We went to Legoland for two days and it was so nice to go back to the Hotel to relax very comfortable, breakfast was a great way to start our day, my granddaughter loved the spa and pool!

The front desk staff were so nice. There was a group of sports kids there who were loud and banging on the walls, screaming, wrestling, etc while we stayed. Each time I called down to the desk, the noise stopped. She even sent security there. The hot tub wasn’t working at the time which was a bummer, but it was clean and well maintained otherwise

This was very close to Legoland. The hotel was very clean. Arthur was exceptional. Breakfast was very good. Room was very clean and spacious. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors on both sides. Pool was warm and nice hot tub. Nice miniature golf. Great outdoor seating and grills. 10/10!

Room was filthy. Giant stain on the carpet near the bed, gave us a towel that was filthy with a big hole in it. The couch/pull out had mold and stains on the bottom. This was BY FAR the dirtiest Hilton I have ever stayed in. Would not recommend and I play on filing for a partial refund from my cc company.

The sheets were dirty. Unfortunately, we didn't notice until the next morning since we arrived late and went straight to bed. There was a fairly large amount of loose dirt on the sheets at the foot of the bed.

It was very close to LEGOLAND. We stayed for one night on a Saturday before staying in LEGOLAND Castle Hotel which was fully booked on that day. We were very impressed on how clean it was everywhere and I mean everywhere- the room, the hallways, elevator, reception area. They also have coffee and hot water in the lobby. I don’t how how old is the hotel but it looked, smell and feel new to us. They also have very good breakfast. We did not use the pool or the bbq grill but next time that we stay in this very nice hotel, we will give it a try. Also the room has a mini kitchen and a full size refrigerator. Will definitely be back. 10/10!

I have been traveling a lot recently and this hotel was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. I checked every corner in the bathroom and bedroom and I was so surprised not one weird stain or anything. I was completely comfortable. I would stay here again. And you should stay here too.

We travel quite a bit. This is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in for a while. Very clean, staff are super friendly and efficient. The room was very comfortable. We loved the amenities. And the prices was very reasonable.

Very clean, quite, great free parking, adequate free breakfast. Nice surroundings. Some of the "suites " had no separate door just a curtain separating the living area with a pullout couch. Be aware. But I read that before hand and expected it.

The stay was fine overall. Bed is comfy. Room is clean. There is no everyday housekeeping; however, you can ask for toilet refresh, change towels and trash pick. Even you can ask for housekeeping but definitely not next day after check in. The really disappointing and terrible thing is that the ceiling is not soundproof and perhaps not a hard surface by which footsteps were so annoying and noisy at all times especially if there are kids in the room above and waking up at 6am in the morning. This is really bad and not sure how they can solve it but it shows how bad the engineering was when they constructed this hotel. No safe box!!!! Aside, the area was so convenient and close to highway and just 5 min from legoland and even from carlsbad premium outlet.

Staff was friendly and helpful at check in. Needed some additional items which were sent to my room promptly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast included but best to go early, got busy on the weekends. Staff was accommodating and refilled all food until end of posted breakfast time which is nice. Great parking and easy access to downtown Carlsbad and Legoland. Can't wait to stay again.

I reserved Sun., 4.6.2025, two-separate king sized bed rooms w/adjoining door. Paid confirmed. On Fri., 04.04.25, I called again to re-confirm my special requests. I was assured all my msgs., requests would be in place. Having a Hilton Honors Membership, upon my arrival the clerk stated “all of my requests made far in advance were honored.” They issued us Rooms 250 and 252. Standing there in person I asked if she could please double-check rooms side by side or even next to each other. She replied, “Great! Here are your two rooms, same floor, same row with door to each other’s entrance. Obviously, by the room numbers very separate. Next, had to request 3 times: in person and two calls to guest services for towels. This same clerk confirmed the pool temperature was heated warm…no it was freezing. Lastly, and to think I felt compelled to leave her a $20 dollar tip for service.

Requested towels and trash to be taken out 2 days in a row and told would be taken care of and never was. Needed extra blankets and was told the hotel ran out. The breakfast was out of bowls 2 days and had to use coffee cups as bowls. Was extremely noise. Would not stay here again.

On Saturday Sept 28, at about 9pm, I called the hotel to say we would be late for check-in, and they told us that the room we reserved was not available. They had no more two queen bed rooms we had reserved, so they had prepared one king for us. We told them this was unacceptable because we had 5 people in our party. They told me they were fully booked and the single king bed was the only room available. We asked if they could change the reservation to another hotel, but they said they couldn't do anything because it was a third-party reservation. There were five people in our party and we had already booked and paid for two queens and a sofa bed. We asked to talk to the manager, and they called him, but he wouldn’t answer the phone. The woman at the front desk just said "there's nothing I can do." I tried to contact hotels.com, but couldn't get through to them at all. The front desk person said all they could do was give us bedding to make a bed on the floor. By now the kids were tired, so we were given an extra blanket and one adult had to sleep on the floor. It was the worst experience ever.

We stayed here to visit legoland for 2 days. Great location and you can walk if the shuttle isn’t available or busy, as it is about 20 minutes to get to the staff parking lot, then another 5 to the gate. Clean, great pool for kids and a very good breakfast!

1) Breakfast was a disaster. Overcrowded, ran out of food, and long lines that people were cutting. Completely unorganized. No fresh fruit at all 2) My toilet didn’t flush properly. Absolutely no pressure and took forever to shut off 3). My room key did not work at 6:30 A.M. and there was no maintenance man on site until 8:00 A.M., nor was a manager or general manager available. Ridiculous for a hotel of this size. I almost missed my flight and was charged for the extra time on my rental car.

This place was clean and well decorated. The breakfast wasn’t the best. They had prepackaged items and it was packed down stairs. People had to wait in long lines and the food wasn’t good. The staff was nice and the keyless access was awesome.

My stay here was very pleasant. I really liked that it was very clean, parking was easy and had great amenities. The staff were very kind and helpful. And the complimentary breakfast was fantastic with tons of options to pick from. Overall a great stay and would definitely come back and recommend anyone to stay here.

We had a pipe break in our house and needed to go to an extended stay hotel for a couple days. We only stayed one night as we were able to go back home the next day. The hotel was spotless, and they continually cleaned the common areas. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the breakfast they served every morning was terrible. I know it’s hard to get better items. Serve because of food cost, but I couldn’t eat there. That aside the property was very nice, very clean, a good value and close to our home.

The rooms were nice. The front desk was excellent. The breakfast while appreciated was all over the place. Placement of dishes and silverware made flow difficult. Unless you were seated right by the food counter, it was almost impossible to get the sandwiches or omelettes that were being served. Drinks (like OJ) were unavailable about halfway through the service and did not get a refill.

We enjoyed how close the hotel was to Legoland. The breakfast buffet was very nice and it changed slightly each day. My kids loved the waffles. Looking forward to staying again in the future.
