patinoire. Aucune réponse au mail, aucun remboursement, obligé de trouver un autre hôtel joignable 24h/24h. Très déçu et malgré nos nombreux déplacements nous ne passerons plus par cette plateforme

Scroll down the confirmation email and note that check in closes at 9pm. There's no way to get in, no one even answers the phone. Sadly our journey was delayed by an hour and the last thing on my mind was "I wonder if I'll be able to get in to the hotel at 9.30pm". So we fortunately found another hotel nearby. No experience of this hotel apart from poor communication and no telephone support.

What’s to say? Premiere Classe are are all old and a little worn. Priced accordingly and perfectly acceptable for the budget conscious. Staff helpful and friendly. Shower was great, beds a little hard for our liking.

We had low expectations due to the price, but were pleasantly surprised in the end - this is just a roadside hotel, so it's not luxury but we had a good night's sleep!
Better than we expected, just needed this hotel to sleep for a few hours while on the road. There was a fridge and microwave which was perfect for us as we had milk for our 1 year old. Bed was big and comfortable. Clean sheets, towels and soap in the bathroom. Self check-in was fine even at midnight. We had low expectations due to the price, but were pleasantly surprised in the end - this is just a roadside hotel, so it's not luxury but we had a good night's sleep!

Cheap and cheerful! Quiet location in an industrial area. Clean towels and bed linens but the floor was dirty in the corners, edges. We found some old peanuts which was lucky as we had a puppy with us. Free, secure car parking. En route between Calais and South West, so no big diversion. Perfect one night stop over.

Pour un séjour dans un hotel première classe nous avons été agréablement surpris du mobilier et de l’électroménager mis à notre disposition. Cet hotel merite 1 étoile pour l’effort et l’atmosphère agréable que le parquet et le lit donne au séjour. Pareil pour la qualité du petit déjeuner et pour son prix. Quand jai soulevé le savon neuf qui était dans son emballage, il y avait en dessous un vieux morceau de savon collé avec un poil.Le lavabo était a moitié bouché. De nombreusess,traces de brulures de cigarettes sur la tablette plastique de la douche.Que 2 croissants brûlés fans le panier au petit dejeuner et que des croutons de pain et manque de beaucoup de chosrs au petit dejeuner qui était misérable.

Cet hotel est extrêmement sale! La reception pue la transpiration melange au tabac froid, dans notre chambre il y avait des poils, des cheveux dans le lavabo, les wc n'avaient pas ete fait et sous le lit.... Une horreur! Les matelas sont très inconfortables, pour le petit dejeuner des croissants brulés, pas de café mais du jus de chaussettes et... C'est tout! Je ne m'attends pas à du haut standing, mais un minimum de propreté serait la bienvenue. Nous ne reviendrons certainement pas!

Accueil très sympahtique et souriant, proposition d'une table dans le restaurant juste à côté avec formule buffets a volontés pour un coût correct et remisé. Pb elect dans la nuit, mais vite rétabli avec la gentillesse de l'hôtesse en plein sommeil :-) Merci et navré du dérangement.

Parking was easy. The hotel is old and not well maintained. Staff was very nice and personable. The room prices are very low. So if you just need an inexpensive place to sleep it is very good, There are several reasonable restaurants very nearby. They do have a “buffet” breakfast. But it was just baguettes, croissants, bread for toasting. Yogurt and cornflakes with milk. But at least there were fresh.

Sadly our journey was delayed by an hour and the last thing on my mind was "I wonder if I'll be able to get in to the hotel at 9.30pm". So we fortunately found another hotel nearby. No experience of this hotel apart from poor communication and no telephone support.
