The staff was so kind and courteous and they set up a lovely breakfast. Before they cleared the breakfast items the staff went around to see if anyone needed anything else first, very personal touch. Upon checking out we were asked if our stay was comfortable and to please visit again. Excellent! The room was so clean and well stocked and the location is quiet although located near a busy area. We did not visit the pool area but it seems that lots of guests were enjoying it. We will definitely return.

Our room was great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only suggestions I have are to switch to smart televisions, so that guests can watch their streaming services, especially for extended stays. Also, the washers were breaking/broke, so having those fixed immediately would be nice. When guests are there for extended stays, we are in need of washers and dryers quite often. Other than those two suggestions, our stay was great.

Also, I wish the washers and dryers could get fixed immediately when they break. Other than those two small suggestions, I would highly recommend this property.

The check-in process was easy. The front desk host was extremely nice and sweet, even when another guest was very rude to her. The space in the rooms are nice, especially for two people staying for a few days. The hotel was a nice distance from all of the activities that we had planned. The pool was amazing and actually warm. It reminded me of a jacuzzi, which is my favorite. Cons: Housekeeping never came to our room as requested. The hotel room (shower and floor) could have been a bit more cleaner than it was.

Love that EV charging is included with the stay, this bring me back to this property every time. The breakfast, pool and lobby are great

Door slammed - side doors would not open to let me in the building with my access key.

When I arrived, I had to wait for a clerk to appear. There was trash all over the 2nd floor hallways. I felt unsafe at night as no one was manning the lobby.

Great Stay and Experience at hotel. VERY courteous staff and very Friendly. Room was very clean and the room had everything we needed. Decorations were modern and Breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. The hotel room, hallways and lobby areas were clean.

Bedbugs - made complaint - zero effort to apologize or offer any compensation or any thing - front desk also stated they never give extensions for check out from 11 to Noon which I highly doubt but if true is another reason what sadly would be a very good place as it has a great facilty and location - there were other helpful desk people but the desk help on January 9 mornign was horrible and completely not a good person to be listening and answering peoples questions and responding to a. Horrific complaint of many bed bugs - my body is. Now riddeled with bites

My room on the 4th floor had 2 dirty coffee cups and no shampoo in the shower. The breakfast had very little to offer, many of the items were not re-stocked and when they were re-stocked, they were cold, including the coffee.

We stayed here for 4 days while visiting family in the area. The hotel was clean and bright upon arrival, but that's about where the charm ended. Our biggest complaints were room cleanliness, breakfast, and lack of staff. When I got to my room, we found a MOLDY plate in the dishwasher. Immediately closed that and ignored, as we didn't have a need for the dishwasher, but still really disgusting. We also saw makeup stains on the sheets my children were using on the pullout couch, which made it clear that things were not cleaned properly between guests. The shower had a shampoo and body wash bottle. Both bottles had the same clear soapy contents in them, so I have no idea what they are using in those refillable bottles, but it's certainly NOT what is labeled and that seems dishonest and concerning. There was hardly anyone ever present at the front desk. I stood there for 10 solid minutes one morning, waiting for someone to give a crap enough to come to the desk. Multiple staff members walked by me, locked eyes with me then moved on without a word. Breakfast - PITIFUL! They pitch a free hot breakfast with "endless possibilities". Each morning, we were met with total disappointment. This is all they had: 3 stale cereals in dispensers, yogurt/toppings, powdered eggs, old turkey bacon, mushy mini hashbrown rounds, old breads, and waffles. It was the saddest breakfast I've ever seen, but hey... you get what you pay for. It's definitely not what the website indicates.

Overall, our stay was very delightful. My only minor complaint was that the bed was too high for a mobility accessible suite. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The kitchen area was very nice as well.

The worst pillows are ever slept on. I would love to give them a better rating, but not being able to sleep on hard and lumpy pillows didn't contribute to a good or even decent hotel experience.

It was only one overnight stay but it was still a good experience. Quick check in, the hotel was quiet, the room was spacious ( we had a studio suite). The only thing was I wanted to do a late check out and there weren’t any available.

Property is in a nice area but the service is terrible you basically have to beg for room service and I asked for sheets and towels and the staff put them on the ground outside of the hotel door

When I checked in the host told me that the power had been out for 3days , just came on 10 minutes ago and I was the 1st guest to be checked in, all others had been turned away. Concessions were not available and breakfast was never served all weekend

It was great and the hotel was clean. Nice place to stay with family. The hallways were a little smelly- mostly marijuana smell. I was disappointed that breakfast service wasn't available, due to New Year. I understand giving the employees a break, however, breakfast was one of the reasons that I chose to stay here with my family. I wish the hotel would have let us know prior to the stay.
