Rm 207 AC thermostat is broken, pool deck trash needs cleaning. Beds uncomfortable need to provide real blankets not combo comforter and topper. Coffee in lobby too strong limited choices. Staff couldn't find anything. Not the best.

The nice young lady at the front desk named Grace was absolutely wonderful. She welcomed you in like family and that's the way to start. Plus I told her we usually stay at a different place but this time we had a bad experience where our daughter was scared so we came here to check in for the night. She gave our daughter a few snacks and drinks complimentary to help calm her down. Absolutely beautiful place to stay very nice rooms comfortable beds and staff makes you feel at home. Thanks a lot again to Grace you were truly amazing.

The bathroom door doesn’t close. It was very clean and the breakfast was fair.
