Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location. Great service from Elders. Kitchen needs things to be thrown out and replaced that are dirty and unusable. Barbecue dirty and unusable. Electrical switches in some rooms faulty. Deck blocked off ..unusable. no wifi. But it is cheap and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location and house. Was disappointed as booked to house to hang out on the balcony but it is unsafe to go out onto. Looks like has been like that for a while. Need to let people know before as we probably would not have booked it.

House was not presented as in photos very run down ants everywhere, balcony unstable and overpriced location was fantastic that’s about it.

This property is in close proximity to Killick Beach. The garden is lovely and the updated kitchen is good. While we are grateful there was a property in our price range, holiday makers should know the bunk bed room is not private and doesn't have a sealed wall, ceiling fan or its own door. The mattress in the "main" bedroom is the least comfortable of the three double bedrooms.
