Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely week at herb's. The property is nice and secluded with a beautiful backyard. We had some issues with the plumbing (toilet), that were resolved promptly but there may be room for a bathroom upgrade soon. That being said, we will definitely be back.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Original beach shack, in a great location. Small 2 bedroom shack. Very basic amenities, it does need air conditioning especially in the summer months. The back yard is pretty much unusable as very over grown with greenery,
