Mixed review. Resort is nice. Rooms are big and clean. Had no hot water. TV didn’t work and couldn’t lock the door. Reported to front desk but nothing was done about it. 3 days no hot water is not really good enough.

Just an amazing quiet hotel a little away from the sizzling noise of the city. Food and service was excellent and maybe some of the best cocktails we had in all the Philippines. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable and because of the layout of the hotel all rooms are very close to the pool. All the amenities needed are available, so you just must concentrate on enjoying your stay. The staff of the hotel are all very friendly and helpful and compared to other Philippine hotels, they all gave a little extra to make us feel at welcome and appreciated. In total then this hotel is just worth every penny.

Too quiet , not ideal place for young people. Facility is clean , very accommodating staff / friendly but the only drawback- road to the resort too rough , even tricycles a bit hesitant to drive you there. The place a bit far from places to eat & Alona beach too !

This place is an absolute oasis in Panglao. It is secluded, peaceful, beautiful and welcoming. We really had a nice stay at the end of our Bohol trip, and are glad we were here. There are two important things to address though: I was really figuring that all of the other comments about the rocky driveway were an exaggeration - they are not. (Note to facility managers - add a surcharge to each stay for road improvements. That needs to be an absolute priority. Your guests will thank you). Next is the “spa” - this is a misnomer. The spa is a glorified locker room. Stop marketing a spa, and change to in-room spa services! The masseuses were terrific, but if we had used the appointed facility, it would have been a debacle. The staff here are wonderful - they are polite, helpful, kind, and gracious. With subtle tweaks, this place can move forward and thrive.
