We stayed 1 night at this brand new hotel and it was the perfect place to spend our last night before flying home. It has a beautiful lobby that opens to an outdoor patio and a nice pool overlooking a bay. Our room was clean, comfortable with mini fridge and microwave. As had some accessibility requirements, the hotel management was quick to accommodate us given our circumstances and we were so appreciative. It's very close to the airport and across the street is one of the best food truck parks -- try Like Poke's poke bake and boba tea from Street Market Boba. Note: overnight parking is $15/night, not free like the typical Hampton Inns. Buffet breakfast was like any other Hampton Inn. If you're looking for a comfortable, affordable place with a luxe beach vibe, this is the right place for you.

The waffle maker was amazing but the line was insane. Maybe can have the waffle line separate from the main line of everything else. Loved the fact that there was coffee and hot cocoa available 24hrs.

The hotel setting was in area that was convenient to the airport. Being located next to the ocean in a nice setting was a plus. The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment considering except for the waffle maker, and dry cereal options, it was premade eggs, potatoes and sausages. I was also unaware that there was a resort fee and until I checked out that was not included in the original price quoted by Expedia . There is also a $15 per night parking fee. Overall it was a very clean facility with a friendly staff.

The property was new at two months old. The palm trees are nice to view. The design had me thinking Hawaii. The staff was great. The room was comfortable. I don't know why customers pay for parking, snd a resort fee. This property isn’t a resort as all other Hampton Inns provide pool towels for no charge. This property is not a resort comparing it to resorts we have stayed in. And having to pay for parkingl when this property is not located in a bigger city that may use a third party parking structure.

Free breakfast. Nice pool. Clean and new. Plenty of parking $15/day.. Has a gym. Overall its a nice place. My wife didn't like the barn for design for the restroom, not very private. And I really didn't like the extra $25/day amenities charge was unexpected.

Property is absolutely beautiful, super clean and nice alway smell clean, food & drinks was really good a little pricey, property right on a beautiful walkable clean beach, had to drive to shop. Staff was nice. We did ask for face & body towels, hand soap & body wash but received hand towels, hand soap and conditioner. All of the bathroom supplies needed to be refilled.

The hotel is rather new, and is beautiful upon arrival. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable which helps when you are unfamiliar with the area. Rooms are very clean. Grounds are well taken care of. Pleasant stay!

The room was great! Love the toiletries! It was my first time there. It was a last minute decision so I didn't really research everything. Upon my check in, the front desk had one person. He was very busy and i had to wait to get his attention. He didn't welcome me or make me feel welcomed. I would've appreciated him telling me what was offered such as breakfast etc. But I understand he was very busy. During my stay the front desk had someone that was very nice and helpful. Checkout was fast and easy. The doors were sticky but I figured it out after the nice lady from the front desk explained it to me. The noise of the other rooms doors slamming is quite loud but it seemed everyone went to sleep at the same time. I would definitely stay there again. I really liked the room!

We liked the quiet in the room. The workers were helpful and very pleasant to us. We enjoyed the morning breakfast with options that were similar to what we usually eat at home. I enjoyed the availability of the coffee next to the check in desk. The only thing that bothered us a little was the height of the bed. At our age and height, the bed was a little high to get in comfortably. We look forward to book this hotel the next time we go to Maui.

The room was in brand new condition-very comfortable bed and bedding; we were welcomed by a special note, waters, fruit and chocolates. Our ocean view room also included the pool area. Breakfast was included which was hosted by the most friendly chef! The Hampton is located very near the airport-would highly recommend!

Female Security Officers were awesome. Kept us updated while tsunami warning was in effect. Best bathrooms I’ve ever had at a hotel stay!! Big, roomy, lots of counter space & a ledge to put smaller stuff on. A nook to keep curling iron & hair dryer off the counter. Free breakfast was very good and they kept it stocked up.

The property was very beautiful and had a great view of the ocean. We were surprised, however, about the buildings on either side of the hotel. They projected a less than resort feel. Perhaps some sort of privacy screen would improve the situation.

Close proximity to the airport, store and gas station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a typical Hampton Inn, good enough to last till lunchtime. We were here during the Tsunami scare, and we didn’t get an email from the hotel where to go as the hotel was close. During this time I called the hotel and no one answered nor and automation for directions or forward to the main Hilton customer service, this was very annerving, as we were just confused. Other than this stay was pleasant.

It was a great price and a nice Hotel. The hotel staff was a combination of really great and some unfriendly and irritated. Communications between night and morning shift was an issue and was disappointed to have the front desk deny my a late check out but the cleaning crew allowed me to stay and said the rooms on that floor was open. Not much choices for Hotels and it is one of the nicest but would definitely take better deals or Air BnB.

Our stay was wonderful from the start, thanks to Lynette at the front desk, so pleasant and welcoming. Everyone we met was kind and accommodating, especially Napuaokalani, who graciously allowed us a one-hour late checkout despite a full afternoon ahead. Housekeeping staff were friendly and thoughtful, always checking in with warm smiles. Though we didn’t get to explore the beach access, we enjoyed a relaxing evening swim in the pool. The included breakfast and coffee made things even better, no stress about where to eat or find a good cup of coffee. Overall, a great experience with genuine hospitality and everything we needed!

The Hampton Inn at Maui was the worst hotel I stayed in all Hawaii. Apart being a very basic hotel, charging a resort fee for almost nothing, with a less than poor breakfast, 300 dollars simply “disappeared” from my safe box in my room! The manager don’t even contacted me about!! Finally, at a more than confusing checkout, they said made 12 (twelve!!) charge entries on my credit card until finally reaching the right number (which was much more than what was said when I checked in!). Terrible service and experience!

Best hotel at which my family and I have stayed while in Maui. It was conveniently located near family in Kahului and near places we frequently visit to eat. We loved the free breakfast and coffee/tea/hot cocoa station in the lobby. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made my kids and I feel at home away from home. We'll definitely stay here again.
