Convenient location. Unfortunately we were mislead regarding availability of car parking, only available with a higher level of accommodation, but no up grade available without cancelling booking with no refund. Arranged offsite car park in which was inconvenient. Read the fine print😃

My second stay, way better than first time. Fantastic view, apartment for two was everything I'd hoped for. Privacy big tick. Amenities fab, On rooftop best viewing possible for whole City, river living. But drop pools terrible. My only complaint is that.

Finding this property at night was hard, working out where 2 park whilst trying 2 check in even harder. Loading bay permanently full. Busy area. After hours check in bit of a process but not hard. Room not as nice or as big as online pics. Blinds swing and make noise wen air con or ceiling fan on, annoying wen trying 2 sleep. Lack of clean up items no broom, mop or dust broom to take care of spillage etc. 3 towers in total, cannot easily acces main foyer in tower 1 if not a guest there unless walk around outside on the street, especially after hours. Rooftop plunge pool out of service completely.

We really enjoyed our stay! Our only complaint is the clogged sink in the bathroom. The roof top views were amazing. We ended up having a bbq :)

Very nice apartments with amazing city views and all the amenities you could need! I would ask in advance about the parking if you have a car. It was confusing to find at first, but was easy to use once we figured it out

Significantly overpriced for what you recieve. -Upgraded my room to get parking to find out on checkin that I still need to pay for parking because I booked through a third party. So wasted more money. - Finding checkin was a nightmare and poorly signposted. -Once inside the building, it's still confusing to navigate. -They make you take your rubbish with you or you get fined - That's lazy cleaning. Rooms feel dirty and need a good paint. -Cupboards weren't cleaned and king bed is a lie. -The beds and pillows are terrible quality and 2 singles jammed together that you fall into the cracks of - That's not a king bed. - View's arent anything great. You're looking at industrial factories - pool is smaller than photos make you believe. - intercom call at 6:54am for some strange reason. Person said hi and nothing else. Woke me up unnecessarily on a day I wanted to sleep in. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately the apartment was not clean at all, I needed to go and purchase cleaning products. The dishwasher was disgusting the smell when you opened it was so bad. I’ve been to many places and have never experienced this before. They really need to monitor there cleaners more.

The room was tidy but not cleaned. There were coffee mug stains on the side tables, rubbish under the bed and dirty cups in the cupboard. Our power tripped; turning the fridge off. Luckily we noticed and were able to turn it back on before our food spoilt. I called the apartments 1 month before I stayed to discuss access for my disabled mother. I was very disappointed when I could not access the lift for our building from the car park without using stairs; and their suggestion was to make my disabled mother walk out of the garage to the building's entrance in the rain. She also could not enjoy the pool with us; as access from tower 3 to the pool was under construction and there were no other stair free ways to take her to access this area.

Living room rug covered in black hair. Ceiling of the microwave filthy. Plates, cutlery and glasses poorly cleaned. Drain cover in shower completely unattached and a slip hazard. Sink overflow cover barely attached and knocked off every time you wash your hands. The king bed was two small beds pushed together. Just immaculately clean everywhere. Rooms, pool and bbq areas. Lovely landscaped gardens. Had everything you need and was 10 minute walk to Southbank. Heaps of dining choices in West End really close. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice place but attention to detail lacked. The room had food items left in the microwave and oven making the room smell poor. The rubbish shute had jammed as well making the whole floor smell.

The unit was filthy, the washing machine was mould infested and stained my white pants, the dishwasher smelt like mildew, there was a thick layer of dust on all the skirting boards and fans, scuff marks on all walls the floors seemed like they hadn’t even been vacuumed. Our feet and babies knees from crawling were black in minutes. There was several very large clumps of black hair on the rug. Very disappointing considering the money we paid to stay. When we arrived the reception staff tried to charge me for parking, even though my VIP status ensured free parking. Our other VIP perk was a bottle of wine and that wasn’t in our room, had to ask for it. For a 4 star accommodation it’s a shocking place to stay. It’s a good location and the rooftop is nice, wouldn’t waste our money on the place again.

Very walkable to West End & South Bank & to many many restaurants. Comfy bed. Unit quite small & noisy early morning due to building works around. Balcony door double glazed but not bedroom window .

The room was a lot smaller than we anticipated and the bed wasn’t very good needs a new mattress. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced as it’s rather flimsy and not useable. Also could put some info in the room about the area and how to use some of the things like the oven and washing machine.

The rooms etc are excellent, the only issue we had that the sound proofing could be better, we had a problem with the local building works pile driving very early in the morning, I do think that the Cllix staff should make guests aware of the possibility of early morning disturbances. We were moved to block 3 from block 2 but the noise was still an issue, we cancelled the second leg of our holiday in Brisbane one & went to another Apartment complex.

Great location in the center of Brisbane, modern and comfortable apartments, friendly staff, can highly recommend. The only downside was that the room lacked a table and chairs, despite the studio apartments having a kitchen corner, so we had to eat our self prepared lunch on the floor.

Didn’t find the place very clean, bathroom had mould around the bottom. Very hard to navigate the hotel. Bed very uncomfortable and pillows were horrible. Was ok for a short stay, would like to be there for a week or longer.

Apartment was beautiful but the AC does not reach the rooms and the fans do nothing for the heat that comes in through the windows even with the blinds pulled down. The WIFI was very spotty and we had trouble connecting laptops for work assignments or even the smart TV to watch anything.

Not enough bowls for 2 people. The worst costomer seevice ive evrer received. Took over an hour to do a late check in, nk support. Alarms going off throughout the first night. Not good sufficient blaintant warning of $200 secirity deposit until after booking was confirmed and any changes our booking became non refundable. No proper instruction how to access spas in other tower. No warnkng spas need to be booked to use them or instruction how to book them. Great facility became void as we xouldnt access!!! Ripped off! On the up side.... Gorgeous unit, great view, comfy bed, great water pressure.

No proper instruction how to access spas in other tower. No warnkng spas need to be booked to use them or instruction how to book them. Great facility became void as we xouldnt access!!! Ripped off! On the up side.... Gorgeous unit, great view, comfy bed, great water pressure.

Room was fine however very unorganised and hard building complex to navigate. Staff were incompetent. Must of walked around the block to the main lobby of building 1 complex 5 times to talk to staff in the building 1 lobby as building 3 (where my room was) didn’t have staff or the staff couldn’t help with what I needed. Completely complicated set up and certainly not ideal as I have a knee injury and don’t appreciate having to walk up a hill and around the block with all My luggage several times.

We were given the wrong room and didn't have enough beds and waited for an hour on hold on the phone. In the middle of the night they moved us to another property in Brisbane and still have not been refunded our parking.

The best thing I can say about Brisbane One is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We had a couple of minor issues with the apartment we checked into, and given the holidays it was hard to get things fixed so they moved us into another apartment. The reception staff couldn't have been more helpful and they made what could have been a disappointing stay into something positive. The room was great, with a good kitchen and bathroom, and comfortable bed. Really good location, walkable to the CBD and all that the Southbank of Brisbane has to offer.

Second time I’ve stayed here and never again. First experience not any better. Condensing male receptionist when checking in and refused to check me in unless I showed ID and not the card I paid for in full in advance for the room. Company needs to update their policies to digital world and was kindly reminded by receptionist numerous times he won’t be checking me in a smart ass tone. Apartment had no hair dryer and still hair in the bathroom shower. We checked out and left keys in drop box, received message to say to return keys or withholding bond. They never checked the box in the dust place. . Reception staff are rude and overheard rudeness to another customer when checking in. Reception staff need to change their tone and the way they address people rather than be judging and condescending.

Awesome outdoor pool and sauna facilities. Staff super friendly. Room has had a fair bit of maintenance. Can see where room has been spot painted. Extra blanket that is provided was not fully clean. Had dust and debris. Went to speed the extra blanket on the bed and the debris was spread all over the bed. Shower head in bathroom had clear limescale build up. I feel like I got the room that always has the common damage maintenance.

Great apartment however the floor to ceiling glass window in the main bedroom let through lots of noise from the street below (it was like having the window open permanently and lots of traffic all night) and the apartment was opposite the bin chute which meant the foyer stank.

Booked king bed, got two single beds pushed together, with a thin mattress pad on top. Trying to sleep in middle was like sleeping on hard edge of two single beds. Ended up sleeping badly. Told the hotel and they just say YES we don't do proper beds, deal with it. No apology. No attempt to refund partially. Views are directly into living room of others. Zero privacy.
