I think the staff especially at the reception counter need a bit of training. The least favourite part of the experience is dealing with the reception counter. No greetings, no smile and feel like dealing with robot. Just a bit of human touch will make a very big impact.

A good and nice 5* hotel. Only negative thing to mention, is that there are so many people at breakfast. This means you have too que-up and wait for a table, in some periode for up to 10-15 minutes. The amount of people, also result in a noisy atmosphere at breakfast, where that waiters and cooks have difficulty following with the demand.
