Staff was amazing I’d have to say, great check in and check out, had my ride organized for the airport with a lil bit of a snag and was fixed within minutes Thanxs so much for that, restaurant was amazing too the food was great and the staff and service was fantastic rockstar status forsure, the only problem with my room was that the television was definitely not working properly had a bad cable box if you ask my opinion had a few issues and it was resolved it definitely needs some attention otherwise it was a great place great bang for yur buck that’s Forsure awesome 4th floor beautiful pool, cool bar and outdoor dining again Big Shoutout to all the Staff you guys Rock 👍🙏🙏👍👌

I saw a cockroach in the "clean" coffee cup stack at the breakfast buffet (which was not good at all). The staff saw it too and tried to block my view. The traffic noise in the room made it hard to sleep. The hotel had minimal amenities and was definitely not 4-star. You can find better elsewhere!!

The hotel is furnished to a high standard, my room (deluxe room) was clean, spacious and well furnished and IMO excellent value for money. The electronic light control for the room has a strange design and takes a bit of getting used to. Buffet breakfast was ok. The hotel building has an ackward and peculiar design, it was built and joined on to the back of the Savers Mall - and the lobby entrance to the hotel is at the back of the building! Service from the all the staff was very good. There is a Cactus Jack Smokehouse restaurant on the ground floor in the Savers Mall building, which is connected to the lobby area of the hotel. The restaurant is nicely furnished and the food there is very good.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Need room card to activate elevator(s). Filipino Family/Business clientele. Breakfast buffet is worth the price...more of a western than filipino menu. Trike stand next to Mall around the corner from hotel. Easy to give this place 3.5 stars.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful, which we really appreciated. The room was organized and clean, but the toilet bowl had a strong sewer or drain smell. The staff did spray something, but the smell came back after a few hours. We also found a small cockroach in the room. We wanted to sleep in a bit in the morning, but the room isn’t soundproof and we could hear loud music from outside. Breakfast was just okay with very limited options.

A good hotel stay and room after we changed twice from noise and dirt. We recommend 8th floor room that is on the quiet side. Very nice room. Only downside is the street and area. Its about 20 min Grab / taxi ride to the big SM mall in Clark.

Over all it was a nice because of the friendly staff. They were helpful and attentive. My biggest complaint was that the air-conditioners didn't work very well. I switched rooms and had the same problem. I asked for repairs, which they attempted. But still didn't work well. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

I was impressed with the Hotel, I enjoyed several restaurants in the Hotel as well as the lobby coffee shop which provided fresh daily pastries as well as a small menu for convenience. With only a two day business stay at the hotel, I was totally accommodated. The only slight negative was my room was facing roadside and I was subjected to constant traffic noise, although bearable.

The staff are exceptional and the supervisor, security personnel, chefs, and servers are outstanding. Chef Junel at the buffet and his supervisor Edwin demonstrated remarkable friendliness and politeness. The security staff were particularly welcoming, with Santiago consistently offering assistance. There’s a lot of people at the desk, makes it chaotic, some are probably training, but it impedes service. My check in guy was pleasant and presentable, however, he forgot to tell me or show me the “ other” elevator to use for my room (628) that is because of the chaotic atmosphere at the desk. I was at the lobby around 11pm waiting for my friend to pick me up for a night out, I asked the front desk agent ( younger lady) if I can have a cup of hot water for my tea, I brought my own, she said ( I will let house keeping know about it) it took 25 minutes no hot water, I went to the desk and asked what happened to my hot water, she then said, ohh hold on it’s somewhere here, lol then the guy brought out tea bags, I said I wanted hot water only, not tea, sometimes if you just take a minute to listen instead of jumping in assumption’s, service will be smooth and proper. Time is wealth, don’t waste others time and yours.

Out of all the hotel options in Angeles and there’s a lot: I keep coming back to Best Western Metro Clark because of their exceptional staff and quality service. It truly feels like a home away from home. Huge thanks to Floyd, Dan, Mae, Jackie, Kat, Clarence, Aron, and Chef Aaron for making breakfast such a joy—especially for making sure adobo was available! Shoutout to Tomee and Martt for keeping the rooftop area so welcoming, and to the Cafe Sebastian crew for consistently great drinks. I loved cooling off at the pool and appreciated Ricky for keeping it clean and inviting every day. A jacuzzi would be a great addition for colder days, but the pool is still beautiful. Front desk team Emman, Kyle, Emmett, and the ladies thank you for always accommodating me, especially with my room switch this time. The bell staff and security, including Kuya Reyes and Mike, are always helpful and professional. Housekeeping does a great job even during busy periods, and laundry service is reliable and quick. While a few rooms could use minor maintenance, my overall stay was excellent again! The team here goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued and cared for. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Angeles City!

We got a quaint room with queen-sized bed. But i just adore the coolness of my room, and softness of my bed after all our church-hopping trip. Hubby loved the glass-paneled bath area. Gorgeous Christmas decor at the lobby. Attentive staff at the breakfast buffet. Lots of hot meal choices, with an omelette station. Don’t forget your hot chocolate or cappuccino made-to-order.

Very friendly staff. Nice rooms. The only thing i didnt enjoy was the free breakfast. The food was codl and looked like is was cooked 3 days ago! The only thing fresh were the eggs and omelet. The rest of the items were old like the pork adobo, the sausage, tuna. Other than that the stay was amazing!!!!
