GK Airport Suites - Free Shuttle by GK Hospitality Group

This apartment is spacious but minimally furnished with old IKEA items. It is clean and relatively near the airport. The neighborhood seemed somewhat sketchy and the steel door and multiple bolts on the door reinforced that concern. The room had less than 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper. There is no reception and check-in is handled by text. It was quite cheap and if your only requirement is a place to sleep, it is adequate.

The communication from the staff was excellent. The shuttle drivers were awesome. The instructions on how to enter the property were clear. The room itself wasn’t great, coffee machine didn’t work—but it was just a quick overnight emergency, and it did the trick. I would do it again.

The apartment was decent. Well maintained and not too far from the airport. The shuttle system is convenient but is based on availability of seats and does not seem to run every hour or 30 minutes as might do in other places. The amenities in the apartment are also ok. But note there is no staff or breakfast.

The only thing we had a problem with was the airport shuttle. We knew it wouldn't pick us up until 3:30, and we were prepared for that. They said when and where to meet. We told them my wife had mobility issues. They were more than 30 minutes late arriving to their own meet up. My wife stood on the curb for 30 minutes after having been given wheelchair assistance off the plane. They knew this. So I recommend the hotel 100%. It was lovely. But I would be prepared to get your own transportation.

The room was not presented as pictured. The picture of that room shows 2 couches. There was just one couch and a cot with no sheets. The one couch was very uncomfortable. The pillows left for the cot were stained and had no pillowcases. It was raining, and brown water leaked through the windows. Ceiling had old fluorescent lighting with several bulbs burned out. Elevator door did not open on the last day, and there were bags of concrete sitting on the stairs blocking them.
